Çalışmamız giriş, kelime gruplarının cümle unsuru olarak incelenmesi, kelime gruplarının kelime bilgisi bakımından değerlendirilmesi, sonuç ve metin olmak üzere başlıca beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde dil, ana dili, dil bilgisi, dil bilgisi öğretimi ve kelime grupları konularına değinilip Aka Gündüz'ün hayatı, edebi kişiliği ve eserlerinden söz edilmiştir. Birinci bölümde kelime grupları tanıtılmış, kelime gruplarının cümle unsuru olarak görevleri incelenip örneklenmiş ve gruplar üzerindeki vurgu gösterilmiştir. Bölümün sonunda kelime gruplarının cümle unsuru olarak kavratılması için örnek ders plânları verilmiştir. kinci bölümde kelime gruplarının kelime çeşidi olarak görevleri incelenip örneklenmiştir. Birleşik kelimelerin yapılışları ve çeşitleri üzerinde durulup bunların ses bilgisi ve vurgu özellikleri değerlendirilip örnekler verildi. Bu bölümün sonunda da kelime gruplarının kelime çeşidi olarak kavratılması için örnek ders plânları verildi. Sonuç bölümünde metinde tespit edilen kelime gruplarının cümle unsuru ve kelime çeşidi olarak hangi görevlerde bulunabildiği, incelenen metnin özellikleri ve kelime gruplarının farklı kullanılışlarıyla ilgili sonuçlar verilmiştir. Son bölümde de kelime gruplarını üzerinde incelediğimiz, Aka Gündüz'ün ?Hayattan Hikâyeler? adlı eserini oluşturan on üç hikâyenin yeni yazıya aktardığımız şekliyle bulunduğu metin bölümü varıdır., Noun phrase, adjective phrase, adjective verb combination, noun verb combination, adverb verb combination, repetation group, particle group, conjunction group, title group, interjection group, number group, compound noun, compound verb, possession group, belonging group and abrevation groups are investigatedas word groups in this study. Our study mainly cosists of five sections,these are introduction, inspecting the word groups as a componentof sentence, evaluating the word groups as a wordknowledge, conclusion and text. In introdiction, language, mother tongue, grammer, grammer teaching and word groups? topics had been mentioned and Aka Gündüz?s life, his literary personality and his work of arts were discussed. In the first section, word groups were introduced, word groups were investigated as functions of sentences and created as samples and phonetics accent on groups was shown. At the end of this section, example course plans had been given in order to getting to comprehend of word group as sentence?s component. In the second section, the functions of word groups as a sort of word, were inspected and shown with samples. Creature of compound words and the kinds of them were discussed, and the phonetics of these and the characteristics of phonetic accents of compound words were evaluated and related examples were given. At the and of this section, example course plans were given in order to getting to comprehend of word group as word assortment. In conclusion, different usage of word groups, the characteristics of investigated text and what kind of functions as a sentence component and word assortment, for determined word groups in the text, outcomes which are related with above were given in this section. In the last section, there is a text as a renew form of writing which consists of thirteen stories, these are included in Aka Gündüz?s ?Hayattan Hikâyeler-The stories from the life?, so that we inspected the word groups in this work of art.

Dipirometen bileşiklerin BF2 komplekslerine kısaca `BODİPY`, azadipirometen bileşiklerin BF2 komplekslerine ise kısaca `Azabodipy` denilmektedir. Azabodipy ve türevleri son zamanlarda birçok alanda kullanılmakta ve bu nedenle yoğun olarak çalışılmaktadır. Azabodipy boyar madde malzemeleri kimyasal sensör alanında aktif florofor olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Yapılarında yapılacak bazı değişikliklerle bu organik moleküllerin floresans özellikleri değişebilmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında da Azabodipy türevi (AZA) yeni bileşiğinin sentezi yapılmış ve değişik konsantrasyonlarda iki farklı çözücü içersinde absorpsiyon ve floresans spektroskopi teknikleri kullanılarak foto fiziksel özellikleri belirlenmiştir. AZA molekülü ile GO arasındaki etkileşmeler dinamik ve statik kuençleşme mekanizmaları dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Farklı sıcaklıklarda yapılan çalışmalardan AZA molekülünde gözlenen floresans şiddetteki azalmanın kuençleşme şeklinde olmadığı, elektrostatik adsorpsiyon kaynaklı olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Dipiromethane compounds are called as `BODIPY` for BF2 complexes and azadipiromethane compounds are called as `Azabodipy` for BF2 complexes. Azabodipy and its derivatives have been extensively due to its widespread use in many areas. Azabodipy stain materials are employed as active