A mechanical system consisting of a pipeline connected at one end to the combustion chamber of an aircraft engine, and with a sensor designed to measure the pressure in the combustion chamber at the other end is investigated in the work. The sensitive element of the sensor, which transmits information about pressure, is an elastic plate. A mathematical model of a pressure measurement system, taking into account the transfer of heat flow through a pipeline with a working medium (gas or liquid) from the engine to the elastic element, is proposed. To describe the vibrations of the sensitive element of the sensor, a linear model of a solid deformable body is considered, taking into account the temperature distribution over the thickness of the elastic element. Using the small parameter method, a coupled system of asymptotic partial differential equations was obtained that describes the joint dynamics of the gas-liquid medium in the pipeline and the elastic sensitive element of the pressure sensor. The cases of hinged and rigid fastening of the ends of the sensing element were studied. Based on the Bubnov – Galerkin method, the problem is reduced to the study of a coupled system of ordinary differential equations. Using the computer algebra system Mathematica 12.0, numerical experiments were carried out for specific parameters of the mechanical system.

Introduction. At the very beginning, the problematic field of the article is outlined: we will not talk about the problem of the gift, but about why the gift becomes a problem. To do this, it is necessary to consider several contexts in which this problem arises. We propose to dwell on two of them: theological and ontological. Theoretical analysis. In a theological context, two currents of twentieth-century thought are examined in connection with their influence on the problem of the gift. Firstly, this is political theology, which agreed that in the era of secularization we inherit Christian meanings, and one of them is the phenomenon of a gift. Secondly, this is theoesthetics, which proposes to consider the position of the secularization of our era as a private and, in fact, already closed project. In the ontological context, it is pointed out that the gift becomes a problem where violence and exchange assert themselves as the norm for understanding being. Conclusion. As a result, the article draws conclusions and poses key questions for further research on the problem of the gift.

Introduction. The emerging digital society demonstrates the problem of justifying the value, worth and price of digital products and services, which requires consideration of the specificity of value in this society. Theoretical analysis. Following the financial and art market, the boundary between “value” and “worth” is blurred in the digital society. Value, including the value of an individual, becomes variable and is conditioned by the presence of unique attributes and unique experiences that obtain market value. At the same time, under standard digital protocols and technologies, the true uniqueness of an individual experience can only be achieved through the creation of customized digital ecosystems in the form of robotic swarms that support human life activities. A set of digital devices that have sufficient resources to continuously self-renew and form a closed environment around the individual that provides a unique experience can be called a chrysalic swarm. The chrysalic swarm creates an opportunity for the individual to escape from the logic of mutual competition dictated by society. Conclusion. Studying the value problematization in the digital society of swarm intelligence opens a theoretical perspective on the problem of the crisis of social elites in the context of the fulfillment of this scenario of society development.

This work describes a two-stage technique of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis of rare earth niobates. A comparison between the two approaches revealed that the Fundamental Parameters Method (FPM) can be employed for a rapid preliminary assessment of the composition of the resulting material and the construction of calibration curves can be used to determine the contents of the major elements with precision. The results of the relative standard deviation (RSD) for FPM were no more than 7%, while the approach to construct calibration curves had an RSD of no more than 1%. Calibration samples were prepared using the same synthesis method as the study samples to construct the calibration curves. The possibility of constructing calibration dependencies using mixtures of oxides was assessed, but this approach could not provide the desired accuracy. The obtained results have been shown to have a good correlation with inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. The developed technique enables the determination of the major components in niobates containing two and three rare earth elements, which are used as optical materials and medium-entropy ceramics.

