The most important resource owned by an organization, one implication is that the most important investment that an organization may make is in the area of human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of human resources through social network analysis obtained from Twitter data. This research is qualitative netnographic research, with a social network analysis approach known as SNA. The data were obtained and analyzed using the atlas. ti application. The results of the research show that human resource development can be carried out in various ways, such as collaborating with relevant agencies such as the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development, or even with other countries. Human Resource Development, more by government agencies than by the private sector. Many of the resource developments are related to technology. This research is new because the analytical media used is new.

The current study is a research on the political roles and strategies of women village heads in rural political development. The study was conducted in Parenreng Village, Pangkep, South Sulawesi Indonesia. Women undeniably, play a strategic role in every area of village political development. Village women’s work is not just “complementary development,” but also the subject of a role that has “control and power.” The research conceptualization used is structural-functional theory while the method used is descriptive qualitative approach. The research findings show that the work and strategies of women village heads are: (a) Village political development, carried out directly, with empathy for humanizing; (b) Putting the interests of a small and modest society above the interests of the advanced people; and (c) Urgent and strategic development of rural infrastructure. Economic empowerment must always be encouraged with the principle of togetherness and solidarity. Principal leadership in school-based management (SBM) is the principal's ability to influence and mobilize all existing resources in school management activities. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the leadership of the Principal in terms of School-Based Management (SBM) at SMKN 1 Bone. To achieve this goal, the researchers identified seven informants, namely school headmaster, teachers, administrative staff, students, and the community. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques, and data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the principal's leadership in terms of school-based management (SBM) at SMKN 1 Bone has been carried out well based on the research focus, namely in terms of six indicators of effective principal leadership in school-based management that the principal is able to empower teachers -teachers to carry out the learning process properly, smoothly and productively, headmaster can complete assignments and work according to a predetermined time, headmaster are able to establish harmonious relationships with the community so that they can involve them actively in order to realize school and educational goals, the principal succeeded in applying leadership principles that were in accordance with the maturity level of teachers and other employees in the school, the principal was able to work with the school management team, the principal had succeeded in realizing school goals productively in accordance with predetermined provisions. This study aims to determine the description of the use of online games, social media, student learning interests, the consequences of the use of online games on student learning interests, the influence of social media use on student learning interests, and the impact of using online games and social media on student learning interests in Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). To achieve this goal, researchers use information collection methods through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The information obtained from the results of the study was processed by utilizing quantitative analysis to determine the influence of the use of online games and social media on the learning interest of students at Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). The results of the experiment proved that if the online game variable is in the high category, the social media variable is in the medium category, while the interest in learning students is in the medium category. Based on the results of the experiment, the relationship between product moment variables and learning interest is moderate, while the relationship between social media variables and student learning interest is high. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it is concluded that there is a negative and significant influence of online games and social media on the interest in training students at Muhammadiyah Burau Vocational High School (SMK). The development of information technology requires an apparatus that is always fast and responsive in anticipating changes. Moreover, technology is also one of the keys to boosting the competitiveness of human resources in the instrument, which is currently getting tighter. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of talent management and the quality of human resources on employee performance through the application of information technology systems. The research approach used in this study is quantitatively based on the study of empirical rational principles. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The sample consisted of 93 respondents. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, and hypothesis testing. The results of research on the influence of talent management and the quality of human resources on employee performance through the application of information technology systems at the BP PAUD and Dikmas offices of South Sulawesi Province show that talent management, human resource quality, and the application of information technology systems have a direct effect on performance. Of course, suppose the BP PAUD and Dikmas offices consistently apply talent management that has been done so far and pay attention to the quality of each employee they have and increasingly utilize information technology systems as work aids.
