High prevalence of STH leads to malnutrition, anemia, cognitive impairment, and growth disorders. Triple-dose albendazole 400 mg is a broad-spectrum anthelminthic; however, its effectiveness varies in every region. Introduction: fertility is necessary for hatchability of broiler breeder eggs. Roosters as half part of the fertility have a great role and with increasing age fertility is declined. It has been revealed that phospholipid fraction of the avian spermatozoa membranes has high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and it is the reason why the spermatozoa are susceptible to free radical damages. To maintain sperm fertilizing ability, an antioxidant defense system is a crucial point. In avian semen the antioxidant system consists of natural antioxidants together with enzymes that have antioxidant characteristics such as glutathione peroxidase (GPx) and selenoprotein P (SEPP1) protects sperm against free radicals and their destructive metabolites. Antioxidants such as vitamin E and selenium (Se) have remarkable roles in avian reproduction. To gain great reproductive performances in breeders, optimum level of antioxidant in diet is thought to be necessary. By using additives such as selenium (Se) we can help delaying this reduction through antioxidant properties of Se. Replacing inorganic Se by new source of Se like the nano form in poultry diets can improve the fertility of broiler breeder eggs. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of Nano-Selenium (NanoSe) in comparison with sodium selenite on serum selenoprotein p (SEPP1) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) content in broiler breeder roosters. Material and Method: A total of thirty Arbor Acres broiler breeder roosters (40 wks.) were randomly divided into five experimental groups. Each of which included 3 replicates of 2 birds. According to the arbor acres broiler breeder manual, the amount of 160 grams of diet was allocated daily for each rooster which had 12% crude protein and 2800 kcal/kg metabolizable energy. After one-week adaptation, birds were fed the corn-soybean meal-based basal diet (T1) supplemented with 0.3 mg/kg Sodium Selenite (T2), 0.15 mg/kg nano-Se (T3), 0.3 mg/kg nano-Se (T4) and 0.6 mg/kg nano-Se (T5). The duration of feeding experiment was four weeks. After the adaptation period, a 2.5 ml of blood sample was taken from each rooster. Two weeks later, in the middle of the research, blood sampling was done again from each bird. Four weeks after the treatment was done at the end of experiment, the roosters were humanely euthanized by cervical dislocation, the 3rd and last sampling was implemented at the end of experiment that as in the previous sampling was done, the blood samples were centrifuged and separated serum was stored in -20°C . Then serum concentration of the antioxidant “SEPP1” was measured by ELISA method and “GPx” was analyzed using a spectrophotometry kit. Results and discussion: By increasing the level of nanoselenium in diet, the serum concentration of SEPP1 and GPx also increases (P < 0.05) and using 0.6 mg/kg nano-Se in the diet reached the highest value. Based on a consideration of all experiment indexes, in this research, 0.6 mg/kg is suggested to be the best level of supplementation of nano-Se, and nano-Se showed higher contents of serum SEPP1 and GPx at the same amounts of nano-Se and sodium selenite supplementation. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of nano-Se was more effective than sodium selenite on serum SEPP1 and GPx concentration of tested selenoproteins in broiler breeder males. “Tuni” and “Afo” cloves are endemic clove varieties from the Maluku islands. Until now, there is still little information on morphological diversity in plant populations and information on the characteristics between the two varieties. The research aims to provide information on the morphological diversity and characteristics of “Tuni” and “Afo” cloves from the Maluku Islands. Morphological characterization of the “Tuni” variety of cloves was carried out at its distribution location on Ambon Island, Maluku Province. In contrast, “Afo” cloves were characterized at their distribution location on Ternate Island, North Maluku Province. The research was carried out in July 2023-May 2024. The used for morphological identification was the modified Tropical Fruit Descriptors. The characterized clove plants consisted of 30 “Tuni” clove plants and 30 “Afo” clove plants, so a total of 60 plants were characterized. The results of the Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) based on 54 morphological characters that were carried out showed two groups with a dissimilarity coefficient of 44%. The first group is a group of “Tuni” clove accessions, which are clustered with a similarity of 91%, and the second group is a group of “Afo” clove accessions, which are clustered with a similarity of 90%. The results of Principle Component Analysis (PCA) obtained a total diversity of 75.4%, where the specific characteristics of “Tuni” cloves obtained were stem bark color, crown shape, branching angle, leaf thickness, old leaf color, shoot color, leaf petiole tip color, flower stalk weight, flower length, flower tube diameter. The specific characteristics of “Afo” cloves obtained from PCA are plant height, stem circumference, North-South canopy width, East-West canopy width, leaf length, leaf texture, leaf spiciness, ripe picked flower color, picked ripe flower crown color, ripe fruit color, and color seed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran efikasi diri pelamar fresh graduate dengan pelamar berpengalaman pada kegiatan wawancara kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan prosedur pengambilan subyek dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang, dengan karakteristik 5 orang fresh graduate dan 5 orang berpengalaman pada kegiatan wawancara kerja. Proses pengambilan data pada penelitian ini berdasarkan sumber data primer dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara (in depth interview). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa setiap pelamar memiliki efikasi diri yang berbeda-beda saat melakukan wawancara kerja tetapi perasaan yang di rasakan pelamar cukup sama saat wawancara kerja. Pada fresh graduate cenderung merasa takut dan gugup karena kurangnya pengalaman, persiapan, dan keterampilan dalam menjawab pertanyaan interviewer. Sedangkan pelamar berpengalaman saat wawancara kerja memiliki penyampaian yang lebih tenang, mampu mengendalikan ekspresi wajah, dan memiliki persiapan yang sudah matang. Dari penelitian ini juga diketahui memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi saat menghadapi wawancara kerja dapat menjadikan indikator potensial keberhasilan di dalam dunia kerja.

