In this work we review what are the demands related to critical elements in technological areas in the near future, being its extraction from asteroids the main target. We study how frequently those critical elements appear in different asteroid taxonomies by comparing the asteroid taxonomies with meteor remains on Earth, concluding that the best candidates to be mined in a future mission would be M/X type asteroids. We have selected several NEA’s and asteroids from the Main Belt belonging to this taxonomy as optimal candidates to be mined, studying their composition by spectroscopy. We also analyse their available dense and sparse photometry in databases in order to obtain their physical parameters (pole orientation, rotation period, size) and also apply the light curve inversion method, complemented with radar images, if available, to estimate their shape, which is fundamental to determine which mining method is the optimal in each particular asteroid. In this work we have focused on (4660) Nereus.

In this work we search and characterize exoplanets orbiting members of stellar streams, which are structures in the Galaxy composed of stars with similar dynamic and chemical properties, and with galactic or extragalactic origin. With current facilities, the detection of exoplanets in extragalactic stellar streams, resulting from merger events, could be the only way to study in detail exoplanets formed outside the Milky Way. This could help to understand better the impact of the merger events in the planetary systems of these stars, and also to compare their planetary properties and statistics with the ones from the Milky Way. We used Gaia DR2 to select stellar candidates of the Arcturus stream, an over density of stars suspected to have an extragalactic origin, and we obtained their photometry from the TESS Full Frame Images. We found several transiting planetary candidates and present three of them which are being studied in detail.

Gusev Crater, landing site of the MER-A mission, and Jezero Crater, site of the Mars2020 mission, were possibly two past fluvial-lacustrine systems, and have therefore been of great interest to understand the past of Mars. The study of terrestrial analogues is important to know the possible origin of these morphologies observed on Mars.

Currently, the use of biostimulants is increasing due to the need for greater productivity in agriculture. The European Union presented a new fertilizer regulation, UE 2019/1009, appearing for the first time the concept of biostimulants. Its main objective is to improve the efficiency of plants in the absorption and assimilation of nutrients or their tolerance to biotic or abiotic stresses, regardless of the nutrient content of the product. The objective of this work consisted in the development of a methodology to test in a short-term experiment the efficiency of commercial products as potential biostimulants in a crop of Capsicum annuum L. in strictly hydroponic conditions. Plants were irrigated with the respective product at the recommended dose in water, without the addition of other nutritional sources for 15 days. At the end of the test, the weights of the root and aerial part, the humidity, the chlorophyll indexes, and nutritional leaf content, as well as the volume and morphology of the roots and plants were obtained to evaluate the biostimulant effects on the plant growth and development. The water consumption was also evaluated to analyze whether any of the products generates greater water savings. The study concluded that the nutritive solutions with biostimulants produced a greater increase in the weight of the plant and a lower percentage of leaf moisture, as well as higher values of leaf chlorophyll. On the other hand, it was humic, fulvic, and algae biostimulants that presented the best values in terms of water savings. The methodology developed could be set to test in the short term the biostimulant potential of new products, This research did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors

We explore the concentration of Lithium and δ7Li in the lunar surface (out rocks and regolith) using spectral data obtained from the Clementine mission (images UV–VIS with 450, 750, 900, 950 and 1000 nm Bands), that provide 100% coverage of the lunar surface at resolution of 100 to 300 m, between latitudes of 70"s to 70°N. In order to extract quantitative abundance of Lithium, ground truth sites must be used to calibrate the sensor. Lithium composition of samples (12045, 15058, 15475, 15555, 70035, 74220 and 75075) returned from Apollo missions 12, 15, 16 and 17 have been compared to the Clementine UV-Vis-Nir bands. We find an excellent linear correlation between the spectral parameters and Lithium content of samples. The analysis presented here further explores the presence of Lithium and δ7Li in areas with different exposures to solar wind as shadowed craters or elevated areas of lunar crust with different exposure age, trying to elucidate the possibility of Lithium enrichment by spallation processes.

We review the mineralogy assignation of Hermione comparing JPL mineral and meteorites spectral libraries (ultramafic rocks, pyrites, piroxenes diamonds, olivine, hematites carbons and carbonaceous meteorites) resampled to the wavelengths of VIS NIR spectrum of (121) Hermione from SMASSII In order to quantify similarities between resampled spectra and (121)Hermione SMASS II spectrum, we performed a Factor Análisis ( The same analysis was carried out with spectra resampled to 367 436 545 638 and 797 nm wavelengths which correspond to effective central wavelengths of U,B,V,R and I photometric filters used to observed (121) Hermione from ICTEA observatory( mpc code L 94)

Enterobacter is an emerging gram-negative nosocomial pathogen responsible for outbreaks in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Over the past 50 years, its taxonomy has evolved, making its epidemiology ambiguous. Recently, various molecular biology techniques, including whole-genome sequencing, have provided a better understanding of its taxonomy and epidemiology. The objective of this thesis was to search for microbiological markers associated with the severity of bacteremia in preterm newborns. The first microbiological marker identified was the species. In this context, E. xiangfangensis and E. bugandensis were identified as the most frequent species in the NICU. E. xiangfangensis is more resistant to antibiotics than E. bugandensis. In contrast, E. bugandensis is associated with higher mortality and appears to be more virulent than E. xiangfangensis. In addition, structural analysis of E. bugandensis lipid A revealed the presence of 2-hydroxymyristate, a modification catalyzed by the enzyme LpxO. The presence of LpxO in E. bugandensis was associated with the severity of neonatal bacteremia. The study of the E. bugandensis genome showed the presence of other virulence factors such as fimbriae, adhesins, siderophores and T6SS. These results suggest that the colonization potential, persistence, and virulence of E. bugandensis are different from other species in the same genus, emphasizing the importance of accurate identification to the species level, and in particular of E. bugandensis carrying LpxO. Incubators have been identified as an important reservoir for the transmission of nosocomial infections in the NICU. Our results suggest that Enterobacter outbreaks in the NICU are multispecies and multiclonal. In conclusion, E. bugandensis has been identified as the typical species responsible for severe neonatal sepsis in preterm infants. En conclusion, E. bugandensis a été identifié comme l'espèce type responsable de sepsis néonatal sévère chez les prématurés. Par conséquent, une surveillance épidémiologique des taux de colonisation chez les nouveau-nés dans la RNN devrait être mis en œuvre.

