The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity on firm value on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of this study indicate that (1) liquidity does not affect firm value and (2) profitability affects firm value. This research is to find out the spiritual values ​​ existing in Pencak Silat (Martial Arts) as an effort to develop one's character, one of which is able to change the nature of thuggery. This study uses a qualitative design with a case study method, in which researchers conduct observations and interviews, and collect documentation at Padepokan Sapu Jagat Sukabumi. The data analysis process was carried out through the stages of collecting scientific article data sources, listening and interpreting the results of interviews, and comparing the interpretation results with previous research. Pencak Silat itself is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation having spiritual values, an attitude of piety to God Almighty, and a good social character. The spiritual values existing in PadepokanSapu Jagat are, among others, teaching to always ask God’s forgiving (istigfar), to read syahadat (creed), salawat, talqin sentences, to say the names of Allah, and tawasul. In addition, PadepkanSapu Jagat also teaches its members how to control themselves. The results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers show that the spiritual value existing in Sapu Jagat Padepokan is, among others, the ability to change the attitude of former criminals in Sukabumi, in fact this Sapu Jagat Padepokan is committed to providing goodness to the community environment.

Penaeus monodon is one of the most important farmed crustaceans. Its also known as Asia Tiger Shrimp because its carapace and abdomen are transversely banded with red and white. The use of synthetic antibiotic in aquaculture had caused problems related to health and environmental safety. Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Dunaliella salina are photosynthetic microalgae. Silver nano particle in microalgae C. pyrenoidosa and D. salina had synthesized and showed their growth stability. They offer a potency to be exploited to supported growth and survival of shrimp larvae. The objective of the study was the application of silver nano particle in microalgae C. pyrenoidosa and D. salina on P. monodon larvae. The research methodology was carried out by making microalgae C. pyrenoidosa and D. salina containing silver nano particle and used as feed of shrimp larvae. Observations were made on the growth and survival of shrimp larvae compared to both microalgae and common feed. The results showed that the P. monodon larvae have the higher growth and survival rate with microalgae C. pyrenoidosa at the beginning of their growth compared to D. salina . However, microalgae without nanosilver and common feed showed a better result for growth and activity of shrimp larvae.

Data and information in the development of digital technology have an important role. Every activity or activity that uses digital technology is related to data and information, so information security and data confidentiality are very important. To maintain information security and data confidentiality, protection with cryptographic techniques is needed. Cryptographic techniques are related to encryption, which is where the process of scrambling data is carried out and hiding data with a key system, while decryption is the process of changing the condition of the data to its original form so that it is easy to understand. There are obstacles and problems ini digital communication, so cryptographic techniques are needed that have higher level of security and can be applied in digital communications. To determine the level of security in cryptographic techniques required frequency anlysis. Frequency analysis on the NGG and GGHN algorithms is carried out to determine the level of information security based on the results of data encryption. BAse on the testing process on the NGG and GGHN algorithms, it will be known that the frequency of characters in the text varies. The more characters used in the key will affect the level of information security. The NGG algorithm has a higher level of security than the GGHN algorithm with a precentage difference of 0.000299967%. If the frequency of occurrence of characters in the message text that has been encrypted is more frequent or higher, then the level of information security in the message is lower and the password is easier to crack.

