Thiamethoxam belongs to the second generation of neonicotinoid insecticides, and case of acute poisoning with thiamethoxam had never reported in China. This paper reviewed a case of oral poisoning with thiamethoxam pesticides, the patient suffered vomiting, generalized convulsions, confusion, and decreased oxygen saturation. After treated with gastric lavage, ventilator support, and the use of propofol, midazolam, sodium phenobarbital, and sodium valproate, the convulsions could not be controlled. Untill treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride and hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration, the patient finally recovered and was discharged from the hospital. We suggest that the main treatments for acute severe thiamethoxam poisoning are decontamination and symptomatic support, pentoxifylline hydrochloride and hemoperfusion combined with hemofiltration may improve the patients' prognosis.噻虫嗪属于第二代新烟碱类杀虫剂，其急性中毒病例国内未见报道。本文回顾1例患者口服噻虫嗪中毒后出现呕吐、全身抽搐、神志不清、氧饱和度下降。经洗胃、呼吸机支持，并使用丙泊酚、咪达唑仑、苯巴比妥钠、丙戊酸钠仍无法控制抽搐。后予盐酸戊乙奎醚和血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗，患者最终康复出院。结合已发表的新烟碱类中毒文献，我们建议急性重度噻虫嗪中毒主要的治疗是洗消和对症支持治疗，盐酸戊乙奎醚和血液灌流联合血液滤过治疗可能改善患者预后。.

Glioma is characterized by high metastasis with poor outcomes. Long non-coding RNA metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) was well-explored in numerous human cancers, including glioma. This study aimed to provide a novel action mechanism of MALAT1 in glioma.The expression of MALAT1, microRNA-384 (miR-384) and Golgi membrane protein 1 (GOLM1) was detected by quantitative Real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). The protein levels of GOLM1, light chain3 (LC3-II/LC3-I), p62, Vimentin and E-cadherin were proved by Western blot. Cell migration and invasion were monitored using the transwell assay. Bioinformatics tool starBase was used to predict target genes and associated binding sites. RNA immunoprecipitation assay (RIP) and dual-luciferase reporter assay were utilized to verify the relationship between miR-384 and MALAT1 or GOLM1. Tumor formation analysis in nude mice was conducted to ascertain the role of MALAT1 in vivo.MALAT1 was highly expressed in glioma tissues and cells. MALAT1 knockdown inhibited autophagy, migration and invasion of glioma cells. MiR-384 was a target of MALAT1, and miR-384 inhibition reversed the effects of MALAT1 knockdown in glioma cells. GOLM1 was a target of miR-384, and miR-384 inhibition eliminated the function of GOLM1 downregulation in glioma cells. In addition, GOLM1 was regulated by MALAT1 through miR-384. Moreover, MALAT1 knockdown blocked tumor growth and development in vivo.MALAT1 knockdown depleted migration and invasion by inhibiting autophagy through MALAT1/miR-384/GOLM1 axis in glioma in vitro and in vivo. The MALAT1/miR-384/GOLM1 axis was first proposed in our report, enriching the action mechanism of MALAT1 in glioma.

Glioma is a primary intracranial tumor with an unfavorable prognosis. Evolving evidence indicates that circular RNA Tau tubulin kinase 2 (circ-TTBK2) is a cancer-associated gene. Therefore, this study was to explore the potential role of circ-TTBK2.Levels of circ-TTBK2, microRNA (miR)-761, and integrin subunit beta 8 (ITGB8) were determined by adopting quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) or Western blot. 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was performed to detect cell viability, and the invaded cells were distinguished utilizing transwell assay. Iron and lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS) assays were implemented to examine the iron (total iron and ferrous iron) and lipid-based ROS in glioma cells, respectively. Besides, dual-luciferase reporter assay was administrated to illustrate the interaction between miR-761 and circ-TTBK2 or ITGB8. The role of circ-TTBK2 was identified via xenograft tumor model.Levels of circ-TTBK2 and ITGB8 were upregulated, whereas miR-761 level was low-expressed in glioma tissues and cells. Circ-TTBK2 was a sponge of miR-761 to modulate ITGB8. Additionally, circ-TTBK2 knockdown or miR-761 increase could retard cell proliferation, invasion, and promote ferroptosis in glioma cells. Interestingly, miR-761 inhibitor could abolish the repressive impact of circ-TTBK2 silencing on cell growth in vitro. Also, the influence of miR-761 mimic on cell phenotypes was regained after ITGB8 upregulation. Meanwhile, circ-TTBK2 deficiency caused the decrease of tumor growth.Circ-TTBK2 regulated cell proliferation, invasion and ferroptosis via targeting ITGB8 by sponging miR-761 in glioma, providing a promising biomarker for the clinical therapy of human glioma.

