One of the significant challenges encountered during the implementation of highway projects today is the inability to perform accurate and timely inspections. This results in both loss of time and the potential for uncontrolled construction at various points due to insufficient control capabilities at every site. During the preparation of highway projects, crosssections of only specific points can be obtained, which limits the scope of inspection during implementation. The ability to inspect points outside these cross-sections and control the areas beyond the axis line of the cross-section points during the project execution would provide a significant advantage. Additionally, this approach would result in time and cost savings, enabling the swift execution and control of construction at points outside the cross-section axis line according to project requirements. In this context, an algorithm has been designed to instantly calculate the distance of any point from the starting point, its distance from the road axis, and the required elevation along the designed elevation profile. This algorithm has been utilized to develop a computer program (interface software) to instantly calculate all relevant data for any given point during the project construction phase. For instance, in a completed highway project, using this interface facilitated the analyses of cost benefits achieved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: In rare cases, the catheter balloon cannot be deflated during catheter removal or replacement. In this study, we aimed to create a treatment algorithm for patients whose catheter balloon could not be deflated and to evaluate the effectiveness of a newly applied method. Materials and Methods: 55 male patients who applied to our clinic between January 2020 and July 2023 because the foley catheter could not be removed were evaluated. The methods applied in line with the algorithm we applied in our clinic were evaluated in terms of complications. However, a new method that has not been described before in the literature was evaluated in terms of complications and effectiveness Results: A total of 55 patients were included in the study. The average age of the patients was 73.8 years. The average foley catheter stay was 14.9±8 days. When we examine the reasons for patients' catheterization; A catheter was placed in 5 patients, due to neurogenic bladder, 30 patients due to immobility, and 10 patients due to inability to urinate due to bladder outlet obstruction. All patients were successfully treated with the algorithm we applied. Conclusions: In rare cases, failure to deflate the foley catheter balloon is a very disturbing situation for patients. However, complications, mostly minor, may occur during treatment. We think that this method and algorithm we have described is a method that can be used safely like other methods. Penjadwalan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang umum pada saat ini. Salah satu contohnya adalah rumah sakit. Rumah sakit membutuhkan proses penjadwalan untuk menjadwalkan dokter yang akan bertugas dan menggunakan suatu ruangan. Hal ini disebabkan jumlah dokter yang banyak dan jumlah ruangan yang terbatas maka diperlukan sistem penjadwalan sesuai kebutuhan. Permasalahan yang terjadi di RSUD Petala Bumi, jumlah dokter yang bertugas di IGD cukup banyak. Namun terdapatnya kebingungan dari manajemen dalam mengatur jadwal dokter dipelayanan IGD. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari metode pewarnaan Graph yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan jadwal dokter di rumah sakit. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah penjadwalan yang sering tidak sesuai dan biasanya perlu diperbaiki berulang kali di rumah sakit. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penjadwalan cukup beragam salah satunya yaitu metode pewarnaan Graph. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pewarnaan graf dalam menyusun jadwal dokter. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan desain perancangan sistem dengan penerapan pewarnaan graf. Pewarnaan graf dilakukan untuk empat hari karena pada matriks pola pewarnaan graf mengalami pengulangan setelah hari keempat. Selama penyusunan empat hari, pewarnaan graf memiliki 10 warna atau bilangan kromatik dengan asumsi tiga shift dan dua dokter dalam satu shift. Oleh karena itu pengoptimalan penyusunan jadwal dokter pada IGD RSUD Petala Bumi minimal dapat dilakukan dengan 10 dokter.

