Homens e mulheres circulam na cidade de maneira distinta, em função do acesso desigual aos recursos de mobilidade, nesse contexto, a cidade apresenta-se como espaço complexo que articula essa heterogeneidade de experiências. Diante disso, torna-se importante investigar como a literatura articula as categorias gênero e mobilidade urbana. Com o objetivo de analisar os fatores determinantes dessas diferenças, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da produção científica dos últimos dez anos, utilizando os descritores “gênero” e “mobilidade urbana”, recorrendo aos artigos disponíveis no Portal de Periódicos CAPES, Scielo e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde Brasil. Foram selecionados 35 artigos para análise. Os resultados sugerem que os estudos de gênero e mobilidade partilham pautas focalizadas em reivindicações sociais, porém a articulação entre eles nem sempre é evidente. Os estudos apontam para uma tendência de mudanças da mobilidade urbana a partir das tecnologias de gênero e nos ajudam a fortalecer a ideia de mobilidade enquanto dispositivo, produto de inter-relações entre as estruturas espaciais, sociais e subjetivas.

The objective is to analyze the urban experiences of women sex professionals working in the streets around the following axes: 1. commercialization of sex in the urban landscape, modes of use of the city and boundaries established by women; 2. experiences and affections lived in daily life; 3. work in the street - the urban space as an element of vulnerability and/or power. We are interested in approaching the experiences of work in the streets, from the perspective of gender and investigate the emergence of agencies that problematize the dynamics of subjecting women to hegemonic social constructions on the commercialization of sex. For this, we used the categories recommended by urban ethnography: piece, spot, path and circuit. It is considered that the diversity of practices of commercialization of sex and the vulnerabilities that emerge from the activity that occurs on the streets are fundamental elements of the city-gender relationship.

This work demonstrates the development process of a machine learning architecture for inference that can scale to a large volume of requests. We used a BERT model that was fine-tuned for emotion analysis, returning a probability distribution of emotions given a paragraph. The model was deployed as a gRPC service on Kubernetes. Apache Spark was used to perform inference in batches by calling the service. We encountered some performance and concurrency challenges and created solutions to achieve faster running time. Starting with 200 successful inference requests per minute, we were able to achieve as high as 18 thousand successful requests per minute with the same batch job resource allocation. As a result, we successfully stored emotion probabilities for 95 million paragraphs within 96 hours.

Resumo O envelhecimento da população e o crescimento no número de pessoas expostas aos cuidados do sistema de saúde suplementar no Brasil aumentam a preocupação dos gestores públicos e privados com o crescimento dos custos da área de saúde. Neste trabalho foram analisados os custos por gênero, por tipo de gasto médico e por faixa etária de uma operadora de autogestão brasileira no período entre 2007 a 2013. Tal operadora é de grande interesse pois além de retratar uma condição única de restrição de crescimento de receita, também replica o perfil demográfico esperado para o Brasil no ano de 2050, quando aproximadamente um terço da sua população estará acima dos 60 anos. As análises corroboram a literatura vigente uma vez que demonstram um aumento na utilização do plano pelos mais idosos, e apontam para uma diferença nas taxas de internação entre os gêneros. O estudo também mostra um expressivo aumento no tempo médio de permanência nos hospitais e mostra crescimento dos gastos médicos muito acima da inflação, com destaque para materiais e medicamentos. No geral, esperamos que o presente estudo auxilie estudiosos e interessados em futuras comparações dos gastos médicos por idade e gênero e que colabore na sustentabilidade das operadoras de saúde no Brasil. Abstract Brazil’s aging population and the rising number of people reliant upon the country’s supplementary healthcare system have elicited the concern of public and private managers regarding the increase in healthcare costs. In this paper, the costs per gender, per type of medical expenses and per age group of a major Brazilian self-managed healthcare provider between 2007 and 2013 were analyzed. This healthcare provider is of interest because, besides portraying a single condition of revenue growth restricted to the existing contributors, it also replicates the demographic profile expected for Brazil in 2050, when approximately one-third of its population will be over 60 years of age. The analyses confirm the current literature as they show an increase in healthcare plan usage by the elderly and the difference between admission rates by gender. They also reveal an increase in average length of stay in hospital and the increase in medical costs far above inflation, especially for materials and medicines. It is hoped that this study will help scholars and others interested in comparisons of medical expense trends, especially by age and sex, and that it encourages further collaboration on the sustainability of health insurance providers in Brazil.

