The field of cryptography has grown significantly with the advent of information and communication technologies due to the increasing complexity of cyber threats and rising security requirements. This evolution has come with the creation of new cryptosystems and improvements to current ones. This study is the first to explore the RSA approach in the framework of t-intuitionistic fuzzy subgroups. This technique makes group-based cryptographic operations safer when there are unclear relationships and hesitations. This supports the complex and uncertain nature of subgroup membership, allowing for much more significant representations of the degrees of belonging, non-belonging, and hesitancy for the group elements along parameter 't'. The t-intuitionistic fuzzy RSA technique employs a t-intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup to address cryptosystem ambiguity, fuzziness, and imprecision. Consequently, inaccurate cryptographic data is more effectively represented, manipulated, and protected. Furthermore, this technique enhances the current level of fuzzy cryptography. The t-intuitionistic fuzzy RSA algorithms are of theoretical and practical value, as they significantly contribute towards developing fuzzy cryptography, fuzzy algebraic structures, and decision support systems. In this paper, the notions of t-intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and triangular t-intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. A new RSA cryptosystem based on a t-intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup is proposed in which the plaintext and the ciphertext are obtained in terms of t-intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and triangular t-intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. In addition, the significance of the concept of the t-intuitionistic fuzzy subgroup is highlighted as a suitable alternative tool to secure the data under consideration. In addition, the practical effect of the proposed methods is also investigated in this study. A mathematical mechanism is presented to implement the t-intuitionistic fuzzy RSA algorithm. Finally, a comparative analysis of the developed technique is presented with some existing methods to showcase the applicability and superiority of the recently developed method. Big data pertains to extensive and intricate compilations of information that necessitate the implementation of proficient and cost-effective evaluation and analysis tools to derive insights and support decision making. The Fermatean fuzzy set theory possesses remarkable capability in capturing imprecision due to its capacity to accommodate complex and ambiguous problem descriptions. This paper presents the study of the concepts of dynamic ordered weighted aggregation operators in the context of Fermatean fuzzy environment. In numerous practical decision making scenarios, the term "dynamic" frequently denotes the capability of obtaining decision-relevant data at various time intervals. In this study, we introduce two novel aggregation operators: Fermatean fuzzy dynamic ordered weighted averaging and geometric operators. We investigate the attributes of these operators in detail, offering a comprehensive description of their salient features. We present a step-by-step mathematical algorithm for decision making scenarios in the context of proposed methodologies. In addition, we highlight the significance of these approaches by presenting the solution to the decision making problem and determining the most effective big data analytics platform for YouTube data analysis. Emerging technology selection is crucial for enterprise integration, driving innovation, competitiveness, and streamlining operations across diverse sectors like finance and healthcare. However, the decision-making process for technology adoption is often complex and fraught with uncertainties. Bipolar fuzzy sets offer a nuanced representation of uncertainty, allowing for simultaneous positive and negative membership degrees, making them valuable in decision-making and expert systems. In this paper, we introduce dynamic averaging and dynamic geometric operators under bipolar fuzzy environment. We also establish some of the fundamental crucial features of these operators. Moreover, we present a step by step mechanism to solve MADM problem under bipolar fuzzy dynamic aggregation operators. In addition, these new techniques are successfully applied for the selection of the most promising emerging technology for enterprise integration. The aim of this paper is to introduce Ciric-Suzuki type quasi-contractive multivalued operators and to obtain the existence of fixed points of such mappings in the framework of b-metric spaces. Some examples are presented to support the results proved herein. We establish a characterization of strong b-metric and b-metric spaces completeness. An asymptotic estimate of a Hausdorff distance between the fixed point sets of two Ciric-Suzuki type quasi-contractive multivalued operators is obtained. As an application of our results, existence and uniqueness of multivalued fractals in the framework of b-metric spaces is proved.

The extension of these theorems into diverse fuzzy contexts emerges as a compelling area of exploration. This study introduces the novel concept of the conjunctive complex fuzzy conjugate element within the conjunctive complex fuzzy subgroup of a group, elucidating numerous crucial properties of this concept. Additionally, it propounds the notion of the conjunctive complex fuzzy p- subgroup within the conjunctive complex fuzzy subgroup (CCFSG) and delineates various indispensable characteristics associated with this construct. Additionally, the paper formulates the conjunctive complex fuzzy version of the Cauchy theorem for finite groups. Lastly, it defines the concept of the conjunctive complex fuzzy Sylow p -subgroup for a finite group and conducts a generalization of Sylow's theorems within a conjunctive complex fuzzy environment. Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading global health concern. There is a critical need for accurate and reliable decision-making tools to select the optimal approach for diagnosing cardiovascular disease (CVD). In this study, we have addressed this pressing issue. Complex intuitionistic fuzzy set (CIFS) theory is adept at encapsulating vagueness due to its capability to encompass comprehensive problem specifications characterized by both intuitionistic uncertainty and periodicity. Within the scope of this article, we present two novel aggregation operators: the complex intuitionistic fuzzy dynamic weighted averaging (CIFDWA) operator and the complex intuitionistic fuzzy dynamic weighted geometric (CIFDWG) operator. Some intriguing characteristics of these operators are elucidated, and important special cases are also defined in detail. We devise an enhanced score function to rectify the deficiencies observed in the existing score function under complex intuitionistic fuzzy knowledge. Furthermore, these operators are employed in the development of a systematic approach for the handling of multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) scenarios involving complex intuitionistic fuzzy data. Moreover, we undertake the resolution of an MADM problem, wherein we ascertain the optimal approach for diagnosing cardiovascular disease (CVD) through the utilization of the proposed operators, thereby substantiating their utility in decision-making processes. Finally, we conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis, pitting the presented operators against an array of existing counterparts, in order to demonstrate the reliability and stability inherent in the derived methodologies. The motivation of this study is to solve a conjecture in algebraic graph theory for a special type of graph called a wheel graph. Brouwer's conjecture states that S k (G) ≤ m + k + 1 2 , where k = 1 , 2 , ... , n . This paper proves Brouwer's conjecture for wheel graphs. It also provides an upper bound for the sum of the largest Laplacian eigenvalues for the wheel graph W n + 1 , which provides a better approximation for this upper bound using Brouwer's conjecture and the Grone–Merris–Bai inequality. We study the symmetry of wheel graphs and recall an example of the symmetry group of W n + 1 , n ≥ 3 . Complex fuzzy sets are the novel extension of Zadeh's fuzzy sets. In this paper, we comprise the introduction to the concept of ξ -complex fuzzy sets and proofs of their various set theoretical properties. We define the notion of α , δ -cut sets of ξ -complex fuzzy sets and justify the representation of an ξ -complex fuzzy set as a union of nested intervals of these cut sets. We also apply this newly defined concept to a physical situation in which one may judge the performance of the participants in a given task. In addition, we innovate the phenomena of ξ -complex fuzzy subgroups and investigate some of their fundamental algebraic attributes. Moreover, we utilize this notion to define level subgroups of these groups and prove the necessary and sufficient condition under which an ξ -complex fuzzy set is ξ -complex fuzzy subgroup. Furthermore, we extend the idea of ξ -complex fuzzy normal subgroup to define the quotient group of a group G by this particular ξ -complex fuzzy normal subgroup and establish an isomorphism between this quotient group and a quotient group of G by a specific normal subgroup G A ξ .