6. Enhancing wave function collapse algorithm for procedural map generation problem.

In this study, the Improved Map Generation Algorithm (IMGA) method is presented to improve traditional methods in procedural map creation. Traditional procedural map generation techniques using noise generation exhibit shortcomings in the consistent composition of a real map with its uniformly distributed features. On the other hand, procedural map creation techniques that use wave function collapse require that some map pieces already exist to create a map. The observed disadvantages were eliminated by using a hybrid technique with the designed IMGA method. The developed algorithm is similar to real maps in terms of the distribution of map regions, does not need 3D model parts, and performs map creation operations without increasing the algorithm's time complexity. Obat menjadi salah satu kebutuhan penting atau primer dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat. Pengobatan dapat diberikan melalui peresepan dokter atau tanpa peresepan yang dikenal swamedikasi. Kasus gagal ginjal akut berjumlah 326 kasus dengan 204 anak-anak meninggal per tanggal 19 Juli 2023. Sebuah penelitian menjelaskan bahwa keamanan sebuah produk sangat berkaitan secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode keputusan terkait pembelian obat belum pernah ditemukan sampai saat ini. Perasaan bimbang atau cemas akibat maraknya kasus gagal ginjal akut dapat dihilangkan dengan adanya sebuah metode atau skala tetap yang membantu masyarakat memutuskan pembelian sebuah obat yang dipercaya aman dan bermanfaat. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menetapkan keputusan pembelian obat melalui sebuah metode. Rancangan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan rancangan observasional deskriptif dengan desain penelitian survei. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 40. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan dianalisis dengan membuat tabel verbatim. Kemudian, algoritma diuji validitas dan reliabilitas pada 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan informan mengedepankan kualitas, harga, dan pendapat dari orang lain dalam memutuskan pembelian obat. Peneliti membuat algoritma berdasarkan indikator keputusan pembelian obat, diantaranya kebutuhan obat, riwayat pemakaian obat, informasi obat, dan kebutuhan obat. Algoritma sudah dikatakan valid yang dibuktikan dengan nilai r hitung > r tabel dan reliabel sebagai instrumen yang membantu masyarakat menentukan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,6. Indikator keputusan pembelian obat dipengaruhi oleh riwayat pemakaian obat, kebutuhan obat, informasi obat, dan kebutuhan obat. Algoritma yang dibuat telah teruji valid dan reliabel.

Performa akademik mahasiswa menjadi salah satu faktor penting untuk kelulusan mahasiswa. Maka dari itu banyak penelitian yang dilakukan dibidang pendidikan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi performa akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis performa akademik mahasiswa pada metode pembelajaran secara daring dengan studi kasus pada universitas XYZ. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diproses dengan teknik Machine Learning dengan penerapan algoritma Distributed Random Forest, Naïve Bayes, Generalized Linear Model, dan Gradient Boosting Machine. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Distibuted Random Forest dan Gradient Boosting Machine memiliki nilai rata-rata keakuratan sebesar 99.83%. Peneliti menemukan variabel yang berpengaruh pada performa akademik mahasiswa khususnya pembelajaran secara daring adalah nilai ujian akhir semester, nilai ujian tengah semester, jumlah presensi kehadiran, nilai tugas, jumlah materi yang berikan, jumlah tugas yang diberikan, dan jumlah klik permateri. Dari temuan tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk meningkatkan performa pembelajaran berikutnya, pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sebaiknya berfokus pada peningkatan pelaksanaan ujian akhir semester dan pengaturan materi pada platform pembelajaran daring.

Çalışma, finansal piyasa haberlerinin fiyat oluşumunu etkilediği durumlarda manuel olarak emir açmanın gecikmeye sebep olması ve fiyata yetişilememesinden yola çıkılarak oluşturulmuştur. TCMB tarafından XML ve JSON formatlarında yayımlanan web servis üzerinden TCMB Faiz Kararının anlık olarak takip edilmiştir. .Net, DLL ve MQL4 yazılım dilleri aracılığı oluşturulan algoritma çıktısı ile MetaTrader 4 platformuna entegre olunmuştur. Eş zamanlı olarak uzman danışman aracılığıyla platformda seçilen USDTRY paritesinde otomatik alım satım emri oluşturulmuştur. Tüm parametreler kullanıcı tarafından belirlenecek şekilde yapılandırılmıştır. Çalışma için TCMB’nin 17 Haziran 2021 tarihli Para Politikası Kurulu kararı ve açıklama metni referans alınmıştır. Çalışma 5 aşama olarak oluşturulmuştur. Birinci aşama; TCMB faiz kararının açıklanmasıyla web servisine erişimin sağlanmıştır. İkinci aşama; .Net ile algoritmik ara yüz oluşturulmuştur ve TCMB web servis erişimi sağlanmıştır. Üçüncü aşama; DLL ile .Net algoritması- MetaTrader platformu iletişimi kurulmuştur. Dördüncü aşama; MetaTrader uzman danışman üzerinden DLL ile gelen veri analiz edilerek, algoritma tetiklenmiştir. Beşinci aşama; Uzman danışmanın gerekli parametre koşullarını bağlı USDTRY paritesinde işlem açılmıştır. Koşul bazlı algoritma, TCMB faiz kararına bağlı başarılı sonuç vermiştir.