To investigate the effect of exogenous insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) on the healing of skin ulcers in diabetic rats, male Sprague Dawleys (SD) rats with back skin ulcers were selected and divided into control group, model group and IGF-1 treatment group which received different doses of IGF-1 (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0mg/L). The results showed that the healing speed of the skin ulcers was significantly affected by IGF-1, which reduced the size of wound (P less than 0.05). The expression of MMP-9 was enhanced while the expression of TIMP-1 was decreased in diabetic rats with skin ulcers. The IGF-1 treatment helped to re¬store the normal expression of both MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in diabetic rats with skin ulcers, and diabetic skin ulcers in the 1.5 mg/L IGF-1 group showed the best healing. Histological examination showed that after 20 days, fibroblasts in the IGF-1 experimental group with an appropriate concentration increased and the numbers of fibroblasts and capillaries were significantly higher than those of the other groups. Moreover, there were obvious wound surface contractions and re-epithelialization, and the new epithelium moved to the center of the wound faster. Therefore, it is concluded that an appropriate concentration of IGF-1 can significantly promote the healing of skin ulcers in diabetic rats.

As a magical immortal creature in the game world or internet world, the dragon has a huge volume, excellent flight capabilities, and fire-spraying skills. Exploring the growth of dragons is innovate and legendary significance to the deep exploration of the universe by mankind. The characteristics of dragon growth and its influence caused by the environment were studied, the factors causing energy change in dragons were fully analysed, several differential-equation models were established to solve the changes of energy in dragons, and the influence of their environment on dragons. By studying the question of whether three dragons can coexist, we find that the habitat and range of one of them will change due to the different relationships between the other two dragons, so we established a two-layer system to solve the reciprocal competitive relationship between two dragons and established a chaotic continuous model of three dragons.These conclusions can also be used to evaluate the use of some easily dissipated device materials, calculate the life span and optimal service life of some materials, solve problems governed by system models with interactive effects therein.

Predictions made in Albacete {\it et al} prior to the LHC $p+$Pb run at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 5$ TeV are compared to currently available data. Some predictions shown here have been updated by including the same experimental cuts as the data. Dispersal is a key component of a species’ life history, by influencing population persistence, genetic structure, adaptation and maintenance of genetic diversity. The Asiatic toad (Bufo gargarizans) is a widespread species in east Asia. However, we still have no knowledge of what kind of geographical scale equates to genetic differentiation within B. gargarizans. In this study, the population genetics of B. gargarizans was studied at five localities, with the Yangtze River running through the sampling area, in order to detect the level of genetic differentiation and the natural barriers to the species’ dispersal on a small geographic scale, by means of the development and use of novel microsatellite loci. These markers revealed a relatively high level of genetic diversity. Distinct genetic structure among populations in B. gargarizans was observed, as described by genetic distance, AMOVA, PCA and Geneland results. A weak but significant positive correlation between genetic distance and geographical distance. The combination of these findings suggests that the Yangtze River and geographic distance may act as effective barriers for B. gargarizans. These results serve as benchmark data for understanding the impacts of dispersal barriers and continued landscape research on B. gargarizans.

Amorphous Fe-Si-B alloys with low silicon content are prepared by rapidly quenching. The experimental results for composition change during preparation, crystallization temperatures, heats of crystallization and activation energies for crystallization are presented. The correlations between crystallization temperature and heats of formation, electron concentration, microhardness and Curie temperature show that there exists a linear dependence of crystallization temperature on these properties. Based on the thermal analysis data and some thermodynamic data for the constituent elements of the alloy, the Gibbs free energy of crystallization and the critical work for the formation of a nucleus are calculated. The crystallization temperature, activation energy and critical work decrease with increasing iron content, so the thermal stability is enhanced with increasing metalloid content.

Carboxyl group containing hydrazine-modified polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibre was prepared by a modified method of T. Miyamatsu and N. Oguchi. The first investigation of this modified ion exchange fibre (IEF) revealed that the maximum capacities of the modified PAN fibre for the heavy metal ions Cu 2+ , Cd 2+ , Zn 2+ , Co 2+ , Pb 2+ , Cr 3+ , Ni 2+ and Hg 2+ were 1.33, 1.30, 1.03, 1.02, 0.98, 0.96, 0.95 and 0.63 mmol/g (dry weight), respectively. According to the distribution coefficients the order of decreasing selectivity of the cation exchanger for the various metal ions was Cu 2+ > Zn 2+ > Cr 3+ > Hg 2+ > Cd 2+ > Pb 2+ > Ni 2+ > Co 2+ . The product could be reused after regeneration with diluted nitric acid. The high exchange capacity for copper, which offers possibilities for the application of the material for industrial purposes, was examined in additional experiments.

