In Japanese language, shiten is an event drawn in the sentence structures, if it becomes the central point of a naturally-accepted event. Shiten is also the person who becomes the speaker’s object (syudai). The research discusses about shiten focused on service take and give verbs (jujuhyogen) in Ukemi （受身） shieki（使役）（受身）,（使役）and jujuhyougen（授受の表（授受の（使役（授受 現） . It applies a qualitative method and it means that the research explains the data observed as it is.

Perguruan Tinggi Politeknik Negeri Padang merupakan salah satu wadah yang memberikan pengajaran bahasa asing. Dalam hal ini, bahasa Jepang, yang berperan dalam mengembangkan potensi SDM untuk membina mahasiswa yang mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa asing yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan, serta mempromosikan objek wisata dan kebudayaan Sumatera Barat khususnya dan Indonesia pada umumnya kepada wisatawan. Pembinaan bahasa asing kepada mahasiswa dilakukan dengan cara yang mudah dicerna oleh siswa maupun mahasiswa. Oleh sebab itu, dengan adanya program SCL yang berbasis multimedia (IT) sangat diharapkan dapat memudahkan, memotivasi, serta menumbuhkan minat mahasiswa, sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Politeknik sebagai lembaga pendidikan vokasional merupakan wadah yang tepat untuk mengimplementasikan program SCL yang berbasis multimedia karena sistem pengajaran yang dirancang melalui SCL memberikan metode pengajaran praktik 80% dan teori 20%. Metode ini akan lebih menarik apabila diimprovisasikan dengan program IT berbasis multimedia tersebut.

Contrastive is a study that focused on the field of phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, etc. between two or more languages with linguistics that differentiate various activities to gain clarity on the part of the symmetric and asymmetric.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was aimed to explore the trajectory of thoughts and feelings related to religiosity and spirituality using a holistic approach following attendance at group-Quran Recitation (QR) sessions among annual flood victims. Design: This is a qualitative study with an in-depth retrospective interview conducted data in 2019. Methods: The purposive sampling was applied to conduct face-to-face individual video-recorded semistructured interviews. Seventeen participants followed six QR chanting sessions in Bandung, Indonesia. Data were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using inductive analysis. Findings: After extracting evidence expressions of participants, the research team generated the central theme of "Holism of Religiosity and Spirituality," using three influential sub-themes, including obedience to God's will, growing a positive mindset through spirituality and life started to be delighting from nine categories. Conclusion: The relationship of body-mind concepts of holism through QR among flood sufferers was explored. The effect of QR chanting is beneficial to change awareness about the wisdom of spirituality. The holistic approach of religiosity and spirituality in nursing care is recommended to promote all service settings, especially community and disaster nursing in the Indonesian context. Future research is needed to develop QR chanting activities among multiethnic and socio-cultural groups as alternative therapy quantitatively.

Although purinergic receptor activity has lately been associated with epilepsy, little is known about the exact role of purines in epileptogenesis. We have used a rat model of temporal lobe epilepsy induced by pilocarpine to study the dynamics of purine metabolism in the hippocampus during different times of status epilepticus (SE) and the chronic phase. Concentrations of adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP), and adenosine in normal and epileptic rat hippocampus were determined by microdialysis in combination with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Extracellular ATP concentrations did not vary along 4 h of SE onset. However, AMP concentration was elevated during the second hour, whereas ADP and adenosine concentrations augmented during the third and fourth hour following SE. During chronic phase, extracellular ATP, ADP, AMP, and adenosine concentrations decreased, although these levels again increased significantly during spontaneous seizures. These results suggest that the increased turnover of ATP during the acute period is a compensatory mechanism able to reduce the excitatory role of ATP. Increased adenosine levels following 4 h of SE may contribute to block seizures. On the other hand, the reduction of purine levels in the hippocampus of chronic epileptic rats may result from metabolic changes and be part of the mechanisms involved in the onset of spontaneous seizures. This work provides further insights into purinergic signaling during establishment and chronic phase of epilepsy.

We used four complementary techniques to investigate the presence of oxytocin peptide in the hypophysis and brain of the snake Bothrops jararaca. A high-pressure liquid chromatographic analysis failed to show oxytocin in extracts of hypophysial and brain tissues but provided estimative values of the amounts of vasotocin (12 ng/mg hypophysis and 0.5 ng/mg brain) and mesotocin (500 pg/mg hypophysis and 8 pg/mg brain). Western blots with a polyclonal anti-oxytocin antibody failed to detect oxytocin in both tissues but detected compounds with higher molecular weight than oxytocin, as well as a relatively weak cross-reactivity with mesotocin. The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction analysis failed to detect the expression of oxytocin gene transcript, but detected a transcript related to the mesotocin-neurophysin precursor in both tissues. Immunohistochemistry with the same anti-oxytocin antibody detected strong staining in the neurohypophysis and in few fibers in the inner zone of the median eminence, which was not abolished by pre-adsorption of this antibody with oxytocin, vasopressin, vasotocin or mesotocin and might not be attributed to oxytocin. In conclusion, our data demonstrate the absence of oxytocin in the central nervous system of the snake B. jararaca and underline the pitfalls that can result from the use of a single technique to investigate the presence of peptides in tissues.