Algoritmalar, yeni çağın teknoloji ile donanmasında ve üretiminde temel altyapıyı sağlamış, her geçen gün bu üretimin hızlanmasına ivme kazandırmış ve kültürel hayata yeni pratikler kazandırmıştır. Bu pratiklerin nihayetinde; son on yılda veri bilinci ve dijital benlik gibi kavramlar hayatımıza girmiştir. Araştırmacılar nezdinde artan eleştirel ve ontolojik çalışmalar; internet aracılığıyla hayatımızda yer eden ve her geçen gün “daha akıllı” hale gelen yeni medya uygulamalarının, kültürü büyük veri çerçevesinde yeniden şekillendirdiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Gündelik yaşam pratikleri açısından oldukça önem arz eden bu gelişmeler yeni ve farklı “etik” tartışmalarını beraberinde getirmiştir. Algoritmik kategorizasyonlar dili, sosyal teoriyi ve sosyal uzmanlığı güçlü şekillerde dönüştürüp çağın en önemli fenomenlerinden biri olarak tanımlanırken, bu makale yeni sosyal bağlamları ve algoritmalar tarafından atanan yeni sosyal kimlikleri, ortamları; dönüşen bu ortamlar içerisindeki yeni kaygılara odaklanmaktadır. Çalışmanın temel sorusu; algoritmaların toplumsal yaşantı ekseninde oluşturduğu ya da oluşturabileceği sınırlılıklar; bunlar olurken yaşanan kültürel dönüşümlerin olası etkileridir. Nitel içerik analizi yöntemiyle hazırlanan çalışmada, bu sorunun cevabı güncel literatür ışığında irdelenmiş, kültürel dönüşümler ve bu dönüşümlerin gündelik yaşantıya olan etkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Çağımızda bilginin dijital dünyadaki varlığı her geçen gün daha çok hissedilmektedir. Dijital ortamda dolaşan bu bilgiler işlenip nitelikli bilgiye dönüştürüldüğünde gelişen teknoloji çağına katkı sunacaktır. Bu noktada büyük miktardaki bilgiyi yapılandıran veri madenciliği yöntemleri ve algoritmik araştırmalar devreye girmektedir. Veri madenciliği, fen bilimlerinden sosyal bilimlere birçok sahada kullanılan ve kullanılması muhtemel yöntemlerden biridir. Pek çok ilmî disiplinde karşımıza çıkan bu yöntemlerin özellikle son yirmi yıldır hadis alanında da yapıldığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada dünya üzerinde veri madenciliği yöntemlerini ve algoritmik araştırmaları hadis ilmine uygulayan ve en çok atıf alan bilimsel makaleler incelenmiştir. Şu ana kadar yapılan çalışmalar hadisin metnine, ricâline, sıhhatine yahut web ortamındaki kullanımına odaklanmaktadır. Bu araştırmaların bir kısmı genel olarak hadisleri konularına göre tasnif etmeyi, özel olarak hadis sözlükleri oluşturmayı hedeflemektedir. Öte yandan seneddeki râvi zincirini ve sahih hadisi formüle ederek hadisin sıhhat tespitini sistemleştirmeye yönelik çalışmalar da bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca sosyal ağ grafikleri oluşturmak suretiyle râviler üzerine incelemelerde bulunan araştırmalara rastlanmaktadır. Bu araştırmalar fen bilimlerinde olduğu gibi hadis ilmindeki verilerin yapılandırılarak hesaplanabilir ve nesnel bir şekilde ortaya konulmasına fırsat sunmaktadır. Esasında asırlar önce sünnetin unutulmasının ve tahrip edilmesinin önüne geçmeyi amaçlayan muhaddisler de hadis ilmine dair edindikleri bilgileri ölçmeye ve değerlendirmeye çalışmışlardır. Bu muhaddislerden bizlere hem hadisin ricâli hem de metni konusunda kimi zaman üzerinde ittifak edilen kimi zaman münferit öznel değerlendirmeler ulaşmıştır. İşte bu noktada veri madenciliği teknikleri ve algoritmik araştırmalar kimi zaman yoruma dayalı ve kendini tekrar eden malumatları somut verilere dönüştürecektir. Bu araştırmaların sunduğu bir diğer fırsat ise hadis metnine dijital ortamdan ulaşan halkın hadis verilerinin içeriği hakkında bilgi edinme bilincini kazanmasıdır. Nitekim bazı araştırmalarda görüldüğü üzere hadis karşıtı web siteleri hadis hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak isteyen öğrenciler tarafından sıkça ziyaret edilmektedir. Bu sebeple halkın ulaştığı bilgi kaynaklarını yönetmek yanlış din algısından kaynaklanan sosyal ve politik birçok problemin çözüme kavuşturulmasına yardımcı olacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı özellikle Türkiye’deki hadis alanında çalışan araştırmacılara veri madenciliğini ve algoritmik araştırmaları tanıtmak ve bahsi geçen bu yöntemleri hadis ilmiyle birlikte kullanarak araştırmacıların hadis ilminin gelişimine katkıda bulunmasını sağlamaktır.