In this study, the effects of different combinations of the genes Vegf, Ang, and Gdnf injected both using direct virus-mediated injection (adenovirus, Ad5) and umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells (UCBCs) on the processes of stimulation of post-ischemic innervation, angiogenesis, and regeneration in skeletal muscle were investigated in a rat hindlimb chronic ischemia model. It was shown that more pronounced stimulation of angiogenesis and restoration of post-ischemic innervation were achieved both in the early (28 days post-ischemia, dpi) and late (42 dpi) terms of the experiment in the calf muscle when UCBCs delivered the combination of Ad5-Vegf and Ad5-Ang compared to the direct injection of the same vector combination into the area of ischemia. At the same time, the inclusion of Ad5-Gdnf in the combination of Ad5-Vegf and Ad5-Ang directly injected or administered by UCBCs provided a significant increase in the number of centronuclear muscle fibers, indicating stimulation of post-ischemic reparative myogenesis. This study allowed us to determine the most effective gene combinations for angiogenesis and neurogenesis, which, in the future, may serve as the basis for the development of gene and gene cell products for the treatment of chronic lower limb ischemia.

Protecting rivers and lakes from pollution is crucial for maintaining the health of aquatic ecosystems and ensuring the well-being of both wildlife and humans. Present study intends to examine the water quality of the Suna River (Eastern Fennoscandia in the European North of Russia) to assess the ecological risk. Widespread methods for assessing water quality based on macrozoobenthos and phytoperiphoton were applied. It was found that in conditions of ultra-fresh waters with high humus content, biotic indicators may indicate pollution of water bodies that do not actually experience significant anthropogenic impact. Ratings ranging from ‘poor’ to ‘excellent’ were obtained for different stations, reflecting the influence of natural features of different sections of the river. ‘Good’ water quality was noted at the river stones biotopes. In river gravel, sand and silt biotopes, as well as all lake biotopes, ‘mediocre’ water quality was found. The low anthropogenic income on the river catchment allows us to conclude that most indices for assessing water quality significantly underestimate the results in the natural conditions of Eastern Fennoscandia. Biotic indices EPT, BBI and EBI are most accurate for assessing the water quality of rivers and lakes in Eastern Fennoscandia. HIGHLIGHTS An assessment of the ecological state of the freshwater ecosystem in the North of Russia has been carried out.; Macrozoobenthos and periphyton can be indicators of the state of the environment.; The anthropogenic factor is important in the formation of a high-quality aquatic environment.; Water quality is determined by the degree of the impact on the ecosystem.; Very low water mineralization and high humus content make it difficult to determine the ecological status of rivers and lakes.;

The purpose of this work is to apply a model of interaction between thalamocortical system modules to control brain neuroplasticity. Methods. Psychophysiological experiments on neurofeedback are being carried out, which consist of light stimulation of the eyes with monofrequency light pulses in the range of 4...20 Hz and recording the bioelectrical activity of the brain. As a characteristic of maturity, brain rhythms use the combination of the presence or absence in the bioelectrical activity of the brain of a dominant peak frequency in the alpha range of the EEG, the effect of assimilation of the rhythms imposed by stimulation, and the presence of a multiplying effect from the rhythms imposed by stimulation. Solutions to the model of an elementary thalamocortical cell, which is described by a system of differential equations, corresponding to a psychophysiological experiment are considered. The model is implemented using the Python. Results. The model parameters are selected in such a way as to achieve a qualitative correspondence of the spectral characteristics of the obtained solutions with the bioelectrical activity of the subject’s brain. Rhythmic maturity is assessed based on the parameters of the thalamocortical cell model. The brightness and frequency characteristics of light stimuli are selected based on the prediction of the model, the input of which is supplied with various variants of pulse sequences. Conclusion. A method has been developed for digital diagnostics of the level of brain rhythm maturity based on a comparison of modeling results and data from a psychophysiological experiment on neurofeedback. The evolution of model solutions depending on its parameters simulates the process of biocontrol of brain neuroplasticity, taking into account the initial level of rhythmic maturity and stress-induced distortions of neurodynamics. Experiments on the model with different parameters of the model and external signal can be used in the development of new neurofeedback protocols.

