The aim of this study was to verify the applicability of high-concentration collagen-based bioink with MSC (ADSC) and decellularized ECM granules for the formation of cartilage tissue de novo after subcutaneous implantation of the scaffolds in rats. The printability of the bioink (4% collagen, 2.5% decellularized ECM granules, derived via 280 μm sieve) was shown. Three collagen-based compositions were studied: (1) with ECM; (2) with MSC; (3) with ECM and MSC. It has been established that decellularized ECM granules are able to stimulate chondrogenesis both in cell-free and MSC-laden scaffolds. Undesirable effects have been identified: bone formation as well as cartilage formation outside of the scaffold area. The key perspectives and limitations of ECM granules (powder) application have been discussed.

An increase in the optical loss in polyimide-coated optical fibers, caused by microbendings is detected at temperatures below -25 °C. It is shown that the observed increase in the optical loss is due to the presence of a residual N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent in the polyimide coating.

An electric field poling and domain evolution in congruent lithium niobate wafers with α phase proton exchanged channel waveguides were studied experimentally. A piezoresponse force microscopy and the study of an etching rate showed a presence of a spontaneous polarization in the waveguide region and an ability to create tailored domain structures inside the proton exchanged channel waveguides. It was shown by the in situ visualization of the domain evolution that the proton exchanged channel waveguide acted as a region with an increased value of a threshold field for domain growth. In the article the effect of proton exchange waveguide lithium niobate on domain kinetics. It is shown that PE planar waveguide on the side z-results change in the character of the domain walls on the side of the z +. It was determined that the qualitative difference in the samples with varying concentration of protons in the modified layer is not.

Feasibility of electrode-less sensor to measure the external electric field intensity is shown by forming on a single lithium niobate crystal, firstly, the channel waveguides by proton exchange with the following annealing, and then - domain area with specified topology in one of the arms of the interferometer.