Machine learning algorithms are mathematical procedures used to find complex and hidden patterns in data with a high degree of accuracy and have brought major advances in various fields for fast and precise decision making. One of these fields is the field of education, which is to predict the admissions process for postgraduate students. The purpose of admitting postgraduate students is to select prospective students who are qualified and meet the academic requirements set by the institution concerned based on GRE (Graduate Record Examination) scores, TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores, university rankings, letters of recommendation, GPA bachelor degree, and research experience. Success in postgraduate admissions can open opportunities to earn advanced degrees and acquire more in-depth knowledge and skills in areas of interest. In this study, an analysis was carried out on various machine learning algorithm optimizations used to optimize topics or trends in previous studies. In this case, the researcher compares performance and selects the best algorithm optimization to be applied to the topic of graduate student admissions. The results of this review show that the hybrid algorithm has the best performance in optimizing predictions for most of the data in previous studies. The results of this study indicate that the CNN-LSTM (Convolutional Neural Network - Long Short-Term Memory) hybrid model is expected to be an appropriate alternative in optimizing predictions of postgraduate student admissions. Therefore, further research is needed to develop this algorithm and expand its application to the topic of graduate student admissions., Algoritma machine learning merupakan prosedur matematis yang digunakan untuk menemukan pola yang kompleks dan tersembunyi dalam data dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi serta telah membawa kemajuan besar dalam berbagai bidang untuk pengambilan keputusan secara cepat dan tepat. Salah satu bidang tersebut adalah bidang pendidikan yaitu untuk melakukan pediksi pada proses penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana. Tujuan penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana ini adalah untuk menyeleksi calon mahasiswa yang berkualitas dan memenuhi persyaratan akademik yang ditetapkan oleh institusi yang bersangkutan berdasarkan skor GRE (Graduate Record Examination), skor TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), peringkat universitas, surat rekomendasi, IPK sarjana, dan pengalaman penelitian. Keberhasilan dalam penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana dapat membuka peluang untuk mendapatkan gelar lebih tinggi dan memperoleh pengetahuan serta keterampilan yang lebih mendalam dalam bidang yang diminati. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis terhadap berbagai optimasi algoritma machine learning yang digunakan untuk melakukan optimasi pada topik atau tren yang ada pada penelitian terdahulu. Dalam hal ini, peneliti membandingkan performa dan memilih optimasi algoritma terbaik untuk diterapkan pada topik penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana. Hasil tinjauan ini menunjukkan bahwa algortima hybrid memiliki performa terbaik dalam mengoptimasi prediksi untuk sebagian besar data pada penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model hybrid CNN-LSTM (Convolutional Neural Network - Long Short-Term Memory) diperkirakan dapat menjadi alternatif yang tepat dalam mengoptimasi prediksi penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan algoritma ini dan memperluas penerapannya pada topik penerimaan mahasiswa pascasarjana.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Tadris Matematika dalam menulis sintaks Bahasa pemrograman Java. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam model studi kasus bersifat kuratif, atau Studi Kasus Retrospektif dengan analisis penelitian menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Tadris Matematika semester ganjil Angkatan 2019/2020 sebanyak tiga kelas. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, diketahui bahwa terdapat tujuh kelompok kesalahan yang sering dilakukan oleh mahasiswa tersebut antara lain kesalahan variable, kesalahan operator sambung, kesalahan blok program, kesalahan operator prefix dan postfix, kesalahan import package dan input data. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesalahan tersebut adalah kemampuan dasar komputer yang masih kurang, mahasiswa kurang teliti dalam penulisan sintaks, belum adanya semangat kompetitif dikalangan mahasiswa dalam belajar algoritma pemrograman, mayoritas mahasiswa belajar membuat program ketika di laboratorium saja, Mutu isi panduan praktikum yang relatif sulit untuk dipahami oleh mahasiswa sebagai pemula dalam belajar algoritma, materi perkuliahan algoritma dan pemrograman java belum memiliki korelasi secara langsung terhadap materi perkuliahan matematika yang sudah dipelajari oleh mahasiswa. Solusi yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan memberikan tugas setiap pertemuan, mengaitkan materi perkuliahan dengan matakuliah lain dan mendesain metode pembelajaran kooperatif dan kompetitif.

