Purpose: This article focuses on rarely explored organizational practice of teaching research in China's private tutoring industry. Taking a large private tutoring institution as an example, the article examines how private tutoring institutions understand and engage in educational explorations of standardization and informatization processes. Design/Approach/Methods: The article is based on a case study of one of the biggest tutoring companies in China. The study started with document analysis of the institutional history, supplemented by interviews with personnel who have worked in the institution since it was founded. Next, the researchers collected empirical data using mixed methods. Quantitative data were obtained from the user database owned by the institution. Qualitative data were collected directly by the researchers through interviews and participant observation. Both qualitative and quantitative data were analyzed from multiple perspectives. Findings: Teaching research in private tutoring institutions commonly differs from that in public schooling. In this particular case, it is technology-driven, student-tailored, and process-standardized. Utilized well, it can supplement the mainstream public education system and promote education innovation and equity throughout the country. Originality/Value: It is hoped that this article could give some insights into the possibility of the cooperation between formal schools and tutoring institutions in the areas of teaching research and other in-class and off-campus activities. The article can also draw public attention to the necessity and benefits of adopting technical methods in the teaching process.

Given the limited specificity and accuracy observed in the current official colorimetric quantification of polysaccharide in Lycium barbarum, our study aims to establish a novel, specific, accurate, and economic pre‐column derivatization ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) method for determining the monosaccharide and polysaccharide content in L. barbarum. The optimization of extraction, hydrolysis, and derivatization (using 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐5‐pyrazolone) processes for polysaccharide from L. barbarum was conducted initially, followed by separation of nine monosaccharides within 20 min using UHPLC with a C18 column. Subsequently, a novel method known as quantitative analysis of multiple components by single marker was developed, utilizing either additive 2‐deoxy‐D‐ribose or any monosaccharide present in the sample as a single reference standard to simultaneously detect the contents of polysaccharide and nine monosaccharides in L. barbarum. To validate the accuracy of the established method, the quantitative results of our approach were compared to both external and internal standard method methods. The minimal relative errors in the quantitative determination of monosaccharides among the three methods confirmed the dependability of the method. By analyzing 20 batches of L. barbarum samples, D‐galacturonic acid exhibited the highest content and the polysaccharide levels ranged from 3.02 to 13.04 mg/g. Objective: To investigate the expression of eight subunits of chaperonin containing t-complex 1 (CCT) in thyroid cancer (TC) tissues and their correlation with TC staging, patient prognosis, immune cell infiltration, immune checkpoint expression, and chemotherapy drug sensitivity. Methods: Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database were used to analyze the expression of each CCT subunit in TC tissues and para-cancerous tissues as well as their relationship with the prognosis of TC patients. The biological function of each CCT subunit was analyzed by the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). Data from the TCGA and TIMER2.0 databases were used to analyze the correlations between the expression of each CCT subunit and the tumor microenvironment, infiltration of immune cells, chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity, and immune checkpoint expression. Results: Database analysis showed high mRNA expression of CCT3, CCT7, and CCT8 and low mRNA expression of CCT1, CCT2, CCT5, and CCT6B in TC tissues (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). CCT3, CCT6B, and CCT8 mRNA expression were correlated with T staging (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01); CCT6B mRNA expression was associated with lymph node metastasis (P < 0.01); CCT5 mRNA expression was associated with distant metastasis (P < 0.05); and CCT6B may serve as an independent prognostic biomarker for overall survival (OS) in TC patients. CCT subunit expression was primarily enriched in signaling pathways such as graft rejection, complement, and interferongamma.Low expression groups of CCT subunits demonstrated significantly higher TC stromal score, immune infiltration score and composite score than the high expression groups (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 or P < 0.001), displaying a negative correlation between the expression of each CCT subunit and TC stromal, immune infiltration and composite scores (all P < 0.01). The mRNA expression of each CCT subunit was positively correlated with CD8+ T cell and macrophage infiltration (all P < 0.05), the mRNA expression of most CCT subunits (except CCT6B and CCT7) was positively correlated with neutrophil infiltration (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 or P < 0.001), whereas the mRNA expression of CCT3, 4, 7, and 8 was negatively correlated with CD4+ T-cell infiltration (all P < 0.05). Compared to the low-expression group, patients with high mRNA expression of most CCT subunit had significantly higher IC50 for chemotherapeutic agents such as sorafenib, levatinib, darafenib, trametinib, vandetanib, and cabozantinib (all P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). CCT subunit expression in TC tissues was significantly correlated with the expression of PD-1, PD-L1, PD-L2, CTLA4, CD80, and CD86 (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01 or P < 0.001). Conclusion: CCT complexes may promote TC development by affecting the tumor microenvironment thus impacting patient prognosis, potentially serving as a target for the diagnosis and immunotherapy of refractory TC. This integration effectively solves the problem of increasing the size and weight of aviation communication equipment while also improving the efficiency and security of data communication. The study demonstrates that the implementation of this fusion communication system can lead to the development of more efficient and intelligent avionics equipment in the future, thereby offering robust technical support for flight safety. To investigate the fabric performance of tight tops and the influence of clothing pressure on the relative slip between clothing and the human body, a simulation model based on finite element analysis is proposed. This model simulates the relative slip distance under dynamic conditions. Initially, a three-dimensional model for numerical simulation was established through reverse engineering. Subsequently, material properties and boundary conditions were defined. Finally, the model was analyzed using ANSYS Workbench, and the obtained results were compared with the stretch ratio of the skin on the human back. The results indicate that, under constant conditions, the Young's modulus of the fabric has a greater influence on the slip and shows a significant positive correlation, with correlation coefficients (R) all exceeding 0.99. The impact of clothing pressure on sliding is relatively small, and the sliding distance decreases with an increase in clothing pressure. In addition, it has been demonstrated that there is a significant correlation (p < 0.05) between the relative sliding distance of clothing and the stretch ratio of the skin. The study could provide a helpful guideline for the design of smart clothing, and it can provide valuable insights for various applications, such as sportswear and medical apparel.