Es por todos conocido, en mayor o menor medida, el aprovechamiento que se hace de la energía solar, sobre todo gracias a los paneles solares, dispositivos que, de una forma cada vez más extendida, vamos viendo en hogares particulares. Con este proyecto se pretende dar a conocer otro elemento de la naturaleza que nos ofrece las mismas prestaciones, si no mejores, que el sol, y dicho elemento es el viento. El objetivo de este proyecto es demostrar que no es necesario disponer de un molino eólico de grandes dimensiones para obtener energía a partir del viento. Para ello, se ha diseñado y construido un prototipo que, gracias a la acción de las corrientes de aire, nos permite obtener cierta cantidad de energía eléctrica. Dichas corrientes, que para este proyecto son generadas por un secador, inciden sobre una vela la cual genera vibraciones que actúan sobre un elemento piezoeléctrico. Se han simulado condiciones reales de trabajo mediante cambios en la velocidad del viento y en la orientación de la vela. Además, se ha programado una prueba de concepto que nos permite mostrar cómo se podría conseguir la máxima potencia en todo momento. Abstract: We are all aware, to a greater or lesser extent, of the use made of solar energy, especially thanks to solar panels, devices that are becoming increasingly widespread in private homes. The aim of this project is to raise awareness of another element of nature that offers us the same benefits, if not better, than the sun, and that element is the wind. The aim of this project is to demonstrate that it is not necessary to have a large windmill to obtain energy from the wind. To this end, a prototype has been designed and built which, thanks to the action of air currents, allows us to obtain a certain amount of electrical energy. These currents, which for this project are generated by a dryer, affect a candle which generates vibrations that act on a piezoelectric element. Real working conditions have been simulated by changing the wind speed and the orientation of the sail. In addition, a proof of concept has been programmed to show how maximum power could be always achieved.

Actualmente en el mundo se ha generado una tendencia naturalista que consiste en el incremento de consumo de productos a base de hierbas, tal es el caso de los filtrantes a base de muña y culén que gracias a sus propiedades curativas y digestivas ayudan a combatir la gastritis. Esta tendencia permitió encontrar un mercado en el cual se podrá desarrollar el proyecto. Para determinar la demanda específica del presente estudio se analizó la data histórica de un producto sustituto (té verde) para hallar la demanda interna aparente. Proyectada dicha tendencia con una regresión lineal (2021 al 2025) y segmentando bajo la población urbana mayores a 16 años de los niveles socioeconómico A, B y C de Lima Metropolitana y datos recopilados de la encuesta como intensidad, intención y factor de preferencia. Se empleó el ranking de factores para la macrolocalización y microlocalización con la finalidad de encontrar el lugar más adecuado para la implementación de la planta de producción. Para el tamaño de planta, se consideró al tamaño de la tecnología como limitante con una capacidad de 23 748 kg/año. El cuello de botella es en el secado con una capacidad de 20 kg/hora. Asimismo, se realizó la disposición de la planta en la cual se determinó un área de 896 m². La inversión del proyecto es de S/ 406 907. Al determinar los ingresos por ventas, costos y gastos que tendrá el proyecto se obtuvo el VAN económico S/ 311 064 TIR económico 50,58%, VAN financiero S/ 493 803 y TIR financiero 91,55% y al comparar con el COK 22,81%, se puede concluir que el proyecto es viable. To determine the specific demand of the present study, the historical data of a substitute product (green tea) was analyzed to find the apparent internal demand. Projected this trend with a linear regression (2021 to 2025) and segmenting it under the urban population over 16 years of socioeconomic levels A, B and C of Metropolitan Lima and data collected from the survey as intensity, intention and preference factor. The ranking of factors for macro localization and micro localization was used in order to find the most suitable place for the implementation of the production plant. For plant size, technology size was considered as limiting with a capacity of 23 748 kg / year. The bottleneck is drying with a capacity of 20 kg / hour. Likewise, the layout of the plant in which an area of 896 m² was determined was made. The investment of the project is S/ 406 907. When determining the income from sales, costs and expenses that the project will have, the economic VAN S/ 311 064, economic TIR 50,58%, financial VAN S/ 493 803 and financial TIR 91,55% and when compared with the COK 22,81%, it can be concluded that the project is viable.

Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado versa sobre el diseño e implementación de una propuesta de trabajo, a modo de unidad didáctica, para el primer curso del segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil. Esta propuesta incide en el tratamiento del mindfulness y el yoga infantil. Por tanto, en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se expondrán actividades que trabajen dichos elementos, así como objetivos y su correspondiente fundamentación teórica, recogida de diferentes fuentes de información, Grado en Educación Infantil