Latar belakang: Malnutrisi dan disabilitas merupakan masalah utama kesehatan global. Prevalensi anak disabilitas intelektual di Indonesia meningkat dari 0,92 % menjadi 2,45 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada hubungan asupan gizi dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi anak disabilitas intelektual di Kota Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dan dilakukan di SLB Negeri Kota Semarang. Sampel terdiri dari siswa SDLB kelas 1-6 yang berumur 7-12 tahun. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 46 orang. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui status gizi anak disabilitas intelektual tergolong normal (56,5 %). Anak disabilitas intelektual mengalami defisit energi, karbohidrat, lemak, besi, seng, kalsium, iodium, dan vitamin C. Dan memiliki asupan gizi kategori baik untuk asupan protein dan vitamin A. Hasil uji statistik Rank Spearman menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat, besi, seng, kalsium, iodium, vitamin A, vitamin C dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi (skor z IMT/U) (p>0,05). Ada hubungan asupan energi dan protein dengan status gizi (skor z IMT/U) (p=0,005, r=0,40; p=0,001, r=0,53) dengan korelasi sedang dan arah positif. Ada hubungan asupan lemak dengan status gizi (skor z IMT/U) (p=0,001, r=-0,4) dengan korelasi sedang dan arah negatif. Simpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan energi, protein dan lemak dengan status gizi anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat, besi, seng, iodium, kalsium, vitamin A, vitamin C dan aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi anak disabilitas intelektual di Kota Semarang. ABSTRACT Title: Relationship of nutritional intake and physical activities with nutritional status (score z imt/u ) children age 7-12 years of intellectual disability in semarang city Background: Malnutrition and disability are the main problems of global health. The prevalence of children with intellectual disabilities in Indonesia increased from 0.92% to 2.45%. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional intake and physical activity with the nutritional status of children with intellectual disabilities in the city of Semarang. Method: This was cross sectional research and conducted in Semarang State SLB. The sample consisted of SDLB students in grades 1-6 who were 7-12 years old. The number of samples used was 46 people. Result: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the nutritional status of children with intellectual disabilities was classified as normal (56.5%) . Intellectual disability children have deficits in energy, carbohydrate, fat, iron, zinc, calcium, iodine, and vitamin C and have good nutrition for the intake of protein and vitamin A. The World Health Organization (WHO) targets a 50% reduction in the incidence of anemia by 2025, while adolescents are still in the vulnerable group for anemia, because the peak of iron absorption occurs in adolescence. The high incidence of anemia is not balanced by the existence of screening for anemia, even teenagers tend not to have their hemoglobin levels checked. Delay in handling anemia affects when a woman has a pregnancy, so that it can cause bleeding complications during childbirth, giving birth to babies with low body weight, infants growing with stunting and so on. The purpose of this community service is to conduct training and empower students who are active in the Youth Red Cross (PMR) activities as cadre of anti-anemia in the effort to prevent preconception anemia by providing knowledge about anemia, how to detect early anemia events through physical examination and examination of hemoglobin. The activity was carried out in one of the Tegal City Vocational Schools on January 28-29, 2020 followed by Class X and XI students who were active in the Youth Red Cross extracurricular activities (PMR), with a total of 20 people (4 class XI and 16 class X)., World Health Organization (WHO) menargetkan penurunan angka kejadian anemia sebesar 50% pada tahun 2025, sedangkan remaja masih termasuk kelompok rentan terjadinya anemia, dikarenakan puncak absorbsi zat besi terjadi pada usia remaja. Cukup tingginya kejadian anemia tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan adanya screening terhadap kejadian anemia, bahkan remaja cenderung tidak pernah memeriksakan kadar hemoglobinnya. Keterlambatan penanganan anemia berdampak pada saat wanita mengalami kehamilan, sehingga bisa menyebabkan komplikasi perdarahan saat persalinan, melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan rendah, bayi tumbuh dengan stunting dan sebagainya. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk melakukan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan siswa yang aktif di kegiatan Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) sebagai kader anti anemia dalam upaya pencegahan anemia prakonsepsi dengan membekali pengetahuan tentang anemia, cara mendeteksi dini kejadian anemia melalui pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan hemoglobin. Kegiatan dilakukan di salah satu SMK Kota Tegal pada tanggal tanggal 28-29 Januari 2020 diikuti oleh Siswi Kelas X dan XI yang aktif dikegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR), dengan jumlah 20 orang (4 orang kelas XI dan 16 orang kelas X).

This study aims to determine the difficulties of students in the introduction of geometry material for grade 2 elementary school students. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used is a test technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and Rasch model analysis. The ability of students to answer questions is very high and it also shows that children's knowledge of geometry is very good. Among the difficulties in learning geometry that often occur in children are lack of understanding of mathematical language, difficulty understanding initial concepts in flat shapes and shapes, difficulties in visual perception and difficulty in distinguishing geometric shapes.

