Объектом исследования является торговая компания ООО «Ритейл4Ритейл». Предметом исследования являются бизнес-процессы торговой компании ООО «Ритейл4Ритейл» Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разра-ботка стратегии совершенствования бизнес-процессов. Для достижения поставленной цели изучены теоретические основы совершенствования бизнес-процессов торговой компании. Вы-делены понятия, цели, задачи, классификация бизнес-процессов. Сформулированны методы оценки бизнес-процессов торговой компа-нии. Дано общее описание торговой компании ООО «Ри-тейл4Ритейл». Составлена организационно-экономическая Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸-стика. Исследована внешняя и внутренняя среда торговой компании. Оценены бизнес-процессы и стратегия ООО «Ритейл4Ритейл». Разработана стратегия совершенствования бизнес-процессов торговой компании ООО «Ритейл4Ритейл» на основании Ð²Ñ‹Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹. Составлена программа внедрения стратегии и дано экономическое обоснование., The object of the study is a trade company Retail4Retail. The sub-ject of the study is business processes of the trade company Retail4Retail. The goal of the final qualification work is developing of improving business processes strategy of the trade company. To achieve this goal, the theoretical foundations for improving the business processes of the trade company was studied. The concepts, goals, objectives, classification of business processes was divided. The methods for assessing the business processes of a trading company was formulated. A general description of the trade company Retail4Retail was giv-en. Organizational and economic characteristics were compiled. Investigat-ed the external and internal environment of the trading company. The busi-ness processes and strategy of Retail4Retail were evaluated. A strategy has been developed to improve the business processes of the trading company Retail4Ritual, based on the identified strategic ob-jectives. A program for implementing the strategy has been drawn up and a business case has been given.

From this article, the authors analyze strategic tourism planning as a technique that constitutes an excellent roadmap for the marketing of sustainable tourism products and services. In particular, its reflection and analysis are captured in a process methodology of different phases that should be followed to secure the marketing of tourism activities in harmony with the environment, social as much as natural, of a destination. Thus, this article is written with the intention to offer planners and marketing managers of tourism organizations, a tool of practical, useful and effective work that leads, step by step, towards tourism of quality that lasts in the time, that is, towards sustainable tourism. A partir de este artículo, los autores analizan la planificación estratégica turística como una técnica que constituye una excelente hoja de ruta para el marketing de productos y servicios turísticos sostenibles. En particular, su reflexión y análisis se plasma en una metodología procesual de las diferentes fases que se deben seguir para conseguir la comercialización de actividades turísticas en armonía con el medio ambiente, tanto social como natural, de un destino. De esta manera, este artículo está escrito con la voluntad de ofrecer a los planificadores y directores comerciales de organizaciones turísticas, un instrumento de trabajo práctico, útil y efitegic planningcaz que conduzca, paso a paso, hacia un turismo de calidad que perdure en el tiempo, esto es,hacia un turismo sostenible. À partir de cet article, les auteurs analysent la planification stratégique touristique comme une technique qui constitue une excellente feuille de route pour le marketing des produits et services touristiques soutenables. En particulier, sa réflexion et analyse se concrétise dans une méthodologie de processus des différentes phases qui doivent être suivies pour obtenir la commercialisation d’activités touristiques en harmonie avec l’environnement, tant social comme naturel, d’une destination. De cette manière, cet article est écrit avec la volonté d’offrir aux planificateurs et aux directeurs commerciaux d’organisations touristiques, un instrument de travail pratique, utile et efficace qu’il conduit, pas à pas, vers un tourisme de qualité qui subsiste dans le temps, c’est-à-dire, vers un tourisme soutenable.

Nachdem zunächst drei Phasen entwicklungspsychologischer Forschung hinsichtlich der darin vorherrschenden methodischen Orientierungen skizziert werden, und nur für die erste Phase eine Verwendung und Analyse qualitativer Dokumente als kennzeichnend festgehalten wird, werden dann einige Bemühungen innerhalb entwicklungspsychologischer Arbeiten aufgezeigt, die unter Rekurs auf diese Frühphase wieder stärker auf Analysen (para-) literarischer Zeugnisse, Beobachtungen oder Interviews abheben. Abschließend wird mit dem Ziel, den genuinen Gegenstandsbereich der Entwicklungspsychologie – nämlich Veränderungsprozesse und Transformationen – angemessen zu untersuchen und "abzubilden", für den stärkeren und gleichberechtigten Einbezug einer am qualitativen Paradigma ausgerichteten Forschungsperspektive plädiert; wobei insbesondere einige Implikationen der Forschenden-Gegenstands-Interaktion herausgehoben werden, die ermöglichen, die in und durch die Erhebungssituationen hervorgerufenen Prozesse und Veränderungen einer entwicklungspsychologischen Analyse zugänglich zu machen. The use and analysis of qualitative documents as a characteristic research strategy could only be discovered in the first phase. Following this introduction is a brief summary of some new directions connected to the early phase of developmental psychology, which are based on the analyses of para-literal documents, observations and interviews. In closing, a plea for a stronger and more equal use of a qualitative research perspective, necessary to reflect the genuine subject of developmental psychology—processes and transformation—in a more adequate way, is outlined. El uso y análisis de documentos cualitativos como estrategia de investigación es observable sólo en la primera fase. Depués de esta introducción se presenta una visión resumida de algunas de las nuevas orientaciones relacionadas con la pimera fase de la psicología del desarrollo, que se basan en el análisis de documentos, de observaciones y de entrevistas. Al final se presenta una petición por el establecimiento de una perspectiva de investigación cualitativa más sólida y equitativa con el fin de reflejar el objeto genuino de la psicología del desarrollo, el proceso y la transformación, de una forma más adecuada.