Background: During revision arthroplasty of the knee joint, defects of the femur and tibia may occur. One common method to replace these defects is the use of modular metal augments, but this method has certain disadvantages. Therefore, we suggest using the double cementation method. Objective: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the double cementation method and modular metal augments in replacing bone defects during revision knee replacement. Material and Methods: We examined 150 patients diagnosed with periprosthetic infection who were treated at the National Scientific Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after Academician N.D.Batpenov from 2021 to 2024. For a randomized study, 36 patients were selected, divided into 2 groups of 18 people. In the main group, the double cementing method was used to replace defects of the femur and tibia during revision knee arthroplasty; in the control group, metal augments were used. A follow-up examination was conducted on all patients one year after the surgery. Results: No significant differences were found between the groups in terms of the number of hospital beds spent (p = 0.11), bed days spent in the intensive care unit after surgery (p = 0.44), duration of surgery (p = 0.18), amount of intraoperative blood loss (p = 0.18), knee joint function according to the Knee Society Score (p = 0.23) and Oxford Knee Score (p = 0.09). In the main group, signs of radiographic instability were detected in 1 case (5.6%), in the control group, there were revealed 5 (27.8%) cases. The number of cases of periprosthetic infection in the main group was 1 case (5.6%), in the control group were 3 cases (16.7%). Conclusion: The double cementation method is less likely to cause radiography lines of illumination at the cement/bone boundary and may be recommended for high-risk postoperative infections. Additionally, it may be more cost-effective than using metal augments.

This study investigates the effects of complex (nonproportional) loading on plastic deformation in aluminum alloys (Al-6% Mg), with a focus on understanding surface morphology changes driven by the Portevin–Le Chatelier effect. Mechanical tests on the deformation of thin-walled tubular specimens were carried out on an Instron 8850 two-axis servohydraulic testing system. Quantitative analysis of the lateral surface of the specimens roughness was carried out based on data obtained using a NewView 5010 interferometer-profilometer. Localized plasticity zones in a wide spectrum of spatial scales were determined using the Hurst exponent as a roughness characteristic. The results of measuring changes in the surface geometry of specimens under various programs of complex (disproportionate) loading are presented. A compact representation of data on the specimens surface relief in the form of amplitude-frequency characteristics was obtained using wavelet analysis. The results obtained can be used to assess the surface roughness of products, especially at the final stages of their manufacturing process by plastic deformation.

The criminal groups of the United States of America in the second half of the 20th century definitely did not create new ideological trends and concepts; they were organized using existing views and ideologies known throughout the world. In the 1980s, there was an ideological “scrapping” in the US prison system, which led to considerable concern among US law enforcement officers. The article examines the period of active opposition of the FBI to one of the largest neo-Nazi prison groups “Aryan Brotherhood” in the second half of the 20th century, and also reveals the history of this organization, its structure, a number of crimes committed by members of this gang, cases of recruiting individual members of the “Brotherhood” as FBI informants, as well as the interaction of various prison groups in the USA among themselves. Despite the activities of the FBI, the Los Angeles Police Department, the US Department of Justice and the prosecutor’s office, gaining control of the situation took a significant time, this organization still exists today, but its activities no longer go beyond the walls of prisons.

The urgent task of forensic expert science is the development of methodological bases of judicial examination of construction facilities design documentation, which differ from the methodological provisions of non-judicial state (or non-state) examination of design documentation. Purpose: to undertake a comparative analysis of judicial examination of construction facilities design documentation and non-judicial examination of design documentation carried out in accordance with Article 49 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation. Methods: empirical methods of comparison, description, mathematical calculations; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic; specific scientific methods of modeling and interpretation of legal norms. Results: the article develops and formulates the definitions of the basic concepts of judicial examination of design documentation. On the basis of comparative analysis, the authors identify some analogies and differences in the tasks and methods of research in the procedure for conducting judicial and nonjudicial examination of construction facilities design documentation. The article considers procedural features of the application of existing norms to the composition, content and presentation of design documentation as well as to the calculation substantiation of design decisions. Some problems of carrying out judicial examination of construction facilities design documentation are revealed: insufficient level of qualification of forensic experts; errors related to misunderstanding of the subject, purpose and objectives of forensic examinations. The necessity and specifics of individualization of design documentation in the course of judicial and non-judicial expert examination of construction facilities design documentation are noted. It is established that the basis for a forensic report is the assessment of the impact of non-compliance of design solutions with the normative rules on the reliability of the designed structure. Methodological recommendations are developed for assessing construction facilities design documentation.