The RNA‐like endoplasmic reticulum kinase (PERK) is genetically associated with the tauopathy progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). To elucidate the functional mechanisms underlying this association, we explored PERK activity in brains of PSP patients and its function in three tauopathy models (cultured human neurons overexpressing 4‐repeat wild‐type tau or treated with the environmental neurotoxin annonacin, and P301S tau transgenic mice). In vitro, treatment with a pharmacological PERK activator CCT020312 or PERK overexpression reduced tau phosphorylation, tau conformational change and 4‐repeat tau isoforms, and increased cell viability. In vivo, the PERK activator significantly improved memory and locomotor function, reduced tau pathology, and prevented dendritic spine and motoneuron loss in P301S tau mice. Importantly, the PERK substrate EIF2A, mediating some detrimental effects of PERK signaling, was downregulated in PSP brains and tauopathy models, suggesting that the alternative PERK–NRF2 pathway accounts for these beneficial effects in the context of tauopathies. In summary, PERK activation may be a novel strategy to treat PSP and eventually other tauopathies.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) A inclusão da mulher profissional do sexo no espaço urbano, utilizando a rua como lugar e instrumento de trabalho, faz emergir na rua um espaço de tensão e jogos de poder. O território urbano, portanto, é um espaço vivido e experimentado cotidianamente pelas mulheres profissionais do sexo, sua inserção na cidade está de acordo com uma lógica específica, abrigando elementos importantes na produção de subjetividade. A experiência cotidiana nesses espaços se dá de infinitas maneiras, se concretiza em diferentes práticas e repercute de forma singular na vida de cada uma das trabalhadoras. As experiências urbanas produzidas nesse contexto sinalizam as formas de utilização dos espaços, de maneira contextualiza, abriga atravessamentos sociais, econômicos e culturais. Daí o interesse em produzir junto a elas um estranhamento em relação às situações de trabalho cotidianas e sua vivência no meio urbano. Com o objetivo geral de discutir a relação trabalho e experiências urbanas de mulheres profissionais do sexo, que trabalham nas ruas, desenvolveu-se uma etnografia urbana com mulheres cisgêneros, profissionais do sexo, atuantes em espaços de sociabilidade localizados na cidade de Natal/RN. A etnografia urbana permitiu a apreensão da atividade na organização urbana, como a prostituição está inserida nesse contexto e os sentidos que as pesquisadas dão as práticas de trabalho desenvolvidas no cotidiano das ruas. Como recurso adicional foi realizado uma entrevista semiestruturada para uma melhor categorização do público estudado. The inclusion of the woman in a state of prostitution within the urban space, using the street as place and an instrument of work, make the street emerge as a space of tension and games of power. The urban territory, therefore, is a space lived and experienced daily by women in a state of prostitution, their insertion in the city is according to a specific logic, harboring important elements in the production of subjectivity. The daily experience in these areas takes place in infinite ways, is concretized in several practices and has a unique impact on the lives of each of the workers. The urban experiences produced in this context sign the ways of using spaces, in a contextualized way, shelters social, economic and cultural crossings. Therefore the interest in producing with them a strangeness in relation to everyday work situations and their experience in the urban environment with the general objective of examining the relationship between work and urban experiences of woman in a state of prostitution who act in the streets, an urban ethnography was developed with cisgender sex workers that are located in social spaces in the city of Natal / RN. The urban ethnography allowed the apprehension of the activity in the urban organization, as prostitution is inserted in this context and the senses that the researched give the practices of work developed in the daily life of these streets. As an additional resource, a semi-structured interview was conducted to better categorize this public.