Abstrak Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penguasaan konsep pengaturcaraan dalam tajuk algoritma bagi mata pelajaran Asas Sains Komputer (ASK) dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran teradun di sekolah. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kuasi eksperimen digunakan dalam kajian ini. Pemilihan subjek kajian dijalankan secara persampelan bertujuan melibatkan 59 murid Tingkatan Satu yang mengambil mata pelajaran ASK di sebuah sekolah di Daerah Kuantan. Sampel ini dibahagikan kepada 29 orang murid untuk kumpulan rawatan dan 30 digunakan murid untuk kumpulan kawalan. Instrumen kajian digunakan adalah soalan peperiksaan akhir tahun 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa kumpulan rawatan memperoleh peningkatan pencapaian yang lebih tinggi secara signifikan berbanding kumpulan kawalan. Kesimpulan daripada kajian menunjukkan kaedah pembelajaran teradun memberikan kesan yang positif terhadap penguasaan konsep pengaturcaraan dalam topik algoritma. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan pendekatan pembelajaran teradun dapat meningkatkan keberkesanan pengajaran dan pembelajaran konsep pengaturcaan di dalam mata pelajaran ASK. Abstract This study aims to test the mastery of programming concepts in the subject of algorithms for Computer Science Basic (ASK) subjects using a blended learning approach in a school. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design was used in this study. The subject selection of the study was conducted by a sample of 59 Form One students who took ASK subject at a school in Kuantan District. The sample was divided into 29 students for a treatment group and 30 students for a control group. The research instrument used was a 2018 final examination question. Data were analysed using descriptive and inference analysis. The results show that the treatment group achieved significantly higher achievement than the control group. The findings from the study show that the blending learning method has a positive effect on the mastery of programming concepts in algorithmic topics. Implications of this study show that the approach to learning blended learning can enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning programming concepts in ASK subject.