This study examines the use of the Sundanese language on the Tiktok account @dikingo69. The interesting thing to study is that there is the use of slang in every conversation. This study aims to examine the form of code mix and its type. The research method used is qualitative by describing the data obtained. The results show that there are two forms of code mix, namely words in the form of acronyms, abbreviations, basic words, forms of morphological interference, non-standard words, contractions, lexeme blends, forms that undergo morphophonemic, and code mix at the phrase level. The types of code mix are inward code mix, between Sundanese, Indonesian, and Javanese, and outward code mix, between Sundanese, English, and Mandarin.

Organizations are basically social units that are intentionally formed and may be reformed by taking into account the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving a particular goal. In addition, the role of the workforce of a company is essential because it is the main driver in running a smooth business and the company's performance; hence, it is considered as one of the assets of the company that must be maintained by fulfilling its needs and desires. However, the recent phenomenon indicates that the organizational performance of the company is still low, and there are numerous employees that are lack of competitiveness and productivity in carrying out their duties. Due to this reason, the researchers are interested in analyzing the correlation between commitment and organizational performance. The researchers utilized a causal research design to empirically test the correlation between commitment and organizational performance. One of the factors that is perceived to affect the employee performance is the organizational capabilities. The primary data of the study were collected by administering the questionnaire to the employees who work in manufacturing and service companies. The questionnaire was spread through e-mail to 100 respondents, and of the 100 respondents, 34 returned the answers. The data were then analyzed by using SPSS 25 through which the t-value test of the simple linear regression was determined. The results indicated that the commitment has a positive and significant correlation with the organizational performance. Every time there is a strengthening of commitment, there will be an increase in the organizational performance. This study shares similar findings with the previous studies. The implications of this research can be applied managerially by manufacturing and service companies. This finding is what distinguishes the present study from the previous research in which the latter is only applied for the service sector.

Bryonia dioica is a member of the Cucurbitaceae that produces bioactive secondary metabolites (PSM), especially steroidal cucurbitacins. Tubers accumulate cucurbitacins, tetrahydrocucurbitacins, bryonioside, and polyphenols such as kaempferol and isovitexin. Through in vitro and simulation studies, this study explores the potential estrogenic and antiestrogenic properties of Bryonia dioica. In silico study was performed by molecular docking simulation to predict the binding affinity of Bryonia PSM in Estrogen Receptor Alpha using Molegro Virtual Docker ver 6.0. The in vitro investigation of a methanolic tuber extract used MCF-7 cells, a breast cancer cell line with estrogen receptor (ER), in a medium with or without estradiol. We also analyzed the effect of the extract on the expression of the estrogen-dependent pS2 gene using real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Molecular docking showed that Cucurbitacin-E exhibited the best binding affinity to the estrogen receptor with binding sites at His 524, Gly 521, Arg 394, Glu 353, and Leu 391. Methanolic extract of Bryonia dioica exhibited cytotoxic activity in MCF-7 cells with IC50 = 185 µg/mL (in medium without E2) and IC50 = 125 µg/mL (in medium with E2). In media with and without estrogen, it can stimulate the expression of the pS2 gene at a concentration of 50 µg/mL, a marker for estrogenic activity. The results suggest that Bryonia dioica contains phytoestrogenic PSM with ER agonistic and cytotoxic activities.