We introduce a new dataset for multi-class emotion analysis from long-form narratives in English. The Dataset for Emotions of Narrative Sequences (DENS) was collected from both classic literature available on Project Gutenberg and modern online narratives available on Wattpad, annotated using Amazon Mechanical Turk. A number of statistics and baseline benchmarks are provided for the dataset. Of the tested techniques, we find that the fine-tuning of a pre-trained BERT model achieves the best results, with an average micro-F1 score of 60.4%. Previously, we demonstrated that systemically injected extracellular domain of neuregulin-1β1 (Nrg1β1), a nerve growth and differentiation factor, passes the blood-brain barrier and rescues dopaminergic neurons of substantia nigra in the 6-hydroxydopamine-mouse model of Parkinson's disease (PD). Here, we studied the effects of peripherally administered Nrg1β1 in another toxin-based mouse model of PD. For this purpose, (i) nigrostriatal pathway injury was induced by treatment of adult wild-type mice with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) in acute and subchronic paradigms; and (ii) Nrg1β1 or saline (control) were administered 1 h before each MPTP injection. We found that Nrg1β1 significantly reduced the loss of nigral dopaminergic neurons in both intoxication paradigms (7 days post-injection). However, Nrg1β1 did not reverse MPTP-induced decrease in dopamine levels and dopaminergic fibers in the striatum. We also show that MPTP conversion to its toxic metabolite 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium as well as levels of dopamine transporter, mediating intracellular uptake of 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium, are unaffected by Nrg1β1. Finally, neuroprotective properties of Nrg1β1 on nigral dopaminergic neurons are specifically mediated by ErbB4 as revealed through the study of ErbB4 knockout mice. In conclusion, systemically administered Nrg1β1 protects midbrain dopaminergic neurons against this PD-related toxic insult. Thus, Nrg1β1 may have a benefit in the treatment of PD patients. Previously, we demonstrated that systemically administered neuregulin-1β1 (Nrg1β1) passes the blood-brain barrier, phosphorylates ErbB4 receptors and elevates dopamine (DA) levels in the nigrostriatal system of healthy mice. Nrg1β1 protects nigral DAergic neurons in the 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) mouse model of Parkinson's disease (PD). Here, we show that Nrg1β1 rescues nigral DAergic neurons also against 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced cell death. ErbB4 expression is essential for the neuroprotective effect of Nrg1β1 on midbrain DAergic neurons. Nrg1β1 might be beneficial in PD treatment.

Aim P301S MAPT transgenic mice (P301S mice) are a widely used model of frontotemporal dementia and parkinsonism linked to chromosome 17 with tau pathology (FTDP-17-tau). However, a systematic correlation between cognitive deficits and cellular tau pathology at different ages is still missing. Therefore, our study investigated memory deficits of P301S mice in relation to pathological tau species and dendritic spine pathology throughout adulthood. Methods We analysed P301S mice behaviourally with the novel open field, rotarod, and Morris water maze tests to measure deficits in locomotion, balance and cognition, respectively; immunohistochemically with different tau antibodies for specific tau species; and with Golgi staining for dendritic spine pathology. Results We confirmed the occurrence of locomotor deficits at an age of 5 months and newly report memory deficits from 2.5 months of age onwards. At this early age, MC1 and CP13, but not AT180 immunoreactivity, was prominent in the hippocampus of P301S mice. Neuronal cell loss in the hippocampus of P301S mice was not observed to occur till 6 months of age. However, there was a significant reduction in the density of dendritic spines from young adulthood onwards in hippocampal pyramidal neurones. Conclusion In P301S mice, memory deficits precede the onset of locomotor dysfunction and coincide with the appearance of conformationally changed, S202-phosphorylated tau and reduced spine density in the absence of neuronal cell loss in the hippocampus. Our finding provides insights into the toxic effects of different tau species in vivo and may facilitate the development of new therapies against neurodegenerative tauopathies.

International audience; Both genetic and environmental factors likely contribute to the neuropathology of tauopathies, but it remains unclear how specific genetic backgrounds affect the susceptibility towards environmental toxins. Mutations in the tau gene have been associated with familial tauopathies, while annonacin, a plant-derived mitochondrial inhibitor, has been implicated in an environmental form of tauopathy. We therefore determined whether there was a pathogenic synergy between annonacin exposure and the expression of the R406W-tau mutation in transgenic mice. We found that annonacin exposure caused an increase in the number of neurons with phosphorylated tau in the somatodendritic compartment in several brain areas in R406W(+/+) mice as opposed to mice that had only the endogenous mouse tau (R406W(-/-)). Western blot analysis demonstrated a concomitant increase in total tau protein without increase in tau mRNA, but reduced proteasomal proteolytic activity in R406W(+/+), but not R406W(-/-) mice, upon annonacin-treatment. Phosphorylated tau levels exceeded the increase in total tau protein, along with increased levels of different tau kinases, foremost a striking increase in the p25/p35 ratio, known to activate the tau kinase Cdk5. In summary, we observed a synergistic interaction between annonacin exposure and the presence of the R406W-tau mutation, which resulted in reduced degradation, increased phosphorylation and redistribution of neuronal tau.