Background: In countries where health services are free, laboratory test costs are increasing. New software methods for preventing unnecessary tests without obstructing the test orders can provide significant savings. The aim of this study was to detect unnecessary test amounts that were prevented for 2 years with algorithms defined in intelligent laboratory software. Materials and Methods: AlinIQ (Abbott, USA) software has been defined algorithms that detect and cancel unnecessary tests without preventing clinicians from ordering. The prevented quantities of five different laboratory tests (direct bilirubin, chlorine, AST, fPSA and fT3), which were requested from January 2018 to January 2020, were calculated. It was compared with the proportional amo- unts of the same tests that were performed between January 2016 and January 2018, which were studied without software. Results: Algorithms prevented 261540 AST, 174096 direct bilirubin, 135373 chlorine, 27486 FT3, 1160 free PSA. A total of 599656 tests were saved in 2 years. Conclusions: In this study, defined algorithms successfully prevented unnecessary tests. Any clinical laboratory can use these simple algorithms and adapt it for other tests. Bu çalışma, okul öncesi dönem çocukları için bilgisayarsız kodlama eğitimi temelinde geliştirilen algoritma eğitimi etkinliklerini tanıtmayı ve bu etkinliklerin uygulama sürecini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan etkinlikler, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının algoritmik düşünme gerektiren problem durumlarına yönelik çeşitli çözümleri geliştirerek uygulamasını ve temel algoritma kavramlarını (birim, döngü, komut) öğrenmesini desteklemek amacıyla tasarlanmıştır. Hazırlanan 24 algoritma etkinliği, 16 anaokulu öğrencisiyle 8 haftalık bir süre zarfında uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada uygulanan algoritma etkinliklerine çocukların severek katıldıkları, aktif katılım sağladıkları ve problem durumlarına birden fazla çözüm önerisi geliştirerek algoritma kavramlarını kazandıkları görülmüştür. Etkinlik temelli algoritma eğitimi uygulamalarının genel yapısının nasıl olabileceğinin ve sınıf içi uygulamalarda problem çözme odaklı bir şekilde nasıl uygulanabileceğinin açıklanmasının uygulayıcılara ve alandaki araştırmacılara yol göstereceği düşünülmektedir.

Ada banyak penyakit yang bisa di deteksi melalui pembuluh darah, seperti hipertensi, jantung, dan retinopati diabetes. Namun, pendeteksian penyakit melalui retina tidak mudah. Dokter harus mengamati struktur pembuluh darah pada citra fundus retina. Pengamatan secara langsung pada citra fundus membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan juga beresiko terjadi kesalahan. Dalam mengatasi hal ini, maka pengolahan citra digital diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk mempermudah pendeteksian kelainan pada retina mata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap algoritma yang digunakan pada proses segmentasi citra fundus retina, karena hasil segmentasi dari citra akan berpengaruh besar dalam proses klasifikasi jenis penyakit pada retina. Kesalahan dalam pengklasifikasian jenis kelainan pada retina bisa menyebabkan kesalahan diagnosis dan kesalahan pemberian terapi yang tepat bagi pasien. Pengolahan citra dilakukan mulai tahap pra-pengolahan hingga segmentasi. Pengujian algoritma dilakukan pada tahap segmentasi. Hasil pengujian terhadap tiga algoritma menunjukkan bahwa metode pertama yaitu Morfologi Rekonstruksi memiliki rata-rata akurasi sebesar 94,46% dengan standard deviasi 2,94, Coye Filter memiliki rata-rata akurasi sebesar 94,97% dengan standard deviasi 4,99 dan Kirsch and Fuzzy C-Means dengan rata-rata akurasi 88,73% dan standar deviasi 2,74. Performa algoritma yang paling baik tidak hanya ditentukan dari tingkat akurasi tetapi juga dari aspek lain yaitu standar deviasi.

Profil kelulusan merupakan salah satu element penting bagi standar akreditasi perguruan tinggi. Profil kelulusan mencerminkan kinerja sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang dianut dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Semakin baik profil kelulusan, semakin baik pula nilai akreditasinya. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, prediksi kelulusan dapat dilakukan pada basis data akademik mahasiswa. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk menelusuri dan mengelompokkan data historikal ke dalam data latih dan data uji, untuk selanjutnya digunakan untuk memprediksi kelulusan tepat waktu. Langkah ini penting untuk membantu menentukan kebijakan manajemen yang lebih baik dari proses pembelajaran. Untuk itulah kajian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa penggunaan variabel-variabel tertentu untuk memprediksi kelulusan tepat waktu dengan menggunakan metode algoritma C.45 dan K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN). Penambangan data dilakukan pada basis data akademik mahasiswa program studi Farmasi, Fakultas Farmasi, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, dengan menambahkan beberapa variabel tertentu ke dalam proses penambangan data. Data kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam data latih dan data uji. Seleksi mundur digunakan untuk menyeleksi variabel yang paling baik dan berpengaruh terhadap set data. Kajian lebih jauh menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan algoritma C.45 dan seleksi mundur, keakuratan kelulusan mencapai diatas 84.75%. Hasil ini berbeda dari keakuratan yang ditunjukkan oleh algoritma K-NN dan seleksi mundur yang mencapai 89.14%. Hasil ini memberikan manfaat yang penting bagi program studi untuk membuat arah kebijakan yang lebih baik guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, terutama pelayanan proses pembelajaran.

