The development of nanofluid technology has become a key research area in physics, mathematics, engineering, and materials science. Nowadays, in many industrial applications, nanofluids are widely used to enhance thermophysical properties such as thermal diffusivity, thermal conductivity, and convective heat transfer. Scientists and engineers have established interests in the direction of flow problems developed via disk-shaped bodies. There are various logics to discuss flow phenomenon due to rotating bodies, but its applications include in thermal power engineering system, gas turbine rotors, air cleaning machines, aerodynamics, etc. Nowadays manufacturing industries have inaugurated to select liquid based on heat transfer properties. Therefore, this article focuses on studying the laminar incompressible nanofluid between two parallel disks. Mathematical formulations of the law of conservation of mass, momentum, and heat transfer are investigated numerically. By using suitable similarities, the flow equations are converted into nonlinear ordinary differential equations. The resulting equations were solved numerically via MATLAB software. The effects of physical parameters of interest, such as Reynolds number, magnetic factor, Brownian parameter, and thermophoresis parameter on normal velocity, streamwise velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles are computed and presented using the graphs. The results revealed that the energy profile significantly rises, and the profile moves closer to the upper disk by enhancing the Brownian motion and thermophoresis parameter. The dynamics behind this is that by increasing the Brownian motion, the boundary layer wideness increases which increases the temperature. Moreover, streamwise velocity increases for large values of Reynolds number. Besides, the thermophoresis profile increases for large values of the thermophoresis factor. It could be observed that shear stress at nonporous/porous disk is adjusted by selecting a suitable value of injection velocity at the porous disk. Also, normal velocity decreases by increasing the parameter M.

Insertion of nanoparticles in ordinary materials to examine the performance of their improved thermal abilities in the fluid flow is the hot topic of the present period of scientific research. In addition, various engineering, physiological, and medical applications, e.g., heat exchangers, hybrid vehicles, war arms, drug deliveries, and different medicines of nanoparticles, are evident. Peristaltic mechanism has a vital role as a material carrier in various engineering and physiological processes. Thus, this attempt is accounted to study the nanoparticles flow via a rotating peristaltic channel in the presence of magnetohydrodynamics and compliant walls aspects. In addition, the effects of slip, Hall, heat generation/absorption, and non-linear thermal radiation are also considered. Furthermore, the flow equations are modeled using the definition of conservation laws. Expression for effective and base quantities of nanoparticles is also mentioned. The flow formulation is reduced by incorporating a low Reynolds number approximation and higher wavelength assumption. The obtained reduced system of equation is handled through a numerical procedure called the shooting algorithm. Then, the obtained solution is used to plot the behavior of quantities of interest against present dimensionless parameters. The obtained result indicates that axial and secondary velocities face negligible resistance for higher wall elastic properties, and thus, velocities enhance where the wall damping property produces maximum resistance to the flow with decay in both velocities. The second-order axial velocity slip parameter disturbs the symmetry of the velocity field. Due to the higher volume fraction of copper nanoparticles, a huge collision between particles is evident, as a response both axial and secondary velocities decay, and temperature enhances because of larger amount of collision. Incorporating a topological defect and anisotropic plasma, this work used the generalized fractional of the Nikiforov–Uvarov technique to solve the fractional-radial Schrödinger equation in the longitudinal-transverse plane. The study produced wave functions and energy eigenvalues in their fractional forms. The results showed that the presence of an anisotropic plasma and a topological defect increases the dissociation energy of bottomonium. Furthermore, regardless of whether the fractional or classical models are taken into account, it was shown that the effect of temperature on the dissociation energy is stronger than the effect of baryonic chemical potential. In addition, the dissociation energy of bottomonium is significantly larger at lower chemical potential levels. The increasing focus on environmental sustainability has opened up a new area of research that explores the role of green "human resource management (HRM)" practices. Scholars in this field are investigating how these practices can support efforts toward achieving environmental sustainability. Although there is growing interest in studying green HRM practices, there have only been a few studies that have looked into how these practices affect the abilities, experience, expertise, intelligence, knowledge, skills, and training of employees in relation to pro‐environmental behavior (PEB). This is important as PEB can help to reduce negative environmental activities and promote green sustainability in the hospitality sector. To bridge this empirical gap, the investigation of the effects of green HRM practices on PEB was carried out, with a particular emphasis on the mediating function of green human capital (GHC). A research study was conducted on 269 stable participants in the Nigerian hospitality sector using the "partial least squares [PLS]" approach. The study successfully shows that green HRM practices, such as green hiring, green training and development, green discipline management, and environmental performance, can directly predict GHC. The analysis was based on both PLS and social cognitive theory (SCT). According to the study, green HRM practices are connected to PEB through GHC, except for green compensation. The study indicates that PEB can be predicted by environmental performance and GHC. This study has significant theoretical implications for green HRM practices and provides valuable insights to hospitality managers. Purpose. To maintain the quality of patients care, head nurses (HNs) are confronting various contradicting issues that require the ability to manage polarities and concern coaching behaviors as exploring situations, building alliances, and maintaining communication with nurses. This study aimed to explore the effect of HNs' workplace polarity management educational intervention on their coaching behaviors. Design. A quasiexperimental (pre-posttest) research design was used. Method. This study was conducted at Tanta International Teaching Hospital, on 12 HNs and 300 nurses using three tools: (I) a polarity management knowledge questionnaire; (II) a polarity map evaluation observational checklist; and (III) a nurses' perception of the HNs' coaching leadership behaviors questionnaire. The statistical tests used were as follows: the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the significance of the obtained results was judged at the 5% level; the marginal homogeneity test, ANOVA with repeated measures, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, and the Friedman test. The study was conducted between end of 2021 and beginning of 2022. The educational intervention included 3 sessions: polarity management and the keys to manage it, polarity map (stability versus change), and head nurses' role in managing polarity and how it reflects on their coaching leadership behavior. HNs' ability to practice polarity management was classified into levels according to cutoff points: high >75%, moderate 60–75%, and low <60%. Results. Before intervention (66.7%, 100%) of head nurses had poor knowledge and low practice that changed after 3 months of intervention to be 58.3% and 41.7%, respectively. Before and 3 months after the intervention (70.0%, 33.7%) of nurses perceived that head nurses had a low and a moderate level of coaching, respectively. 70.0% of working nurses reported that they noticed that head nurses' coaching behaviors were low before the educational intervention, but the percentage decreased by half three months after the educational intervention. Conclusion. Implementing the educational intervention for head nurses about workplace polarity management significantly correlated with the nurses' perception of their HNs' coaching behaviors.