This paper aims to analyze Brazil’s academic production on entrepreneurship with a specific focus on the papers resulting from the framework of the following ANPAD-sponsored events from 2001 to 2012: EMA, EnEO, Symposium, EnEPQ, 3Es, EnGPR, EnAPG and EnANPAD. These events see the country’s top entrepreneurship researchers raising issues and sharing their interests, which make them ideal for gaining a privileged understanding of the themes latest news and relevant trends. An exploratory study approach was taken, qualitative as to the nature of the literature and using content analysis and quantitative for the corresponding descriptive statistics. A total of 150 papers containing the term “entrepreneurship” in the title were located by ANPAD´s electronic search system and subsequently analyzed. After the analysis of the 5,251 references used in the papers ,it was found that there were 22 authors who appeared frequently and the 23 most cited references were identified. The findings also show a predominance of qualitative methodologies (58.7% of the total). The papers focused on 10 main themes, with the three most common being: (i)Starting New Businesses; (ii) Teaching and Learning; (iii) Intrapreneurship. It is understood that the results allow for reflections on the theme of the future of entrepreneurship in Brazil. Trata-se de um artigo que busca analisar a produção acadêmica brasileira com a temática do empreendedorismo, especificamente sobre o que foi produzido no âmbito dos encontros promovidos pela ANPAD: EMA, EnEO, Simpósio, EnEPQ, 3Es, EnGPR, EnAPG e EnANPAD entre 2001 e 2012. Os principais pesquisadores brasileiros sobre o empreendedorismo lançam, nestes eventos, os seus questionamentos e as suas pautas de interesses, constituindo-se, portanto, num espaço privilegiado para compreender-se o estado da arte nesta temática, assim como tendências relevantes. Adotou-se a pesquisa exploratória, de cunho misto, qualitativo quanto à parte bibliográfica e análise de conteúdo e quantitativo na parte correspondente à estatística descritiva. Foi analisado um total de 150 artigos que continham no título a expressão “empreendedorismo”, localizados pelo sistema de busca eletrônico da ANPAD. Após a análise das 5.251 referências utilizadas nos artigos verificou-se que 22 autores foram os mais utilizados; selecionaram-se as 23 referências mais citadas. Quanto à metodologia de pesquisa verificou-se a predominância do uso da metodologia qualitativa (58,7% do total). Os artigos focalizaram dez temáticas principais, sendo as três mais frequentes: (i) Criação de Novos Negócios; (ii) Ensino e Aprendizagem; (iii) Intra-empreendedorismo. Entende-se que os resultados possibilitam reflexões acerca do futuro da temática do empreendedorismo no país.

Scientific articles are the most frequently used channels for the dissemination of research results by thousands of researchers around the world. However, writing scientific papers is not an easy task, even for an experienced writer. There are several tools designed to assist in this important step, yet many knowledge areas require customised tools. This work presents the assessment of some of these tools in order to identify the type of support offered and the needs reported by the users, and then propose the key features desired in a tool suited for production engineering. The results are shown in a comparative table that lists the tools that were studied with the identified features, which enabled determining the main aspects for building a tool that can help researchers write papers related to production engineering.

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the most frequent neurodegenerative movement disorder. Presently, there is no causal therapy available to slow down or halt disease progression. The presynaptic protein alpha-synuclein aggregates to form intraneuronal Lewy bodies in PD. It is generally believed that intermediates on the way from monomers to the large aggregates would mediate neurotoxicity, but the precise species and mechanism responsible for neuronal death are controversially debated. To study alpha-synuclein-mediated toxicity, we developed a new model in which moderate overexpression of wild-type alpha-synuclein led to gradual death of human postmitotic dopaminergic neurons. In accordance with findings in postmortem PD brains, small oligomeric species occurred and the autophagic flux was impaired in our model. The phenothiazine neuroleptic trifluoperazine, an activator of macroautophagy, selectively reduced one particular alpha-synuclein species and rescued cells. Inversely, blocking of autophagy led to an accumulation of this oligomeric species and increased cell death. These data show that activation of autophagy is a promising approach to protect against alpha-synuclein pathology and likely acts by targeting one specific alpha-synuclein species.