Financial Technology (fintech) merupakan inovasi dibidang pelayanan keuangan yang memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan mempermudah transaksi. Karena berkaitan dengan keuangan, maka keamanan dalam fintech harus kuat dan terjamin. Penyedia layanan fintech seperti GoPay, Paypro, dan T-cash menggunakan One Time Password (OTP) dengan format 4 dan 6 digit bilangan acak numerik yang dikirimkan melalui SMS sebagai solusi autentikasi. Namun kode tersebut mudah terbaca sehingga rawan disalahgunakan oleh orang tidak bertanggung jawab dan dapat merugikan pengguna. Kriptografi merupakan teknik menyandikan informasi ke dalam karakter tertentu dan disusun acak sehingga sulit dimengerti. RSA merupakan algoritma kriptografi yang andal karena menggunakan kunci berbeda untuk menyandikan informasi. Metode LSB merupakan teknik steganografi sederhana untuk menyembunyikan informasi ke dalam citra sehingga mempersulit informasi dapat dibaca dan disalahgunakan. Dengan menerapkan algoritma RSA dan teknik LSB maka dapat meningkatkan keamanan kode OTP, karena kode OTP yang tersembunyi di dalam citra tidak dapat diketahui oleh mata manusia. Hasil dari penelitian ini, kedua algoritma tersebut melakukan keseluruhan proses sangat cepat, durasi rata-rata untuk memproses kode OTP format 4 digit yaitu 0,6738 detik, sedangkan format 6 digit sebesar 0,7005 detik. Hasil kualitas citra stego dengan pengujian MSE dan PSNR memiliki nilai rata-rata yang tinggi yaitu MSE sebesar 0,000531 dan PSNR sebesar 83,110348 dB.

Effective use of public transport is one of the components that will contribute to the smart city concept. In this respect, it is important to develop applications that facilitate the use of public transportation vehicles. In this study, a fuzzy optimal route suggestion model and solution algorithm has been developed that can support the applications in this field. The main difference of this model from other studies is the definition of the fuzzy route preference degree, which also takes into account the occupation density rate of the bus. In today's pandemic process, the importance of the model that can take into account the occupation density in the bus increases even more. In the created model, on the contrary of classical models, each route is suggested with fuzzy preference degree. The solution algorithm is a Dijkstra-like algorithm that uses fuzzy penalty values. Simulative experiments have been conducted using the Izmir public transport network data. It has been observed that the optimal solutions calculated in accordance with the proposed fuzzy model produce solutions with higher preference degrees than the classical approach that does not use the concept of fuzziness. Optimization of parameters in solar cell modeling allows monitoring the status of the model under different operating conditions of the system and finding possible errors. In order to accurately predict optimal parameters in single and dual diode solar cell models, meta-heuristic algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Firefly Algorithm (FA), Cuckoo Search (CS) and Flower Pollination (FPA) were used. In addition, IAE and RMSE objective functions were used to minimize the error between the experimental diode parameter values calculated by these algorithms. In order to evaluate the accuracy and performance of these algorithms, Genetic algorithm (GA), Simulated Annealing (SA), Harmony Search (HS) and Pattern Search (PS) in the literature were compared numerically and graphically with meta-heuristic algorithms. Comparative results showed that FPA had superior performance in terms of accuracy and reliability compared to other methods in the problem of estimating the parameters of solar cells. Dimana akan belajar membangun instruksi dengan coding tertentu yang mana belajar coding berdampak pada kreatifitas dan mengasah soft skills pada anak. Salah satu mitra pada kegiatan PkM ini adalah SMK YKWI yang memiliki jurusan TKJ yang mana hanya mempelajari instalasi PC, LAN, memperbaiki dan mempelajari program PC. Dari permasalahan yang ada, perlu adanya sebuah kegiatan yang mengenalkan mereka tentang luasnya ilmu komputer, mengenalkan peserta didik tentang dasar algoritma akan menarik minat mereka untuk mengembangkan ilmu ke arah yang lebih baik. Dalam penerapannya mengenalkan algoritma dasar ini adalah hal yang membosankan, maka perlu dilakukan perubahan pola pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi scratch dengan membuat game sederhana. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemrograman khususnya algoritma. Kegiatan dilakukan mencakup penyampaian materi terkait pemrograman dan algorima lalu praktik untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma dengan tema game sederhana. Dari kuesioner yang sudah disediakan, dapat ditarik penilaian, tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 100% dengan 78,9% peserta merasa Puas dan 21,1% sisanya peserta merasa sangat puas.