The Citrus sp. from Parang Island Karimunjawa is a wild type of Citrus plant that grow on salt area and exhibits a high level of vitamin C. Due to its ability, morphological, molecular and nutritional characterization needs to be carried out to improve its potential. The study was carried out at the Biotechnology Laboratory and the Integrated Laboratory of Diponegoro University from 2016 to 2017. The characterization was based on the morphplogical appearence of the tree, its fuits, and leaves. Its DNA barcoding consists of 18S ribosomal RNA and the ITS region on the plants is dispersed along the coastal ends and the centre of the island. Furthermore, the nutritional characterization consists of an edible fruit part, a high vitamin C level and protein content. The research showed that the Citrus sp. on the coastal ends and at the center of Parang Island Karimunjawa exhibits a close relation with the C. hystrix and members of Papeda clade. However, the morphology of the Citrus is quite different from the common C. hystrix in Indonesia. The nutritional content also shows that the Vitamin C content is higher than that of the C. hystrix by almost four times. The features of the Citrus sp. in Parang Island Karimunjawa have potential and showed possibility to improve its superiority in industrial applications and breeding programs. The research was conducted to determine the effect of the application of CTL learning model based on lesson study with mind mapping media to the learning outcomes of students on colloid systems. The population of this research was all students of grade XI of SMA N 1 Sunggal. The sample was taken using on the purposive random sampling. The Experiment class was taught with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model based on Lesson Study with Mind Mapping media and the control class taught with conventional learning model. The data was collected using an objective test was consisting of 20 questions which validity, reliability, level of difficulty and power of difference had been tested. T test results showed that tcalculate = 2.1 and ttable = 1.6697 thus tcalculate> ttable which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The enhancement of the student learning outcomes showed that the results of experiment class are g = 72.88%, while the control class is 68.97%. From the percentage, it can be seen that learning outcomes of the experiment class are greater than the control class. The analysis of developing cognitive aspects pointed out that C1 = 70.02%, C2 = 73.58%, C3 = 68.63%, Thus the domain of cognitive level are on the cognitive aspects of C2. The result of Lesson Study Analysis showed the results of 71.09% at the first lesson and 88.28% at the second lesson. It means that there is increasing adherence to the indicators after two lessons. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the result of studying chemistry of the students of class XI of SMA Negeri I Sunggal TA 2014/2015 taught by a CTL model based on Lesson Study with Mind Mapping media was higher (72.88%) than those taught by conventional learning models (68.97%) in the subject matter of colloids System.

This study aims to describe the implementation of disciplinary character education in elementary schools and is expected to be able to find policies that support the success of character education. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SDN 29 Lubuk Alung, with the subject of principals, teachers, and students. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity checking technique used is the triangulation technique. The results showed that in carrying out disciplinary character education at SDN 29 Lubuk Alung through six policies, namely (1) making character education programs, (2) establishing school rules and class rules, (3) doing Dhuha prayer and Dhuhur prayer in congregation, ( 4) making affective posts in each class, (5) monitoring the discipline behavior of students at home through a daily activity logbook, (6) involving parents (7) involving the school committee.Keywords: Discipline Character Education, Elementary School

