With the scientific and technical support of construction, reconstruction of buildings, structures and unique objects, the issue of assessing the development of deformation processes in newly erected elements, in buildings of surrounding buildings, underground utilities falling into the zone of influence of construction and transport infrastructure facilities is very acute. This task is now being successfully solved by combined methods using traditional geodetic methods and laser scanning using high-precision total stations with the ability to scan.

Timely implementation of repair activities for buildings and structures, particularly of minor and major repairs underlie the safe operation of real estate and guarantee its long-term and effective use. Current requirements contained in Russian regulatory documents form the basis for the planning of maintenance activities’ performing. The paper focuses on maintenance activities as part of the property management concept. The general ideas of minor and major repairs as integral measures at the stage of operation of buildings and structures are presented in the paper. All the necessary prescriptions for the maintenance of buildings and structures are formulated quite fully and clearly in terms of legislation. The basic principles of approaches to the repair activities’ performing will remain the same for a long time. However, regularization of the procedural processes of operation, taking into account all the mechanisms that are available for today, is a matter of not only preserving and efficiently using capital construction objects, as well as maintaining their safety, but also information content of such technologically complex units, as buildings or structures under conditions of modern urban environment.

Subject: we consider formulation of the problem and the results of numerical studies of the change in the stress-strain state of the soil base resulting from construction of stadium structures. In terms of structures, the stadium includes four rectangular stands and office and administrative buildings, located in the corners of the stadium. The stands supported by reinforced concrete slabs of variable rigidity are separated from the foundation slabs of the office and administrative buildings by expansion joints. Research objectives: evaluation of influence of the stadium constructions on mutual deformation of their foundations and soil ground. Materials and methods: to assess the factor of mutual influence of buildings under construction, we have developed mathematical model of the system: “structures of the stadium - raft foundation - soil”. The loads transmitted from the structures erected on the foundation slabs and the stiffness of these structures were taken into account by including eight superelements into the analyzed model created in the ANSYS program for the upper structures of the stadium facilities. Soils located below the level of the designed foundations, down to dense limestone, were included into the geomechanical model. Only six geological elements are analyzed. The behavior of soils under loading is described by the elastoplastic soil model, the parameters of which are determined by the results of the triaxial tests. Since before the construction under the foundations of buildings, in a zone of distribution of soils with low values of deformation characteristics, measures were taken for improvement of their properties, in the current research two types of such activities were considered - replacement of weak soils or reinforcement by cementation. Results: the results of numerical studies showed that the complex nature of interaction of all structures of the stadium and non-uniform load distribution results in non-uniform settlement and bending of foundation plates of the stadium structures. Conclusions: distribution of vertical displacements of all slab foundations of office and administrative buildings is influenced by the stands erected nearby, and namely, the values of vertical displacements of the sides of the foundations adjacent to the stands are somewhat larger than those of the opposite side. At the same time, the vertical displacements of the foundations of office and administrative buildings affect, in turn, the nature of deformation of the slab foundations of less stiff structures of the stadium stands.

This research aims to develop principles for assessing the impact of mega-cyclic vibrodynamic loads on the reliability of construction structures. The relevance of the reasons for the development and improvement of algorithms for numerical modeling of multicycle dynamic loads on building structures is due to the steadily increasing intensity of such loads on buildings and structures in megacities, as well as the acute practical problem of significant differences in the dynamic characteristics of buildings and structures obtained as a result of mathematical modeling and determined by experimental methods. The article presents research materials on computational equivalent models of dynamic load sources for numerical modeling of the behavior of construction structures under their influence, using the method of vibroacoustic analogies. The article examines models of sources of dynamic impact on construction sites. Algorithms and final formulas for computational modeling of the simplest sources of dynamic load are developed using the method of vibroacoustic analogies. The dynamic properties of the simplest dynamic load sources were analyzed. A significant difference between the computational models of real and ideal dynamic load sources. The article presents research and development results intended for calculating the distribution of dynamic loads on elements of construction structures in industrial and civil engineering projects located in areas with high levels of transport vibrodynamic impacts. An important property of the proposed computational equivalent models of sources of dynamic impact on building structures is the possibility of computational verification of critical elements, points, or nodes of load-bearing structures of buildings and structures under dynamic overloads. The position of these critical elements, points, and nodes of load-bearing structures under dynamic loads can differ significantly from their position determined using static and quasistatic computational modeling methods.