Penentuan jurusan siswa pada tingkat pendidikan sekolah menengah atas pada umumnya menggunakan rekomendasi hasil psikotes, nilai akademik, minat dan bakat siswa. Tidak semua sekolah memiliki data yang lengakap untuk melakukan penjursan siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, difokuskan untuk mengomparasikan hasil nilai akademik siswa, untuk mata pelajaran rumpun ilmu pengetahuan alam dan ilmu pengetahaun sosial pada kelas 10 SMA. Nilai dari mata pelajaran yang manakah yang memiliki pengaruh tinggi terhadap penjurusan siswa di SMA. Terdapat beberapa algoritma dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses klasifikasi data siswa untuk rekomendasi penjurusan, misalnya C4.5, Naïve Bayes, K-NN, Rule Induction, dan lain-lain. Untuk mengetahui tingkat validasi digunakan metode cross validation. Kemudian digunakan T-Test untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan antar algoritma. Hasil analisa komparasi pada penelitian komparasi algoritma untuk penjurusan ini, bahwa metode algoritma Naïve Bayes sebagai algoritma yang paling baik dibandingkan algoritma yang lainnya, yang meiliki akurasi pada 79,51% dan AUC pada nilai 0,861.

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang berharga bagi manusia karena siapa saja dapat mengalami gangguan kesehatan, begitu pula pada manusia yang sangat rentan terhadap berbagai macam penyakit namun penyebabnya tidak kita sadari. Algoritma K-Means tidak terpengaruh terhadap urutan objek yang digunakan, hal ini dibuktikan ketika penulis mencoba menentukan secara acak titik awal pusat cluster dari salah satu objek pada permulaan perhitungan. Jumlah keanggotaan cluster yang dihasilkan berjumlah sama ketika menggunakan objek yang lain sebagai titik awal pusat cluster tersebut. Namun, hal ini hanya berpengaruh pada jumlah iterasi yang dilakukan. Pengelompokan objek (objek clustering) adalah salah satu proses dari objek mining yang bertujuan untuk mempartisi objek yang ada kedalam satu atau lebih cluster objek berdasarkan karakteristiknya. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana penggunaan Algoritma K-Means Cluster Analysis dalam studi kasus penyakit menular manusia pada suatu objek. Penelitian ini mengkaji metode K-Means Cluster Analysis dalam penyakit menular pada manusia berdasarkan set variabel yang dibentuk per kecamatan tiap puskesmas yang jumlahnya ada 32 Kantor Puskesmas di Kabupaten Majalengka.

The success of a project is uncertain. There is a possibility that the project was successful or failed. Some of the risks that may occur in the project include the arrival of goods or the completion of work late from the time set, design changes due to obstacles in the field, as well as other risks. It is therefore necessary to study the project risks to identify potential problems that may occur and make decisions to reduce risks and increase the likelihood of success of the project. In order for risk management to be performed, the owner must know the steps in evaluating the project and the steps in the implementation of risk management. This study discusses the development of algorithms for project evaluation and risk management. The resulting algorithm is then implemented to the CC-II civil construction project at Indarung VI Project. The results of the implementation show that the project is not running in accordance with the plan. The dominant factors causing delays include BOQ miscalculation by consultants, inadequate and slow decision-making mechanisms, and details of workmanship changes.
