This study aims to show the influence of variable audit delays, audit quality and leverage, on financial reporting fraud: auditor switching as intervening variables on idX-listed property, real estate, and building construction companies. The population of this study is 85 companies, by accessing financial statements and auditor reports through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, so 30 sample companies were obtained for 3 years of observation (2018-2020) with 90 units of analysis. The data analysis method used is the logistic regression method. Based on the results of data processing using the logistic regression method with SPSS software, it is known that simultaneous audit delays, audit quality and levarage have a significant influence on auditor switching at a significance level of 5%. Similarly, the influence that occurs between switching audiors on financial reporting fraud is statistically significant at a significance level of 5%. Switching auditors are also able to mediate the relationship between audit delay, audit quality and leverage against financial reporting fraud with a significance level of 5%.

This community service aims to improve literacy aspects of capital and the preparation of the feasibility of a cattle farming business in the Village/Nagori Bahjoga. The implementation method used in this community service activity uses the method of socialization, training / counseling to participants accompanied by direct discussions with training participants, namely business actors in cattle farmer groups and individuals, and training in preparing business feasibility so that cattle breeders become bankable. The result achieved is that cattle breeders can understand the form of capital financing services. Business actors in the cattle breeder group can also prepare business feasibility in the form of a business feasibility proposal.

Research aims to test the effet of Audit Opinion (AO), Financial Distress (FD), and Corporate Growth (CG) on Auditors Switching (AS) at Manufacturing Companies. Research population is manufacturing company registered on the BEI in 2016-2020. From 192 listed companies, 43 companies were chosen as samples based on established criteria by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is secondary data get from the company in annual report. Method of data analysis used is logistic regression. The results showed that: 1) audit opinion variables affect the AS. 2) FD has no effect on the auditor switching. 3). GC has no effect on the AS. The conclusion research is AO able to determine company to do AS. While FD and CG have no influence to the company to do auditor switching. Following the necessity to provide transparent information on social activities, corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure is important for companies in Indonesia. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of information ofCEO Power (CEOP), Board Capital (BCAPDUM), Media Disclosure (PMED), and Profitability (ROA) on CSR. This research usedmanufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016 as the subject. Using thepurposive sampling method, 26 companies were selected as the research sample. Research findings showed thatCEOP, PMED, and ROA haveastatistical effect on CSR disclosure, whereas BCAPDUM has no effect on CSR disclosure. Therefore, CEOP, PMED, and ROA have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure. Keywords: CEO Power, Board Capital, Media Disclosure, Profitability, CSR

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, audit quality and audit committee on earnings management. The research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and obtained 10 companies that became samples. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: first, managerial ownership does not have a significant effect on earnings management. It can be seen that the t-count is smaller than the t-table (0.152 0.05. Second, audit quality affects earnings management. It can be seen that the t-count is greater than the t-table (2.274> 1.678), with a significance value of 0.028 1.6 7 8), with a significance value of 0.006

The purpose of this study is attempt to explain, empirically test, organizational culture on the quality of accounting information systems in the Regional Organization of Medan City. The survey was conducted on 38 respondents, namely the head of finance in the agency and department. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Basic SEM variance is used for data analysis. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on the quality of accounting information systems. The results can be interpreted that organizational culture has an important role to realize the quality of accounting information systems.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) pada Perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Pendekatan asosiatif merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar dua variabel atau lebih guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh antara variabel yang satu dengan yang lainnya.Penelitianinidilakukanpada Perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang datanya diambil dari website www.idx.co.id. Sedangkan jadwal penelitianiniberlangsungdari bulan Desember 2017 sampai dengan Maret 2018. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perputaran Kas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on Assets). Perputaran Piutang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on Assets). Perputaran Kas dan Perputaran Piutang secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on Assets).

Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) is a social reporting that involves not only a holistic expectation of the society regarding the role of the companies in the community but also a spiritual perspective. This study objective to obtain empirical evidence about the influences of corporate governance strength, media exposure, firm size, and profitability to the extent of Islamic Social Reporting and to find out the impact of ISR on firm value. To measure the extent of Islamic Social Reporting, the researchers used a checklist that had been developed based on the related rules and previous research. This study employed purposive sampling method from companies listed in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2012-2015. There are 67 companies which fulfill the criteria as the research samples. Meanwhile, the data analysis was conducted with Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). GSCA analysis is one of the Structural Equation Modellings (SEM) which is based on component (Component Based SEM). The results of this study show that corporate governance strength and profitability have positive significance on Islamic Social Reporting. However, firm size has negative significance while media exposure has no significant influence on Islamic Social Reporting. Furthermore, ISR is able to mediate the correlations of corporate governance strength, firm size, and profitability towards firm value.

The general objective of this study was to analyze the model of micro-financing of agriculture in order to develop the rural economy and support economic growth in Aceh. The specific purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the social and economic profile of households recipient farmer agricultural credit and micro enterprises in Aceh, to evaluate the performance of credit financing to the Government Bank Sector Micro Farms, identify prospects, challenges and constraints of microfinance institutions in microfinance lending farming in Aceh and analyze the sustainability of microfinance models of agriculture in Aceh, and formulate policies appropriate agricultural micro-financing in supporting economic growth in Aceh. Financing system analysis conducted qualitative description, including ease of access to credit, credit suitability, filing and retrieval mechanism of credit, smoothness, obstacles and constraints in lending, loan interest rate and loan repayment system including congestion anticipation loans. Determination of the effectiveness of microcredit agriculture Scoring is done via method. The effectiveness of agricultural micro-credit schemes assessed through monitoring and evaluation of the performance of some aspects of inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes, benefits and impact. Analysis of the sustainability of credit schemes analyzed based on financial viability, institutional viability (managerial), and the viability of the participants, Results of studies in which micro-financing system for farming and still there has been no financial institution that helps, financing done still in the form of government assistance to the farmers and there is no oversight of government ranging from distribution, so that harvesting and collection processes, outputs, outcomes, benefits and can not feel the impact in the community

This research try to find some variables that influence entrepreneurial mental attitude at government of Serdang Bedagai Regency. independent variable which considered in this research is hierarchy, formalizes, trust, mission, ethics and regulation barriers level. Those independent variables will be able to improve society satisfaction, reduc­tion of level of bureaucracy and improvement of risking tendency. The data of this research collected from organization chart of Serdang Bedagai Regency. Amount of 68 responders participated in this research. Hereinafter this data processed by using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that formalizes, trust, mission, ethics and regulation barriers level have an effect significantly toward society satisfaction and also bureaucracy.
