This Community Service aims to create and foster a culture of writing literacy in elementary school students. The method applied is a mentoring method with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The writing literacy assistance in this program focuses on two projects: wall magazines and student bulletins. Participants in this assistance and service were teachers and students at the Penggerak Elementary School (SD), Rejoagung Trangkil. The program of community assistance is divided into four activities which involves Training of Trainers (ToT), Writing Literacy Action Plan (RALMe), School Publication Plan (RPS), and Project Based Literacy Assistance in schools (PLBP). The results obtained were the realization of a project-based writing literacy program and the publication of wall magazines and bulletins at SD 01 Rejoagung.

This study aims to understand the mutual relationship between teachers and parents in improving student learning outcomes. The site of this research is SMA NU 01 Al-Hidayah Kendal. This research uses a qualitative case study approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomena that occur in the field through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the mutual relationship built by the school to make teachers and parents more intimate in improving student learning outcomes was carried out through careful and systematic planning by involving all school parties to obtain optimal results. The planning carried out then carried out optimally and carried out jointly by the school with a mutualistic symbiotic principle and continued with an evaluation with the principle of continuous improvement.

This outreach program is Digital Media Literacy Training for early childhood education (PAUD) Teachers of Kenanga Group in Dukuhseti district, Pati regency. This digital media literacy training activity aims to provide knowledge and insight into early childhood education (PAUD) Teachers to take advantage of digital-based media both in learning and administration. This outreach program was held for two days on Thursday-Friday, 29-30 August 2019 at TK Tunas Bangsa. The material presented includes; the urgency and function of digital media for learning and administration, typing using Microsoft Word, presenting with PowerPoint, scanning documents using a device, and using the WhatsApp application by computer or laptop. It is designed in the form of training using three methods. They are lecture method, demonstration method, and direct practice method. The results indicate that this program significantly increases in knowledge, understanding, expertise and, skills of the participants. It can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest that have been implemented. Participants were also very satisfied with the dedication activities that had been carried out because the material presented was fit their needs and the methods used were also appropriate. From all the evaluation results in the form of pretest, posttest and feedback from the participants, it was concluded that this outreach program has achieved the goal they are the participants understand and can apply digital media for learning and administration.

Potato farming is a vital component of food security and the economic stability especially in the under developing countries but it faces many challenges in production, blackleg disease caused by Pectobacterium atrosepticum (Pa) is one of the main reason for damaging crop yield of the potato. Effective management strategies are essential to control these losses and to get sustainable potato crop yield. This study was focused on characterizing the Pa and the investigating new chemical options for its management. The research was involved a systematic survey across the three district of Punjab, Pakistan (Khanewal, Okara, and Multan) to collect samples exhibiting the black leg symptoms. These samples were analyzed in the laboratory where gram-negative bacteria were isolated and identified through biochemical and pathogenicity tests for Pa. DNA sequencing further confirmed these isolates of Pa strains. Six different chemicals were tested to control blackleg problem in both vitro and vivo at different concentrations. In vitro experiment, Cordate demonstrated the highest efficacy with a maximum inhibition zones of 17.139 mm, followed by Air One (13.778 mm), Profiler (10.167 mm), Blue Copper (7.7778 mm), Spot Fix (7.6689 mm), and Strider (7.0667 mm). In vivo, Cordate maintained its effectiveness with the lowest disease incidence of 14.76%, followed by Blue Copper (17.49%), Air One (16.98%), Spot Fix (20.67%), Profiler (21.45%), Strider (24.99%), and the control group (43.00%). The results highlight Cordate's potential as a most effective chemical against Pa, offering promising role for managing blackleg disease in potato and to improve overall productivity. PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia branch of Cianjur produce various kinds of garment products. One of the most widely product is trousers. The product are still many defects. This is showed from the number of defective products during February 2015 until mid- March 2015 which reached 509 products unit of 10.138 trousers produced. Therefore, appropriate quality control is required to optimize the quality of trousers products. This research method uses Six Sigma approach with DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, Control). Based on the results of the research is known the most dominant type of defect is oblique belt loop and skid jump defects. Factors causing of oblique belt loop defects are sourced from human factors (operator does not follow signs and operators are fatigue), engine factor (old machine age and engine setting less than perfect), material factor (needle material less reliable and materials need to be heating which is high), and the method factor (information on working methods is still lacking). While the factors causing of skid jump defects are sourced from human factors (operator is less careful in choosing to sewing needles and operators experience fatigue), machine factor (old machine age and no regular machine maintenance), material factor (needle less reliable sewing), and method factors (production supervision and quality control are still weak). Quality Increasing could be can increase the value of Six sigma from 3.82 to 4.27.

Surah Al-Lahb is in 111th surah of Quran that is Makki which means this surah was received by Rasulullah when he was still in Mecca. This surah tells about the uncle of Rasulullah namely Abu Lahab who came from high level family and tribes that make him arrogant and refusing da’wa of Rasulullah. Abu Lahab always made effort to do bad things in intriguing da’wa of Rasulullah and he wanted Rasulullah’s da’wa to be failed. His wife also helped him to do so. Because of that, Allah swt cursed him and his wife that they would be sent to the hell. Abu Lahab becomes one of surah name in Quran as a prove of history about the bad manner of Abu Lahab to Rasulullah. The method of Qisah (At-Tarbiyah bil al-Qishah) in this surah is one of interesting methods in education. This is way of Quran to explain about phropet and also others to give attention and take learning. This method brings big impact to increase curiousity and also intelligence of thinking because that every story has its own value. So, that will be easy for everyone to remember and understand. Finally, found there are three values of akhlak education in surah Al-Lahb that are lying, arrogance, and spite. Rice is a major cereal crop which ensure food security to more than half of the global population. Several biotic factors impact rice grain quality and its final production. White stripe disease, caused by pathogen Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is considered among the major limiting factor for reducing rice yields and quality. Present study was performed to understand the white stripe disease, which has been frequently misdiagnosed as bacterial leaf blight (BLB) due to similar symptoms. A survey was carried out based on accessibility and farmer participation to monitor incidence and sample collection. The survey was conducted in districts Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, and Hafizabad, these districts were selected for their importance for rice cultivation in Pakistan. The total sample size was around 500 leaves distributed evenly throughout each study area. The results of study indicated presence of new pathogen of rice. These isolates were biochemically identified and confirmed by gram staining negative, 3% KOH positive, 5% salt tolerance positive, oxidase test negative, catalase test positive, starch hydrolysis test negative, nitrate reductase test positive, indole test negative, lactose test positive, maltose test positive, methyl red test negative, Vogesprokauer test negative and urea hydrolysis test negative. The pathogenicity test was confirmed that pathogen and the Sialkot isolate were the most aggressive isolate among the five isolates collected form the studied areas. The molecular characterization was accomplished by PCR and sequencing. The results of the phylogenetic study indicate that this pathogen belongs to a distinct group, as it is distantly related to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo).
