Ma contribution souligne l’importance du projet de littérature mondiale de Gorki (1918-1924) dans lequel la traduction occupe une place spéciale. Elle souligne aussi le pouvoir de la connaissance des langues. Des exemples illustrent le sens des initiatives de Gorki pour répandre les idées révolutionnaires, construire une nouvelle littérature et accueillir la théorie de la traduction dans l’édition juste après les événements de 1917 en Russie. Je présente aussi des éléments de discussion pour éclairer la transformation et le développement ultérieur de son projet de littérature mondiale au cours du XXe siècle.

The growing popularity of contrastive phonology as a branch of linguis-tics is seen now, in particular, due to the spread of bilingualism and multilin-gualism. Globalization involves the ability to speak several languages, in the study of which the phonetic level is primarily considered. The purpose of this work is to examine and describe the most likely consequences arising from in-terference in the articulation of vowel sounds in the English-language speech of Germans who study English as a foreign language. The article deals with monophthongs, diphthongs, and triphthongs, dis-cusses possible variations in the articulation of sounds, as well as the processes of reduction, elision, and substitution. Descriptive and comparative methods are the leading ones in the work, however, the instrumental method is also used to determine deviations from the norm and the nature of changes in articulation. The paper identifies a number of trends in the articulation of English sounds by Germans and reveals the reasons of the main difficulties which stu-dents face while studying phonetic norms of RP and speaking German as their native language, i.e. the qualitative and quantitative mismatch of allophones. The achievement of this goal testifies to the theoretical significance of this work, namely, the possibility of further detailed research in the field of sociophonetics and phonostylistics.

Resume Introduction La derive sexuelle dans la relation therapeutique en kinesitherapie est une realite meconnue. Les plaintes de patientes pour agression sexuelle sont pourtant en augmentation et l’evolution actuelle des mœurs temoigne d’une moindre tolerance de la societe. Notre enquete cherche a etudier les elements qui pourraient influencer la perception de la nature sexuelle d’un acte de soin en kinesitherapie, et exposeraient ainsi les soignants et les patients au risque de consequences traumatisantes. Methode Nous avons demande a des professionnels de sexologie d’apprecier la nature sexuelle d’un acte kinesitherapique anodin et conforme aux exigences deontologiques, en fonction de differents contextes. Resultats Ils etaient entre 22 et 73 % a percevoir une agression sexuelle dans un acte de soin anodin, en fonction de leur profession, du contexte et de leur âge. Discussion La reconnaissance de ce risque dans l’exercice de la kinesitherapie avance la reflexion sur la prevention du prejudice des patients et la diminution du contentieux professionnel. This article is devoted to the usage of the method of representing vectors. The paper contains the basic principles of the method. The article includes the algorithm for generation of the dynamic system control signal according to the method of representing vectors. According to the method, the desired output signal is transformed to a vector and all the intermediate operations are carried out in a digital form; after that the control signal is regenerated according to the conversion formula.

Agricultural production in the rural periphery of the North requires modernization because it is necessary to overcome the backwardness of its technical and technological level, to improve the provision of the population with local food products, to create competitive advantages in the local and regional markets, to use natural and human capital rationally, to raise the standard of living and quality of life of agricultural workers, to retain young people in rural areas, to reduce significant differentiation in socioeconomic development of remote and suburban areas. The period of market reforms was marked by the destruction of the material-technical base of agriculture, the sharp reduction in cultivated agricultural land, number of animals, number of workers, the deterioration of their professional level and quality of life, the decline in production of all kinds of agricultural products. In the period of market reforms the facilities and infrastructure basis of agriculture was destroyed, the volume of cultivated land reduced greatly, as well as the population of livestock, and the number of employees; their professional level and quality of life deteriorated, the production of all kinds of agricultural products reduced. Agriculture was deprived of possible technological re-equipment because of prices liberalization, the drastic reduction in state support and in the amount of investments. The article proves that current views on the lack of prospects for development of agricultural production in the rural periphery and the reorientation of rural residents on other activities are not acceptable. The authors point out the need to accelerate modernization in agriculture, and they conclude that sustainable agricultural and rural development is a long-term priority for the state and municipal authorities. The article considers the possibilities and necessity of intensifying modernization processes in the agricultural production of the rural periphery for the purpose of establishing food security in the northern region. The authors suggest ways and mechanisms to modernize agriculture in the peripheral areas of the Komi Republic that are connected with the improvement of living conditions of peasants, with staffing, scientific-information and advisory support, and with the creation of an effective system of state support. The research findings presented in the paper can be used for adjusting the current State Program for Development of Agro-Food Sector, as well as the similar program for the Komi Republic for 2021–2025

Les troubles musculo-squelettiques (TMS) sont la priorite des actions preventives actuelles car elles representent 76 % des maladies professionnelles en France. Les masseurs-kinesitherapeutes (MK) peuvent etre acteurs de cette prevention, mais egalement victimes de ces troubles. La plupart des MK exercent en liberal dans des conditions tres differentes de celles des salaries. La presente enquete est la premiere en France a evaluer la prevalence des TMS et leurs facteurs de risque chez les MK liberaux exclusivement. Elle a montre une prevalence de TMS chez 76 % des sujets, les plus frequentes etant les lombalgies, les cervicalgies et les tendinites de l’epaule. Les conditions de travail ont revele l’existence de nombreux facteurs de risque, en particulier la repetitivite de la tâche et la concentration. Ces informations peuvent etre utiles pour mettre en place des plans de prevention dans cette population. Niveau de preuve : 4 (serie de cas)

This paper presents a study of the possibility of application of cluster analysis methods to the data sets from navigation receivers. The navigation data from the moving objects have a number of f eatures, it makes the application to them of some class of clustering algorithms impossible. Such features include, in particular, the prevalence of clusters of complex shape different from circle.

The aim of this paper is to discuss whether it is possible to view transcreation as a type of translation in which a fusion of domesticating and foreignizing methods is used in order to translate the original text. It is a translation that sends the reader abroad without his or her awareness of being transported or indeed of being exposed to another language and culture. The Golden Gate, a novel in verse written by Vikram Seth in 1986, is chosen to illustrate this type of translation. Examples will be given of how Seth manages to recreate Eugene Onegin (1830s), a novel in verse written by Alexander Pushkin (1799–1837), in new settings at the end of the twentieth century and in the Western hemisphere. Seth’s transcreation of the novel is not a translation in its early Christian use of the term. The body of the Russian novel is not excavated, transported and buried in The Golden Gate. Instead, it is re-incarnated there and has a new life: this time in California, far from its previous existence in terms of time and place.