Hand hygiene (HH) is the most effective way to curb the spread of healthcare-associated infections. Nonetheless, healthcare personnel encounter difficulties in adhering to WHO HH recommendations. This study aimed to investigate HH compliance and adherence after the implementation of an action plan in a municipal hospital in Moscow. An initial evaluation of HH compliance among clinical health workers was carried out in June 2022 according to the WHO HH guidelines followed by a 3-month re-audit of HH practices. The results were compared to the baseline to evaluate compliance and adherence to HH among healthcare personnel. From June to September 2022, there were 2,732 moments of contact with patients or their immediate surroundings. The HH total compliance rate significantly (p < 0.05) increased from 52.3% in June 2022 to 83.3% in September 2022 with a 75% overall total compliance rate. The profession-specific total compliance rate was highest among nurses (79.6%) and lowest among ancillary staff (69.7%). Staff were also more adherent to the before-moments compared to the after-moments of the HH guidelines. Monthly re-audits and providing feedback resulted in a significant improvement in compliance and adherence with HH guidelines after implementation of the action plan. HIGHLIGHTS After implementation of the action plan, the hand hygiene compliance rate increased from 52.3 to 83.3%.; Nurses were found to be more compliant with hand hygiene practices than doctors and ancillary workers.; Clinical staff were more adherent to hand hygiene before-moments than the after-months.; Providing feedback is essential to ensuring compliance and adherence to hand hygiene practices.;

Histiocytosis is a set of distinct proliferative illnesses defined by the proliferation and infiltration of varied numbers of dendritic cells, macrophages, and monocytes in the afflicted tissues. The skin and other organs may be impacted by the inflammatory infiltration. It can occur at any age. The severity of the symptoms can range from mild to severe, depending on the degree and type of organ involvement. Although certain forms of histiocytosis can be fatal, others can be treated successfully without sequelae. Langerhans cell histiocytosis manifests itself clinically in both children and adults. A combination of clinical, histological, and radiological tests is required to achieve a diagnosis. A severe, multisystemic, acute form of Langerhans cell histiocytosis is called Letterer-Siewe illness, which usually affects infants in their first year of life. In this article, we provide a brief literature review and a case study of a 9-month-old girl who presented with recurring gastrointestinal problems as the first sign of Letterer-Siwe disease.

The absence of a full-fledged scientific and theoretical study of the criminal procedure notion of «party» in conjunction with the normative and definitional imbalance of this notion in the current sectoral legislation forms polar positions in its interpretation and enforcement in law enforcement practice, which leads to a serious deformation in understanding the mechanisms of organizing criminal proceedings in the Russian Federation. Purpose: to formulate the problem and justify its negative impact on the emerging state law enforcement practice within public law form of the organization of national criminal proceedings. Methods: empirical methods of comparison, description and surveys; theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic. Results: the study shows that there are serious problems in the regulatory definition of the notion of «party» in the national criminal procedure and in the regulation of its enforcement. The establishment of mandatory elements for ascertaining the presence of the prosecution and defence at a particular stage of criminal proceedings, which consists in the individualisation of the functions performed by a particular party in adversarial process (i.e. with the indispensable participation of an independent party represented by the court), is largely ignored by the legislator in other criminal procedure norms, despite the use of the notion of «party» in them to describe the regulated criminal procedure legal relations.

