The study focused on the use of video clips as instructional material and its impact on learning Creative Non-Fiction among Humanities and Social Sciences students in Subic National High School. The researchers used an experimental research design that involved a control group and an experimental group with a total of 60 participants. The researchers utilized a researcher-made pre-test and post-test and a survey questionnaire. The pre-test and post-test results of the control group and experimental group both showed a significant increase. Results show that the experimental group achieved a very satisfactory remark after receiving treatment which is the use of video clips presentation in learning Creative Nonfiction. Moreover, students perceived that video clips with subtitles will serve as better instructional material because they help them in learning Creative Nonfiction, understand difficult concepts, keep them engaged, and motivate them to suit their learning style. The study concluded that there is a significant difference in learning Creative Nonfiction according to the students' gender and age profile. The researchers strongly recommend that teachers should be encouraged to use video clip presentations as a supplementary tool for better academic achievement and teachers can also integrate the use of video clips in other subjects if it is applicable and suitable.

In this research study, the researcher aimed to determine the level of acceptability of computer-assisted assessment and learners' academic performance of 127 Key Stage 2 Learners of Ilalim Elementary School for the School Year 2022-2023. A descriptive survey instrument was used to determine the level of acceptability adapted from the computer-based assessment acceptance model (CBAAM) and was modified by the researcher. Data revealed that the use of computer-assisted assessment of the Key Stage 2 learners was Moderately Acceptable with a mean of 4.01, indicating that the application purposively used it to improve their knowledge and skills. The learners gained an Outstanding academic performance as reflected in their general weighted average from the four grading periods. Significant differences were found in the level of acceptability of the use of computer-assisted assessment on the profile variables of the learner-respondents. Moreover, the results showed a positive correlation between the level of acceptability of the use of computer-assisted assessment on the learner's academic performance. Based on the gathered data from the survey, computer-assisted assessment provides the learners with a positive experience when using the application through its friendly user interface. Teachers may continue to use the computer-assisted assessment application to motivate their learners to increase their engagement in learning their subject. It is recommended that teachers may further enhance the delivery of questions in the CAA application to improve learners' academic performance in the future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Automated banking is one of the key services used by banks to facilitate the delivery of services that meet consumer expectations, thus boosting the country's economy. Major technological advancements have been witnessed in the banking industry due to the introduction of international standards in the operational norms of banking geared towards the betterment of client service quality. The aim of this research was to assess the effects of automation of banking services on customer satisfaction for different private banks in Khulna city. The study adopted a case study research design. Data was collected using questionnaires. The total reliability of the questionnaire, measured using a Cronbach's alpha coefficient, was 0.897. The sample size was 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version 20.0. Findings were presented in the form of tabulations (percentages, mean and standard deviation). From the findings, the automation of banking services such as mobile banking usage, internet banking usage, and automated teller machine usage was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