Nowadays, consumption patterns concern consumers since they have negative impacts on environmental sustainability. Marketers have conducted some efforts to create eco-friendly products. This condition has caused research into green marketing to grow significantly. Various studies have been conducted to examine consumers' behavior intentions toward green products. However, the theory applied to explain the phenomenon still has the potential to be developed. Thus, in this study, the researchers examine the consumers' switching intention from conventional cosmetics to green cosmetics, by applying the migration theory and the push-pull-mooring framework. The push factors are explained by the dissatisfaction variable and the low-quality variable. The alternative attractiveness variable explains the pull factor. Meanwhile, the mooring factors are explained by variety-seeking and the unfavorable subjective norm variables. PLS-SEM is used to analyze 198 consumers of conventional cosmetics. The results indicate that the pull factor is the main factor that supports the consumers' switching intention to green cosmetics, and the second is the push factor. Furthermore, the mooring factors are proven to moderate the effect of the pull factor on consumers' switching intention. On the other hand, the mooring factors are not shown to moderate the influence of the push factors on the consumers' switching intention.

Introduction: Exploring the connections between traumatic experiences and subsequent health outcomes is vital for informing clinical practices and public health policies. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between lifetime trauma exposure and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depressive and cardiovascular disease (CVD) symptoms. Methods: A total of 171 patients who received treatment in a local heart centre were included in this study. Several questionnaires such as the Life Event Checklist-5, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist for DSM-5 and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 were used to measure their traumatic experiences and PTSD and depressive symptoms, respectively. Physiological measures were also examined. Data were analysed using SPSS. Results: The chi-square test showed significant differences in the percentage of reported PTSD symptoms among the patients with CVD (24.0%), patients with kidney disease (4.3%) and patients with other health problems (7.1%). The patients with CVD reported having a significantly higher percentage of PTSD and depressive symptoms than the patients with other medical conditions. The patients with CVD who reported having PTSD symptoms had significant systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate changes compared to the patients who did not. The patients who reported PTSD symptoms had a significantly shorter sleep duration than their counterparts. The SBP and diastolic blood pressure differed significantly between the patients with and without PTSD symptoms. Conclusion: Earlier detection, prevention and intervention related to trauma exposure and PTSD symptoms are suggested to reduce the CVD risk.

This paper discusses the improvement of the second-grade students’ learning outcomes at SDN Lakarsantri I/472 Surabaya in Mathematics learning subject on multiplication and division using Doraemon Pocket media. The research method used was classroom action research (CAR) in the form of cycles, which consist of action plans, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data were collected by using instruments in the form of test sheets to measure students’ achievement. The analysis results indicate that there is increasing activity and learning achievement in mathematics about multiplication in class II students at SDN Lakarsantri I/472 Surabaya. It is evidenced by the results of research data processing that indicate increasing students’ activity and learning achievement in cycle 2. In the pre-cycle, students' percentage scores reached 58%. After conducting treatment by applying Doraemon Pocket in cycle 1, it increased to 82%. And in cycle 2, it increased to 92%. Thus, it can be concluded that Doraemon Pocket media can improve the students’ learning achievement in class II on the subject matter of multiplication.

Consumers play an essential role in consuming activities since it can impact environmental preservation. However, previous research stated that the ineffectiveness of green products resulted in consumers choosing to use conventional products. Hence, this study aims to determine the factors that cause consumers to switch from green products to conventional products in cosmetics. The theory applied in explaining the phenomenon is migration theory by using the push-pull-mooring framework. The subjects of this study were 205 green cosmetics consumers who collected the data using questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis, the pull factor and push factor are the most decisive factors that influence the consumers switching intention to conventional cosmetics. Meanwhile, the mooring factor does not moderate the push and pull factors on the customers’ switching intentions to conventional cosmetics.

Advances in the field of technology can be applied or utilized to streamline the production process, making it easier for producers to make a product. The existence of technological changes also affects the output produced by the home industry. Data collected using questionnaires then analyzed. This study aims to identify the role of technology adoption using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) analysis in home industries. This type of research is quantitative approach research with positivistic methods and associative descriptive approaches. The sample in this study was home industry owners totaling 168 people obtained by incidental sampling technique. The results showed that perceived useful, perceived case of use, attitude and intention factors affect actual system use in the form of technology adoption in the home industry.