Amidoxime-containing modified starch was prepared by reaction of acrylonitrile with crosslinked starch, catalyzed by ceric ions, and subsequent derivatization with free hydroxylamine in methanol. First investigations of this new cation exchange material revealed that the maximum capacities of the modified starch for the heavy metal ions Cu2+, Hg2+, Pb2+ and Zn2+ were 1.86, 0.59, 0.52 and 0.37 mmol g−1 (dry weight), respectively. At pH 5, the order of decreasing selectivity of the cation exchanger for the various metal ions was: Hg2+ > Cu2+ > Pb2+ > Zn2+ > Ni2+ > Cr3+. The product could be reused after regeneration with diluted hydrochloric acid. The high exchange capacity for copper, which offers possibilities for applications of the material for industrial purposes, were examined in detail.

Laser Raman spectroscopy was used to detect the nature of the structural change in lysozyme sensitized by hypocrellin A (HA) at the molecular level. The results indicated that the orderly structure of lysozyme has been damaged by the active oxygen (1O2, O2−·and.OH, etc.) generated by HA, and cause the changes in H-bonds system of the main chain and the side chain of lysozyme.

OBJECTIVE:The test is an analogue of the conditions that cast post and core can be made with different angles to get the core incline lingually or facially in clinic, so that the arrangement of the anterior teeth may be improved.METHODS:Analyse the stress distribution and concentration in the dentin of posts and cores with different angles by Ansys three dimensional finite element stress analysis method.RESULTS:The stress in root was positively related to the angles between the load and the axis of the tooth, the stress distributoin in dentin was related to the direction of the core but not related to the angles. The closer the distance from the load to cemento enamel junction,the greater the effect of the load on the stress in dentin.CONCLUSION:When the cast post and core with angle was used to rectify the facially malpositional maxillary anterior teeth, the core should not be inclined lingually excessively. It is important to assure the thickness of the facial and lingual canal wall during tooth preparing and to adjust the occlusion so that the root fracture can be avoided.

In this study,ceramic inlays made by CAD/CAM system were used to restore posterior tooth defects.After three years of clinical observation on 21 prostheses no secondary caries was found and patients satisfied with their restoration on aspects of color match and resistance to wear etc.Five cases of inlay fracture and of obvious space between inlay margin and Cavowall were found.The main reason was the insufficient thickness of the inlays meanwhile the selection of bonding agent was not appropriate.The clinical successful rate is 76.20%.As CAD/CAM is a sophisticated technique induced into prosthodontic area just in 1980's,it has still some deficiency to be improved and perfected.

The effect of the length of implants on stress distribution is one of the important subjects in implantology.In this study,Three dimensional finite element methods model was constructed by dental CT images,The purpose of this study was to evaluate the stress distribution in bone adjacent to an implant after application of loading in horizontal,oblique and vertical direction.It was show that the highest stress occured at the cervical bone margin adjacent to the implant only 10% decrease in inverse two times increase in implant length,and correlated little to the implant length,therefore,it was unnecessary to emphasize the length of the implants in clinic.

The preparation of teeth for fixed prosthetic restoration needs the temporary restoration for various reasons.Once the enamel has been removed,a vital tooth of the sensitive dentin is exposed to the oral environment. If left unprotected teeth,the patient would experience a significant amount of sensitivity to the various stimulations to which the tooth is exposed.In addition,exposed dentin is much more susceptible to caries than enamel is.The prepared tooth is also lacking contact mesiodistall as well as occlusally with its counterparts in the dentition.It is not uncommon for the prepared tooth to drift mesially or distally or to extrued in an occlusal direction.This movement would,of course,cause problems in seating the final restoration.Temporization also allows for the testing of both the esthetic and functional design of the final restoration.The paper showed some fabrication methods for temporary crown and bridge and discussed the effect on the temporary crown and bridge and its needs for design.

Six geometric isomers of 2 (3,7,13-trimethyl-10-isopropyl-2,4,6,8,10-tetradecapentaenal) have been isolated and characterized. Of these, four (equivalent to 9- cis , 11- cis , 5,9- dicis , and 5,11- dicis of retinoids) were found to form stable visual pigment analogs. So were four isomers (equivalent to 7- cis , 9- cis , 11- cis , and 9,13- dicis ) of 3 (3,7,11-trimethyl-10-isopropyl-2,4,6,8,10-dodecapentaenal). These analogs suggest that the hydrophobic pocket is more flexible than what was recognized earlier, perhaps capable of accepting analogs with 6- S-trans as well as a 6- S-cis conformers. The presence of bacteriorhodopsin analogs from isomers of 2 was also reported.
