The conflict has always been an inevitable progress and it existed since our earliest times whenever there was a desire to lead a group or even an empire. For this theme we took into account the fact that the term “conflict” has a negative connotation and it is often associated with concepts such as anger, aggressivity, opposition, although conflict doesn't necessarily need to be referred to as a negative experience. We must acknowledge the fact that if we experience conflicts in our lives, it means we are sincere, we express our visions, opinions, thoughts and feelings, and that, in this way, we can evolve and develop as humans. The objectives of the research within the international school Transylvania College Cluj-Napoca were to analyse the types of conflicts and what caused them within the organisation, the people who offered support to solve these conflicts and the number of conflicts each teacher had. For the research we used a survey where 37 teachers (males and females) replied to several questions in a google form at the end of the 2018 - 2019 academic year and where the responders had difficulties the researchers offered additional explanations by email or verbally. The study concluded that conflicts are not created because of the difference in objectives, but from the difference in how the parties involved want to achieve these objectives and the most common of the conflicts was definitely when people didn’t express clearly what they wanted or gave unclear instructions. Furthermore, a clear communication reduces the differences in perception and the probability of a conflict. REZUMAT. Managementul conflictelor în cadrul Școlii Internaționale Transylvania College. Conflictul este un proces organizațional inerent, acesta a existat și există din cele mai vechi timpuri din dorința de a conduce, de a fi liderul unui grup sau al unui imperiu. În abordarea acestei teme am pornit de la premisa că termenul de conflict are o puternică conotație negativă, evocând cuvinte ca opoziție, mânie, agresivitate, acesta însă nu trebuie să fie neapărat înțeles ca fiind o experiență negativă deoarece acest concept dacă apare în viața noastră înseamnă că suntem oameni sinceri, care ne exprimăm opiniile și viziunile, cu ajutorul lui putem evolua și să ne îmbunătățim educația zilnic. Obiectivele cercetării din cadrul Școlii Internaționale Transylvania College Cluj-Napoca sunt de a depista cauzele si tipul de conflicte, persoanele din cadrul organizației care au oferit suport în rezolvarea conflictelor și numărul de conflicte avute de fiecare cadru didactic. Metoda anchetei a fost folosită în cadrul cercetării, unde un număr de 37 de cadre didactice gen masculin și feminin au răspuns la finalul anului școlar 2018-2019 unui chestionar în mod privat cu ajutorul platformei on-line google forms, iar unde au fost întâmpinate dificultăți s-au oferit explicații suplimentare prin email sau verbal. Studiul a concluzionat că, adesea, conflictele nu pornesc de la diferențe în privința obiectivelor sau scopurilor, ci de la modalitățile de atingere a acestora iar cauza cea mai des evidențiată la răspunsurile primite este neexprimarea clară și completă a uneia dintre părți. De asemenea comunicarea precisă reduce diferențele perceptuale și scade în acest mod probabilitatea de apariție a conflictului. Cuvinte cheie: conflict, obiectiv, management, lider.

Stepper motors are very well suited for positioning applications since they can achieve very good positional accuracy without complicated feedback loops associated with servo systems. In this paper, an intelligent five-phase stepper motor driver of business card size proposed. Constant current chopping technique was applied for the purposes of high torque, high velocity and high efficiency. The driver was designed to drive a middle-sized hybrid stepper motor with wire current rating from 0.4 to 1.5A. An up-to-dated translator of five-phase stepping motor was used to drive the gates of N- channel MOSFET array. The resolution in full/half mode is 0.72/0.36 degrees/step. Moreover, an automatic power down circuit was used to limit the power consuming as the motor stops. Additionally, a self-testing program embedded in a 80C31-CPU (PCL838) can self-test whether the driver is normal or not. This embedded program including linear acceleration and deceleration routines also can serve as a positioning controller. The dimension of this driver is approximate 70x65x35 millimeters, which is smaller than a business card. Experimental results demonstrate that the responses of the driver can reach 60 kilo pulses per second

Single stepping a motor results in jerky movements of the motor, especially at lower speeds. Microstepping is used to achieve increased step resolution and smoother transitions between steps. In most applications, microstepping increases system performance while limiting noise and resonance problems. The paper presents a method for calculation the values of the phase currents for microstepping control of a 5 – phase hybrid stepping motor. This method uses the standard control of the stepping motor with rated currents and only during the commutation the currents of the switched phases change their values in small steps so as the natural step is divided into several micro – steps. The authors have developed a mathematical model and computer programs for simulation of the motor operation under investigated microstepping control. The paper contains also the results from simulations and corresponding conclusions.

This machine is composed of a ASIST mini-lathe and a two-degrees-of-freedom XZ stage designed specifically for this application. The whole system is controlled from a PC using adequate CNC control software.

This paper presents the adaptation of a classic foot pedal operated Singer sewing machine to a computerized numerical control (CNC) sewing and embroidery machine. This machine is composed of a Singer sewing machine and a two-degrees-of-freedom XY stage designed specifically for this application. Electronic measurement devices includes two distinct sections: electrical translator for displaces and electronic unit which process the signals from translator.Electric translator for displaces is realized by a circular ruler with equally distanced slots. To translate mechanical displace in electrical signal, the ruler is equipped with one or two optoelectronic reading heads. At least two reading heads must be used in order to determine the direction of moving object. The main problems that must be solved by the electronic block are the precision of measurement, the elimination of loss of impulses generated by the reading heads and to reduce the influence of parasite signals in measurement operation. The electronic circuit presented in this study guarantee the small mechanic displaces between +9,999 mm and -9,999 mm, with a resolution of 0,04 mm. The measured maximum frequency in condition of a 40 cm/s moving object is 10 kHz.

The paper presents some investigations and research results concerning the general purpose PWM (pulse-width modulation) with applications to stepper motor control and drive. In order to improve the dynamic performances of the motor, a PWM inverter has been realised using dedicateded ICs. The bridges are capable of sustaining 46V and include internal pulse-widht modulation(PWM) control of the output curent to 2A. The laboratory prototype of the implemented digital control system, and experimentally results are also presented in the paper.