fluorophors in the field of chemical sensors. The fluorescence properties of these organic molecules can vary with some changes to be made in their structure. In this thesis, Azabodipy derived a new compound was synthesized and its photo-physical properties were determined by using absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques in two different solvents at different concentrations. Interactions between the AZA molecule and the GO have been studied taking into account dynamic and static quenching mechanisms. Studies at different temperatures have concluded that the decrease in fluorescence intensity observed in the AZA molecule is not in the form of quenching, but may be due to electrostatic adsorption. 47

Grafen, tek atom kalınlığındaki karbon nanomateryallerden biri olarak, üstün optik ve elektriksel özelliklerinden dolayı araştırmacılarda büyük ilgi uyandırmaktadır. Grafenin keşfinden sonra, bor nitrür (BN), titanyum trisülfür (TiS3), molibden disülfit (MoS2), tungsten disülfür (WS2) vb. sıra dışı elektronik özelliklere sahip iki boyutlu yeni tür materyaller de keşfedilmiştir. Boyar maddeler medikal ve teknolojik uygulamalarda sıklıkla kullanılan optik malzemeler olup bu materyaller ile boyar maddeler kullanılarak elde edilen nanokompozitlerin optiksel ve morfolojik karakterizasyonu, optik sensörler, optoelektonik cihazlar gibi potansiyel uygulama alanları için büyük öneme sahiptir. Ksanten türevleri, geniş absorpsiyon ve floresans spektrumları, ışığa karşı dayanıklılıkları, in vivo çalışmalarda düşük toksisiteleri ve suda nispeten yüksek çözünürlük gibi birkaç karakteristik özelliklerinden dolayı nanokompozit eldesinde kullanılabilecek en iyi boyar maddeler arasında yer almaktadır.Bu tez çalışmasında, ilk olarak mikromekaniksel yöntemle grafen, BN, MoS2 ve TiS3 sentezlendi ve boyut analizleri optik mikroskop, Raman ve AFM spektroskopisiyle gerçekleştirildi. Analizler sonucunda tek, iki ve çok tabakalı grafen, BN, MoS2 ile yaklaşık 1nm kalınlığında TiS3 sentezlendiği belirlendi. İkinci olarak, modifiye edilmiş Hummers yöntemiyle sentezlenen grafenden indirgenmiş grafen oksit (rGO) eldesi gerçekleştirildi. rGO ve ksanten türevi boyar maddeler (Rodamin 101, Floresin ve Eosin Y) ile sulu ortamda yeni kompozitler sentezlendi. Bu kompozitlerin morfolojik ve optiksel özellikleri; X-ışını kırınımı (XRD), Raman spektroskopisi, Fourier dönüşümü kızıl ötesi spektroskopisi (FTIR), UV-görünür spektroskopisi ve durgun-hal floresans spektroskopisi ile aydınlatıldı. Elde edilen kompozitlerin optik ve morfolojik özelliklerine rGO ve boyar madde konsantrasyonlarının etkisi incelendi. Kompozitlerin absorpsiyon spektrumlarında rGO miktarına bağlı olarak çeşitli değişiklikler (batokromik ve hipsokromik kayma, hipoktomik etki gibi) gözlendi. Ayrıca, kompozitlerde rGO miktarı arttırıldığında boyar maddelerin floresans şiddetlerinin etkili bir şekilde sönümlendiği belirlendi. Graphene, as one of single-atom-thick carbon nanomaterial, has recently interested among researchers due to its superior optical and electrical properties. Graphene's high crystal, mechanical (E=1,0TPa), electrical, thermal (k=5000 Wm-1K-1) and optical (Optical Transmittance=% 97.7) properties have attracted the widespread attention of the researchers. After graphene discovering, boron nitride (BN), titanium trisulfide (TiS3), molybdenum disulfide (MoS2), tungsten disulfide (WS2) etc. are a fundamentally new types of 2D electronic material exhibits extraordinary properties. Dyes are frequently used optical materials in medical and technological applications. Optical and morphological characterization of nanocomposites that is obtained by using these materials and dyes have great importance for potential applications such as optical sensors, optoelectronic devices, etc. Xanthene derivatives are one of the best dyes used in obtaining nanocomposits since they have several characteristic features including large absorption and fluorescence, light resistance, low toxicity in-vivo, and relatively high solubility in water.In this thesis, graphene, BN, MoS2 and TiS3 were synthesized using micromechanical method and their dimension analyzes were carried out by optical microscope, Raman and AFM spectroscopy. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that single, double and multilayered graphene, BN, MoS2 and TiS3 with thickness of about 1 nm was synthesized. Secondly, reduced graphene oxide (rGO)was synthesized with modified Hummers' method. novel composites with rGO and xanthene derivative dyes (Rhodamine 101, Florescein and Eosin Y) were synthesized in an aqueous medium. Morphological and optical properties of these composites was confirmed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), UV-visible spectroscopy and steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of rGO and dye concentrations on optical and morphological properties of synthesized composites was investigated. Various changes (such as bathochromic and hypsochromic shift, hypochromic effect) were observed in the absorption spectra of the composites depending on the amount of rGO. Also, when amounts of rGO in composites was increased, the fluorescence intensities of dyes were influentially quenched. 170