Suppression of tau protein expression has been shown to improve behavioral deficits in mouse models of tauopathies, offering an attractive therapeutic approach. Experimentally this had been achieved by switching off the promoters controlling the transgenic human tau gene (MAPT), which is not possible in human patients. The aim of the present study was therefore to evaluate the effectiveness of small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and their cerebral delivery to suppress human tau expression in vivo, which might be a therapeutic option for human tauopathies. We used primary cortical neurons of transgenic mice expressing P301S-mutated human tau and Lund human mesencephalic (LUHMES) cells to validate the suppressive effect of siRNA in vitro. For measuring the effect in vivo, we stereotactically injected siRNA into the brains of P301S mice to reveal the suppression of tau by immunochemistry (AT180, MC1, and CP13 antibodies). We found that the Accell™ SMART pool siRNA against MAPT can effectively suppress tau expression in vitro and in vivo without a specific delivery agent. The siRNA showed a moderate distribution in the hippocampus of mice after single injection. NeuN, GFAP, Iba-1, MHC II immunoreactivities and the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay showed neither signs of neurotoxicity or neuroinflammation nor apoptosis when MAPT siRNA is present in the hippocampus. Our data suggest that siRNA against MAPT can serve as a potential tool for gene therapy in tauopathies.

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterised by intracellular aggregation of the microtubule-associated protein tau. The tau protein exists in 6 predominant isoforms. Depending on alternative splicing of exon 10, three of these isoforms have four microtubule-binding repeat domains (4R), whilst the others only have three (3R). In PSP there is an excess of the 4R tau isoforms, which are thought to contribute significantly to the pathological process. The cause of this 4R increase is so far unknown. Several lines of evidence link mitochondrial complex I inhibition to the pathogenesis of PSP. We demonstrate here for the first time that annonacin and MPP(+), two prototypical mitochondrial complex I inhibitors, increase the 4R isoforms of tau in human neurons. We show that the splicing factor SRSF2 is necessary to increase 4R tau with complex I inhibition. We also found SRSF2, as well as another tau splicing factor, TRA2B, to be increased in brains of PSP patients. Thereby, we provide new evidence that mitochondrial complex I inhibition may contribute as an upstream event to the pathogenesis of PSP and suggest that splicing factors may represent an attractive therapeutic target to intervene in the disease process.

A maioria das metodologias educacionais utilizadas em sala de aula é limitada em relação às experiências de aprendizado relativas ao mundo real. As pesquisas evidenciam que os Jogos de Simulação de Empresa (JSEs), que oferecem experiências reais, têm mostrado potencial para contribuir com o aprendizado e motivação do aprendiz. Consonante com esse potencial, observa-se crescimento na produção e na utilização de jogos de simulação na última década. Apesar do crescimento, há preocupação com a qualidade desse tipo de aprendizagem, fator crítico de sucesso. Estudos indicam que a avaliação formativa e o ensino personalizado podem ajudar na melhoria da qualidade do aprendizado de todos os aprendizes. Apesar de existirem pesquisas acerca do debriefing em JSEs, não foram encontradas pesquisas, acerca do impacto do debriefing formativo e personalizado em JSEs no ensino superior, no Brasil. Assim, neste trabalho objetivou-se implementar e avaliar um modelo de debriefing formativo e personalizado para JSEs no ensino superior que incremente as oportunidades de aprendizagem. O modelo de debriefing plus é dividido em quatro etapas e contempla desde o treinamento até à avaliação. Foi realizado um experimento, com duração de dois meses. A amostra da pesquisa compreendeu 20 alunos, distribuídos nos cursos de Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia e Relações Internacionais de um renomado Centro Universitário, localizado em São Paulo. O debriefing plus foi avaliado em três dimensões: desempenho financeiro dos alunos no ambiente simulado, eficiência do facilitador usando o DASH e indícios motivacionais do aluno, por meio da entrevista. Os resultados indicam que o debriefing plus teve impacto direto na avaliação do facilitador e no desempenho financeiro. No experimento, 100% dos que concluíram o curso tiveram melhora no seu desempenho financeiro, e em média, mais de 95% dos respondentes considerarem como bom, muito bom, ou excelente a avaliação do facilitador. Esse modelo proposto pode melhorar a experiência de aprendizagem de todos os alunos, se comparado com o modelo tradicional de debriefing, cujo maior foco está nos resultados financeiros da equipe e não no aprendizado individual. O modelo de debriefing plus demonstrou potencial de incrementar o processo de aprendizagem mais personalizado por meio da melhoria do desempenho financeiro de todos os alunos. Ressalta-se que o treinamento do facilitador é fundamental para o sucesso desse modelo. Most educational methodologies used in classrooms are limited concerning learning experiences related to the real world. Researchers have shown that business gaming simulations (BSG) which offer real experiments can potentially contribute to the learning process as well as learners´ motivation. An increase in the production and use of BSG has been observed over the last decade. Despite this growth, there has been concern about the quality of this type of learning, which is a critical success factor. Studies have shown that formative assessment and personalized learning can help to improve the learning quality of all learners. Although research on debriefing has been conducted, we have not found any study that focuses on the impact of formative and personalized debriefing on the higher education in Brazil. This research deals with the implement of a debriefing formative and personalized model for BSG in higher education that enhances the learning opportunities. The Debriefing Plus model is divided into four stages and covers from training to evaluation. One experiment was conducted in a two-month period and the study sample comprised 20 undergraduates of Business Administration, Accountancy, Economy and International Relationship of a well known university in São Paulo city. The debriefing Plus has three dimensions: financial performance of the team, efficiency of the facilitator, and evidence of student motivation, which were measured by the DASH model, the simulated environment, and interview respectively. The results show that Debriefing Plus exerted a direct impact on the evaluation of the facilitator and financial performance. In the experiment, 100% of those who finished the course had improved their financial performance, and on average over 95% of the respondents considered the facilitator´s evaluation good, very good, or excellent. The debriefing model proposed can improve the learning experience of all students, in comparison with the traditional model of debriefing, whose major focus is on the financial results of the team and not on individual learning. The model can potentially enhance the more personalized learning process by improving the financial performance of all students. It should be highlighted that the facilitators training is the key to the success of this model.