ontology ,being ,due ,appearance ,thinking ,ontology of declaration ,normative legal thinking ,Philosophy (General) ,B1-5802 - Abstract
Introduction. The article is devoted to consideration of the state of modern ontological thought. It is no coincidence that after Heidegger there is virtually no systematic consideration of the concept of being in philosophy. Does this mean that the problem of being has lost its relevance? Or does this indicate that the concept of being continues (albeit in a negative way) to determine the face of modern philosophy? The author proposes to consider the history of ontology through the sequential passage of three stages: ”ontology of being” – ”ontology of the due” – ”ontology of declaration”. Theoretical analysis. At the first stage, the example of the four limitations of being according to Heidegger's point of view is considered: ”becoming”, ”appearance”, ”thinking” and ”due”. At the same time, the fundamental difference between what should be and the other three restrictions is pointed out. The origin of the ”due” from the normative-legal mindset is analyzed. Then a brief description of the fundamental differences of the “ontology of declaration” versus the “ontology of being” and the “ontology of the due” is given. It is indicated that the source of the emergence of the “ontology of declaration” should be seen in the works of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari, and its consistent development in the projects of object-oriented ontology. Conclusion. As a result, it is pointed out that a “declaration ontology” is not a “declaration of an ontology”. A preliminary forecast for the further development of the “ontology of declaration” is given.

Introduction. The image of Napoleon III in philosophical thinking of Chernyshevsky is important for the characterization of ideological struggle in the nineteenth century. Theoretical analysis. From his student years, Chernyshevsky followed the political career of Louis Bonaparte, noted his successes and personal traits. During the Second Empire in France, Chernyshevsky criticized Bonapartism, put forward an explanation of the reasons for its temporary triumph. He mentioned the worship of the peasantry before the glory combined with a famous name, the fear of anarchy and the erroneous calculations of the warring camps. The article shows how Chernyshevsky’s analysis of Bonapartism is related to the theoretical principles proclaimed in his main philosophical works. Just as Chernyshevsky himself, Napoleon III tried to rely on the theory of progress, but at the same time he assigned an important role to the government in the process of moving of society towards a better future. His ideal is an empire symbolizing order and power. Conclusion. In fact, Chernyshevsky and Napoleon III defended two diametrically opposed concepts of progress. They disagreed, first of all, on the question of how the true interests of the nation should be understood. In the question of the vitality of the empire, Chernyshevsky obviously turned out to be right.

Introduction. The development of digital technologies requires the specification of the type of the emerging digital society. One of the development scenarios is the formation of a digital society of swarm intelligence. Theoretical analysis. The concept of swarm intelligence means an optimization algorithm that imitates the behavior of swarms or colonies of insects and bird flocks. Human society is characterized by the manifestation of swarm intelligence as a condition of joint organized activity, but the development of digital technologies brings swarm intelligence to a higher level. Creation of private swarms causes risks in the form of “Byzantine robot” – a hacked particle of the swarm, transmitting false information and jeopardizing the whole swarm. The solution is to incorporate elements of the economic game that support the values of honesty, cooperation and solidarity into the particle interactions. This leads to making privacy a “process” and changing its value status. Protecting privacy in swarm intelligence society has the potential to cause labor to lose its public status and acquire a private, hidden status and anonymize employment. Conclusion. The possible scenario of human society development towards the digital society of swarm intelligence can become a source of profound social changes and, above all, a rethinking of the social stratification based on the division of labor and social hierarchy in general.

The paper presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of few-layer graphene synthesized under SHS conditions from lignin as a modifying additive in creating composite pyrotechnic complexes based on porous silicon and calcium perchlorate. It was found that the addition of few-layer graphene (20–30 wt. %) could significantly increase the probability of the ignition of pyrotechnic compositions by laser diode (infrared) radiation (wavelength of 976 nm and power of 15 MW/m2) compared to the initial pyrotechnic compositions. Using few-layer graphene also leads to a sharp increase in sensitivity to infrared laser radiation and the initiation of explosive transformations in retrofitted pyrotechnic compositions compared to the initial pyrotechnic compositions. Due to the high productivity and low cost of the technique for synthesizing few-layer graphene, the use of composite pyrotechnic compositions modified with few-layer graphene is profitable in the actual industry. A phenomenological model of the formation mechanism of 2D graphene structures under the conditions of the SHS process is proposed.