Bu çalışmada Pyronin Y (PyY) bileşiğinin fotofiziksel ve fotodinamik özellikleri farklı sıvı ortamlarda incelenmiştir. Ksanten ailesine ait pozitif yüklü bir boyar bileşik olan Pyronin Y'nin farklı yüklere sahip surfaktantlarla ve polar protik çözücüler olan n-alkollerle etkileşimleri absorpsiyon ve floresans spektroskopi teknikleri kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. n-alkollerde çözücü polaritesinin artışıyla hem absorpsiyon hem de floresans bandlarında daha yüksek enerjili bölgeye kayma gözlenmiştir. PyY'ye ait absorpsiyon ve floresans spektrumlarının bant şiddetinin her üç misel sistem suyla kıyaslandığında suya oranla artış gösterdiği görülmüştür. Bu da misel sistemlerdeki etkileşimin sudaki etkileşimlerden farklı olduğunu, solvatasyonun, yüzey etkileşmelerinin değiştiğini göstermiştir. En güçlü etkileşimin pozitif yük taşıyan PyY bileşiği ile zıt yüke sahip SDS anyonu arasında gerçekleştiği ve etkileşimin elektrostatik kuvvetlerden kaynaklandığı belirlenmiştir. Hesaplanan fotofiziksel değerler PyY'nin mikroçevresinin SDS miselinde diğer sistemlerden farklı olduğunu göstermiştir. Sıcaklık çalışmasında ortamın sıcaklığının artması moleküllerin, moleküler titreşim ve dönme hareketlerini artıracağından, bu ortamlarda ışımasız geçişler artmış, aynı zamanda bu durum floresans özelliğe sahip türün floresans ömürlerinde ve kuantum verimlerinde de azalmalara neden olmuştur. Pyronin Y bileşiğinin n-alkol sistemlerinde ölçülen floresans şiddetlerinden faydalanarak durgun hal floresans anizotropi değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Pyronin Y bileşiğinin alkoller gibi saf çözücülerdeki floresans anizotropi durulması tek (single) eksponansiyeldir. Kritik misel konsantrasyonunun altındaki konsantrasyonlarda hazırlanan surfaktantlarda floresans probumuz olan PyY bileşiği eklendiğinde ölçülen anizotropi değeri düşük bulunmuştur, çünkü prob su fazında kalmıştır. Surfaktant çözeltisi kritik misel konsantrasyonuna yaklaştığında anizotropi değeri belirgin şekilde artmıştır. Bunun sebebi de; miselin içindeki probun rotasyonel difüzyonu kısıtlandığı sürece anizotropi değerinin artmasıdır. Pozitif yüke sahip bir boyar bileşik olan PyY'nin pozitif yüklü surfaktant CTAB ve yüksüz TX-100'e kıyasla, negatif yüklü SDS'ye büyük bir afinite gösterdiği görülmektedir. Bunun sebebi de kulombik etkileşimle açıklanabilir. In this study, photophysics and photodynamical properties of Pyronine Y (PyY) in different liquid media are investigated. Interactions of Pyronine Y, which is a positively charged pigment compound pertaining to the Xanthene derivatives, with surfactants possessing distinct charges and n-alcohols with polar protic solvents are determined by using the absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. In n-alcohols, both absorption and fluorescence band shifts to the high energy states are observed by increasing the solvent polarity. It is observed that band intensities of absorption and fluorescence spectra belonging to PyY increase in proportion to the water when compared to every three micelle system water. This suggests that interactions in micelle systems is different from those in water, and solvation, surface interactions modify. It is determined that the strongest interaction occurs between PyY compound carrying positive charge and SDS anion with opposite charge, and this interaction arises from the electrostatic forces. Computed photo-physical values indicate that microenvironment of PyY in SDS micelle is different from other systems. In temperature study, increasing the temperature of environment, which accordingly leads molecules to increase the molecular vibrations and rotations, causes non-radiative transitions in these environments and in turn the decay of fluorescence lifetime of species having the fluorescence characteristic and their quantum performances as well. Steady-state fluorescence anisotropy values are calculated by fluorescence intensities of Pyronine Y compound measured in n-alcohol systems. Fluorescence stability of Pyronine Y compound in pure solvents like alcohols is single exponential. Once the PyY compound being our fluorescence probe is supplemented at surfactants prepared below the critical micelle concentrations, the measured anisotropy value is found out to be low because the probe remains in water phase. When the surfactant in solvent gets closer to the critical micelle concentrations the anisotropy value prominently increases. This is because the anisotropy value increases as long as the rotational diffusion of the probe in micelle is restricted. It is observed that PyY being positively charged pigment compound in comparison with the positively charged surfactant CTAB and uncharged TX-100 shows a higher affinity to the negatively charged SDS. This can be explained by Coulombic interaction. 115