Context: The simulation games (SM) have shown potential to contribute to the process of experiential learning. Consonant with this potential, we observed an increase in production and use of SM in the last decade. Despite of the growth, there is concern about the quality of which is a critical success factor. Studies indicate that formative and personalized debriefing can help in improving the quality of the learning process. Gap: Although there are researches about debriefing, we found no national research about formative and custom debriefing in higher education.Purpose: Develop a model of formal and custom debriefing to JS in higher education. Methodology: The study sample comprised 66 undergraduate Business Administration students by using Marketing’s simulation. The debriefing proposed model was evaluated in two dimensions: efficiency of the facilitator using the DASH and financial performance the students in the game using the BSC.Results: The results indicate that the proposed debriefing had a direct impact on the evaluation of the facilitator. On average, about 70% of the members of the groups that received a formative and custom debriefing considered as good, very good or excellent, the efficiency of the facilitator, in addition, 50% of these groups improved financial performance in the next round. Conclusion: The proposed model of debriefing has the potential to increase student learning in undergraduate courses using SM, but we emphasize that the training of the facilitator is the key to success for this model.

Trata-se de um artigo que busca analisar a produção acadêmica brasileira com a temática do empreendedorismo, especificamente sobre o que foi produzido no âmbito dos encontros promovidos pela ANPAD: EMA, EnEO, Simpósio, EnEPQ, 3Es, EnGPR, EnAPG e EnANPAD entre 2001 e 2012. Os principais pesquisadores brasileiros sobre o empreendedorismo lançam, nestes eventos, os seus questionamentos e as suas pautas de interesses, constituindo-se, portanto, num espaço privilegiado para compreender-se o estado da arte nesta temática, assim como tendências relevantes. Adotou-se a pesquisa exploratória, de cunho misto, qualitativo quanto à parte bibliográfica e análise de conteúdo e quantitativo na parte correspondente à estatística descritiva. Foi analisado um total de 150 artigos que continham no título a expressão “empreendedorismo”, localizados pelo sistema de busca eletrônico da ANPAD. Após a análise das 5.251 referências utilizadas nos artigos verificou-se que 22 autores foram os mais utilizados; selecionaram-se as 23 referências mais citadas. Quanto à metodologia de pesquisa verificou-se a predominância do uso da metodologia qualitativa (58,7% do total). Os artigos focalizaram dez temáticas principais, sendo as três mais frequentes: (i) Criação de Novos Negócios; (ii) Ensino e Aprendizagem; (iii) Intra-empreendedorismo. Entende-se que os resultados possibilitam reflexões acerca do futuro da temática do empreendedorismo no país.
