To study the information reform of preschool education of fine arts under fractional differential equation. Methods: In this paper, the fractional Navier-Stokes equations are compared with the traditional models through some numerical experiments, which provides a certain basis for future physical application. In order to improve students’ comprehensive ability and quality, we should strengthen education and teaching in all aspects, and art education is a more important aspect. The results show that the numerical solution of the integral equation with different values is close to a point at x = 1, that is, u (1) = 0.5.

College students continue to improve their consumption levels due to compassion or vanity, but it not only increases the financial burden of the family, but is also not conducive to their personal health. In order not to affect the mental health of college students, to solve the problem of mutual comparison consumption, this paper establishes differential equation models to describe this phenomenon, from qualitative and quantitative angles to interpret and predict the results of comparison consumption. The results show that the current consumption behaviour of college students also has a reasonable place for being unreasonable, mainly from college students’ own and living environment.

In order to meet the social demand for preschool education professionals, based on the finite element higher-order fractional differential equation, this paper studies the information teaching model of preschool education of fine arts in colleges and universities. Through the scientific and effective fine arts education in the preschool education major in colleges and universities, the students’ fine arts ability can be effectively improved, and the application of information means can make this goal can be better realised so that the teaching needs can be better satisfied and they promote the better development of fine arts education in the preschool education major.

Computer vision technology and video image processing technology in the visual rehearsal of sports dance is a hot research topic. Based on this research background, the thesis uses 3D mathematical modelling technology to interpolate and extract the captured sports and dance movement information to make the final synthesised human animation natural, smooth and lifelike. At the same time, the thesis realises the method of action cohesion through the definition of characteristic action unit attributes and association constraints. Then, it applies it to the visual rehearsal system of sports dance. Finally, the analysis of experimental results proves that the proposed method can improve the precision and recall of rehearsal.

Carbohydrate metabolism can provide energy for human exercise. However, different exercise intensities will consume different amounts of energy. For this reason, the paper uses a fractional linear regression equation to study the characteristics of carbohydrate metabolism and energy consumption of other groups of human beings with the same oxygen consumption during exercise. In addition, the thesis measures energy consumption during exercise and body recovery by analyzing gas metabolism methods. As a result, we found that the sugar, fat metabolism, and energy consumption of heavier volunteers under the same exercise intensity were lower than those of regular weight volunteers. Thus, the fractional linear regression method can help us analyze the relationship between glucose metabolism and exercise energy.

In this study, a novel hybrid fuzzy decision-making model is constructed for the effective omnichannel strategy selection of financial services. The first phase of this model is related to inputting missing expert decisions for the quality function deployment (QFD) stages and omnichannel service strategies. The QFD stages of financial services are then weighted by bipolar q -rung orthopair fuzzy (q -ROF) multi-stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (M -SWARA) based on the golden ratio. The QFD-based omnichannel strategy alternatives for financial services are then ranked using bipolar q -ROF ELECTRE. These calculations are also performed by considering PFSs and IFSs. Finally, the TOPSIS methodology is used to rank the alternatives so that comparative results can be obtained. The main contribution of this study is the creation of effective omnichannel strategies to improve financial services using a novel hybrid fuzzy decision-making methodology based on bipolar q -rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q -ROFSs), M -SWARA, ELECTRE, and the imputation of expert evaluations with collaborative filtering. The analysis results obtained will facilitate determination of the most appropriate omnichannel strategies for businesses to provide effective financial services. In this manner, companies will be able to determine appropriate marketing strategies without incurring excessive costs. Because the analysis results are the same for all fuzzy sets, the proposed model is coherent and reliable. The findings demonstrate that online financial services are the most critical strategy for improving omnichannel. As science and technology advance, more engineering-type problems emerge. Technology development has likewise led to an increase in the complexity of optimization problems, and the need for new optimization techniques has increased. The swarm intelligence optimization algorithm is popular among researchers as a flexible, gradient-independent optimization method. The cuckoo search (CS) algorithm in the population intelligence algorithm has been widely used in various fields as a classical optimization algorithm. However, the current CS algorithm can no longer satisfy the performance requirements of the algorithm for current optimization problems. Therefore, in this paper, an improved CS algorithm based on a crossover optimizer (CC) and decentralized foraging (F) strategy is proposed to improve the search ability and the ability to jump out of the local optimum of the CS algorithm (CCFCS). Then, in order to verify the performance of the algorithm, this paper demonstrates the performance of CCFCS from six perspectives: core parameter setting, balance analysis of search and exploitation, the impact of introduced strategies, the impact of population dimension, and comparison with classical algorithms and similar improved algorithms. Finally, the optimization effect of CCFCS on real engineering problems is tested by five classic cases of engineering optimization. According to the experimental results, CCFCS has faster convergence and higher solution quality in the algorithm performance test andmaintains the same excellent performance in engineering applications. The purpose of this paper is to improve the English teaching levels of colleges and universities. First, the primary attributes of dynamic nonlinear system theory in second language acquisition are analyzed. Second, the influencing factors of English grammar application ability in theoretical dimension and measurement methods are proposed. Six first-year students majoring in English in a university were randomly selected as research objects, who were followed up for a semester, during which three identical oral English tasks were finished (in September, October, and November of 2020). The fluency, accuracy, and complexity of students' utterances are statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0. Results demonstrate that the fluency of students' utterances has increased from 110 syllables per minute on average in September to 129 syllables per minute on average in November. The proportion of error-free clauses has increased from 0.5 to 0.55, and the number of clauses in the T unit has increased from 1.42 to 1.51. Students P 1 , P 2 , P 3 , P 5 , and P 6 have a gradually increasing accuracy of utterance, while student P 4 shows a gradually decreasing utterance accuracy. Students P 1 and P 5 have a decreasing utterance accuracy, while students P 2 and P 6 present an increasing utterance accuracy. Besides, the utterance accuracy of students P 3 and P 4 first decreases and then increases. The performances in utterance complexity of students P 2 , P 3 , P 4 , P 5 , and P 6 have been increasing gradually, while the performance of student P 1 has been decreasing gradually. The normal distribution of each student's test scores is different, as well. Hence, any minor changes will affect the overall oral English levels of students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