Ksanten türevlerinden olan Pyronin B (PyB) ve Pyronin Y (PyY)'nin polivinil sülfat ile etkileşimi moleküler absorpsiyon ve floresans spektroskopi teknikleri kullanılarak incelendi. Katyonik dye bileşiklerinden PyB ve PyY'nin negatif yüklü polielektrolit polivinil sülfat ile olan etkileşimi sonucunda her iki dye bileşiğinin konsantrasyonunun artırılmasıyla absorpsiyon spektrumlarında monomer bandına göre mavi bölgeye kaymış yeni bir bandın oluşumu gözlendi. Moleküler eksiton teorisine göre, H agregat olarak adlandırılan bu oluşumun, floresans özellik göstermemesi iki dye bileşiğinin polivinil sülfatlı ortamda floresans kuantum verimlerinde azalmaya neden olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu sistem için dimer-monomer dengesinin yanı sıra, sıcaklığın bir fonksiyonu olarak dimerizasyon dengesi üzerine etki eden faktörler bazı termodinamik parametrelerle tartışıldı. Molecular dynamics of Pyronin B (PyB) and Pyronin Y (PyY) which are xanthenes derivatives in polyvinyl sulphate medium were investigated by using molecular absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. It was observed that interactions between negatively charged polyvinyl sulphate and cationic dye compound PyB and PyY cause a new blue-shifted absorption band compared to the monomer absorption band by increasing dye concentration. According to the exciton theory; this new band is called as H aggregate. Owing to non fluorescence properties of H aggregate, a decrease in fluorescence quantum yields of both compounds in polyvinyl sulphate medium was observed. For this system, dimer-monomer equilibrium was discussed by employing some thermodynamic parameters which were determined as a function of temperature. 69

Bu tez çalışmasında metanol ortamında kumarin 35 ile pyronin Y ve pyronin B arasındakifloresans enerji transferi incelendi. Bu çalışmada kumarin 35 donor molekülü olup pyronin Bve pyronin Y akseptor molekülleridir.Floresans enerji transferinde önemli bir şart olan donorun emisyon spektrumu ile akseptörünabsorbans spekturumlarının örtüşmesi her iki molekül çifti için iyi bir oranda meydanageldi. Kumarin35 konsantrasyonu sabit tutulup, farklı pyroninB konsantrasyonlarında alınanemisyon spektrumlarında, kumarin 35'e ait floresans bandın şiddetinde bir azalma vepyroninB'ye ait floresans bandının şiddetinde bir artma gözlendi. Kumarin 35-pyronin Ymolekül çifti içinde benzer olaylar gözlendi. Gerçekleşen bu floresans enerji transferi Stern-Volmer eşitliğine ve Förster teorisine göre tartışıldı. Dr. Mustafa ARIK Bu tez çalışmasında biyolojik sistemlerde sıklıkla kullanılan merosiyanin 540 (MC540) ve flöresin (FL) molekül çifti arasındaki floresans enerji transferi üç farklı misel sisteminde incelendi. Bu misel sistemler katyonik hekzadesiltrimetilamonyum bromür (CIAB), anyonik sodyum dodesil sülfat (SDS) ve nötral Triton X-100 (TX-100) olup MC540 bileşiği akseptör, FL ise donor molekülüdür. Su ortamında çalışılan konsantrasyonlarda agregat absorpsiyon bandına sahip olan FL ve MC540 bileşiklerinin, MC540 için kritik misel konsantrasyonlarında hazırlanan miselîi çözeltilerinde, agregatm bozulup monomere dönüştüğü gözlendi. Floresans enerji transferinde önemli bir şart olan donorun emisyon spektrumu ile akseptörün absorpsiyon spektrumlarının örtüşmesi FL-MC540 molekül çifti için iyi bir oranda gerçekleşti. These micelles are hexadeciltrimethylaminium bromide (CTAB), sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS), and Triton X-100 (TX-100). MC540 is an acceptor molecule and FL is a donor molecule. In the studied concentration, while FL and MC540 compounds have aggregate absorption bands in water, this aggregate band for MC540 was shifted towards monomer band when micelle solutions were prepared in the critical micelle concentration. The spectral overlap between emission of donor and absorption of acceptor is very important for the fluorescence energy transfer, which was occurred by a good ratio. In constant FL concentration, fluorescence intensity of FL was decreased with increased MC540 concentration, in contrast fluorescence intensity of MC540 was increased. The fluorescence energy transfer was discussed in terms of Stern- Volmer equation and theory of Förster. The Stem- Volmer rate constants were in high values for three micelle systems.