Latar Belakang Buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) merupakan tumbuh-tumbuhan yang berasal dari jenis kaktus yang berasal dari marga Hylocereus dan Selenicereus. Buah ini berasal dari Meksiko, Amerika Tengah dan Amerika Selatan. Buah naga merah bentuknya bulat agak lonjong seukuran dengan buah alpukat. Kulit buahnya berwarna merah menyala untuk jenis buah naga merah putih dan merah, berwarna merah gelap untuk buah naga merah hitam dan berwarna kuning untuk buah naga merah kuning (Anonim1, 2012) Di Inonesia sendiri buah ini dikenal sekitar tahun 2000, pada saat itu masih diimpor dari Thailand. Tahun 2001 tanaman ini mulai dikembangkan di beberapa daerah di Jawa Timur, seperti Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Jember, dan sekitarnya (Andoko, 2012). Di beberapa daerah di Sumatera Barat sudah banyak yang mengembangkan budidaya buah naga merah, seperti Solok dan Padang pariaman, walaupun luas areal yang digunakan masih skala kecil. Lebih lanjut Andoko menyatakan dalam buah naga merah ini kaya akan protein, serat, sodium, dan kalsium yang baik untuk kesehatan. Seratnya juga berguna untuk mencegah kanker usus dan kencing manis serta karoten yang terkandung dalam buah naga merah bermanfaat untuk kesehatan mata, menguatkan fungsi otak dan mencegah masuknya penyakit. Buah ini juga mengandung banyak vitamin dan mineral yang sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan bermanfaat bagi metabolisme tubuh manusia. Penelitian lain menunjukan bahwa buah naga merah merah sangat baik untuk sistem peredaran darah, memberikan efek mengurangi tekanan emosi dan menetralkan toksin dalam darah. Konsumsi buah naga merah semakin meningkat tapi hanya memanfaatkan buahnya saja, sedangkan kulit buah naga merah kurang termanfaatkan. Setiap buah naga merah memiliki ketebalan kulit 0,46 cm dengan total kulit sebanyak 21,98% dari buah utuh. Kulit buah naga merah hanya dianggap sebagai limbah hasil pertanian sering kali hanya di buang sebagai sampah. Padahal kulit buah naga merah sendiri juga masih memiliki zat yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh tubuh. 6 Menurut Pribadi et al, (2014) pada kulit buah naga merah terdapat betasianin sebesar 186,90 mg/100g, berat kering dan aktivitas antioksidan sebesar 53,71%. Perlu suatu inovasi baru agar limbah kulit buah naga merah ini tidak terbuang begitu saja, salah satu inovasi yang dapat dilakukan pada kulit buah naga merah adalah pemanfaatan kulit buah naga merah dalam pembuatan velva. Velva adalah sejenis desert berbentuk es krim yang diolah dangan suku dingin dan pembekuan. Pengolahan buah naga merah menjadi velva ini diharapkan menjadi suatu produk baru yang bermanfaat untuk di konsumsi. Kulit buah naga merah memiliki warna merah yang menarik dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna alami sehingga velva yang dihasilkan memiliki warna yang menarik tanpa harus menambahkan pewarna buatan pangan. Kulit buah naga merah mudah untuk diolah karena kulitnya lunak sehingga mudah dipotong dan tidak memerlukan proses pengolahan yang memakan waktu lama dan juga kulit buah naga merah mudah busuk dan mudah kering apabila salah dalam proses penyimpanan. Menurut Anonim2 (2012) kandungan betasianin pada kulit buah naga merah menghasilkan warna merah muda hingga merah pada kisaran pH 4-6, senyawa betasianin memiliki stabilitas yang rendah jika terpapar oleh panas, logam dan cahaya. Velva kulit buah naga yang diharapkan tetap memiliki warna merah kulit buah naga sehingga tetap menarik. Oleh sebab itu pada pembuatan velva kulit buah naga merah ditambahkan senyawa asam. Senyawa asam yang ditambahkan juga dapat memperkuat citra rasa produk yaitu untuk menimbulkan rasa tarty (menggigit). Penambahan asam berfungsi dalam pengawetan berdasarkan prinsip pengasaman walaupun ini tidak dominan. Salah satu asam yang dapat digunakan adalah asam sitrat. Asam sitrat sendiri merupakan asam organik lemah yang ditemukan makanan pada daun dan buah tumbuhan genus citrus. Senyawa ini merupakan bahan pengawet yang baik dan alami, selain digunakan sebagai penambahan rasa asam pada makanan dan minuman asam sitrat di kategorikan aman digunakana pada makanan (Siharyanto dan hardian, 1983). Asam sitrat yang ditambahkan pada pembuatan velva kulit buah naga diharapkan betasianin kulit buah naga tetap menghasilkan warna merah. 7 Dalam pembuatan velva pengolahan yang digunakan adalah pengolahan beku. Pengolahan ini memperpanjang umur simpan dari produk tersebut serta menjaga kandungan zat yang terdapat pada kulit buah naga merah yang sensitif terhadap suhu tinggi sehingga tidak mengalami kerusakan. Sifat-sifat dari tekstur velva ini dipengaruhi oleh jenis buah dan bahan penstabil yang digunakan, serta jumlah total padatan dari velva buah itu sendiri. Jika faktor tersebut tidak terpenuhi maka velva yang dihasilkan akan berkurang mutunya, seperti bertekstur kasar dan mudah meleleh. Karena mengandung lemak yang rendah dan serat yang tinggi maka velva ini bisa dijadikan pangan alternatif bagi orang yang diet lemak. Penelitian pendahuluan telah dilakukan pembuatan velva berbahan baku kulit buah naga merah tanpa penambahan asam sitrat, dan dengan penambahan berbagai konsentrasi asam sitrat 0,25%, 0,5%, 0,75% dan 1% untuk mendapatkan kisaran pH 4-6. Berdasarkan uraian diatas maka penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian dengan judul ”Penambahan Asam Sitrat pada Pembuatan Velva Kulit Buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus)”