The article presents the results of research that make it possible to solve a significant scientific problem associated with the creation of new technologies for processing hard-to-deform aluminum-silicon alloys. For this purpose, tasks were set and solved for the development of technological schemes for obtaining longish products from AlSi12 and AlSi5 alloys using the methods of electromagnetic crystallization ingots of a small cross-section and the manufacture of deformed semi-finished products in the form of rods and wire using the method of combined rolling-extrusion (CRE) and drawing. To solve these problems, the modeling of the CRE process, theoretical and experimental studies were carried out, the results of which made it possible to obtain pilot batches of welding wire from the AlSi12 alloy, the level of properties of which meets the requirements of current standards. To analyze the combined rolling-extrusion, modeling was carried out using the DEFORM 3D software package. Regularities were established for changing the temperature-rate and force parameters of this process along the deformation zone. Since the use of the proposed technological scheme for the combined processing of aluminum-silicon alloys leads to a decrease in labor intensity and production costs, it can be recommended for use in industry to obtain longish products from them.

Nowadays, synthetic polymer (plastic) particles are ubiquitous in the environment. It is known that for several decades microplastics (MPs) have been accumulating in the World Ocean, becoming available to a large variety of marine organisms. Particularly alarming is the accumulation of aging plastic particles, as the degradation processes of such particles increase their toxicity. The diverse display of negative properties of aging MPs and its effect on biota are still poorly understood. In this study, in vitro experiments modeling the interaction of pristine and UV-irradiated aging polypropylene (PP) fragments with hemocytes and mitochondria of bivalve mollusks Mytilus sp. were performed. The appearance of free radicals in the environment was recorded by spectral characteristics of indicator dyes—methylene blue (MB) and nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT). It was found that due to photooxidation, aging PP fragments sorbed more than threefold MB on their modified surface compared to pristine samples of this polymer. Using NBT, the formation of reactive oxygen species in seawater in the presence of pristine and photoactivated PP was recorded. It was also found that photodegraded PP fragments largely stimulated the development of lipid peroxidation processes in mitochondrial membranes and reduced the stability of hemocyte lysosome membranes compared to pristine PP fragments. In general, the results obtained concretize and supplement with experimental data the previously stated hypothesis of toxicity of aging MPs.

This research aims to develop principles for assessing the impact of mega-cyclic vibrodynamic loads on the reliability of construction structures. The relevance of the reasons for the development and improvement of algorithms for numerical modeling of multicycle dynamic loads on building structures is due to the steadily increasing intensity of such loads on buildings and structures in megacities, as well as the acute practical problem of significant differences in the dynamic characteristics of buildings and structures obtained as a result of mathematical modeling and determined by experimental methods. The article presents research materials on computational equivalent models of dynamic load sources for numerical modeling of the behavior of construction structures under their influence, using the method of vibroacoustic analogies. The article examines models of sources of dynamic impact on construction sites. Algorithms and final formulas for computational modeling of the simplest sources of dynamic load are developed using the method of vibroacoustic analogies. The dynamic properties of the simplest dynamic load sources were analyzed. A significant difference between the computational models of real and ideal dynamic load sources. The article presents research and development results intended for calculating the distribution of dynamic loads on elements of construction structures in industrial and civil engineering projects located in areas with high levels of transport vibrodynamic impacts. An important property of the proposed computational equivalent models of sources of dynamic impact on building structures is the possibility of computational verification of critical elements, points, or nodes of load-bearing structures of buildings and structures under dynamic overloads. The position of these critical elements, points, and nodes of load-bearing structures under dynamic loads can differ significantly from their position determined using static and quasistatic computational modeling methods.
