Professional development can be achieved independently by reading books, scientific journals and other literature. But professional development with participation in international trainings, courses and seminars, the authors consider as the most valuable. This report reviews the problems and opportunities for professional development of physical education and sports professionals internationally. The aim is to present the opportunities for increasing the qualification of the sports pedagogical and academic staff, through participation in a qualification course with a foreign lecturer. Methods: Theoretical analysis of a course conducted to increase the qualification of the pedagogical staff. Results: The conducted international course was successful for the participating course participants from the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the Bulgarian lecturer. Similarities were found on the methodological side of the sports training of school teams and. Differences related to the management of the organization for participation in the competition process were found. Conclusion: Physical education and sports teachers work in isolation compared to teachers from other faculties. For them, international programs are unavailable or very limited. Legislation and university regulations need to find a way to work together more effectively to support university teachers who train physical education and sport teachers.

Various scientific studies, interpretations, analyses, and comparisons have revealed a strong link in the origin of Kazakh mythology in contemporary Kazakh society. The main problem in this lies in the fact that existing research on mythology has always centered in fields of literature, philosophy, religion and culture, and history. Previous scholars have always overlooked the study of mythology in the field of art. It’s for this reason, that this research article centered on the mythology in the art of painting education and especially pictorial analysis of Kazakh mythology. In the article, the definition and history of Kazakh mythology are given and the studies of the researchers on mythology are mentioned. The painting educations made within the scope of the research article are inspired by the myth of "Er Tostik". The research conducted within the scope of a creative and scientific analysis shows that the works related to the formation of Kazakh mythology have an important place in the history of Kazakh painting education. Besides, important subjects of Kazakh mythology in Kazakh art history were determined and how they affected the works of the painters were examined and interpreted comparatively. 9. Development of Innovative Activities of Future Design Specialists Based on Student-Centred Learning.

The study explored the association between student-centred teachings and innovative skill development in art design students. Furthermore, the role of students' engagement and students' performance was assessed using a student-centred approach and students' innovative skills. Furthermore, the importance of the student-centred approach among art and design students in the sixth, seventh, and eighth semesters was assessed. In total, 365 students were included in the study: 115 from the sixth semester, 120 from the seventh semester, and 130 from the eighth semester from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Institute of Arts, Culture, and Sports. The data collection was performed at three different periods using a time-lag approach. Furthermore, it was found that students' creative skills are positively associated with student-centred teaching methodologies. Whereas students' level of engagement is directly linked with the student-centred approach, and students' engagement is directly associated with students' innovative skills. Similarly, students' performance is positively associated with the student-centred approach and innovative skills. The study highlighted the importance of student-centred teaching methodologies in developing students' performance and engagement. Lastly, students' innovative skills in art and design can be developed using a research model by focusing on the teaching methodologies, students' engagement, and the need for innovative skills for future design specialists. Tez çalışması kapsamında yapılan araştırmalar Kazak resim sanatı tarihinde Kazak mitolojisinin oluşumuyla ilgili eserlerin önemli bir yere sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu konuda yapılan çeşitli araştırmalar, bilimsel çalışmalar, yorumlar ile tahliller ve karşılaştırmalar Kazak mitolojisinin başlangıcından bugüne kadarki Kazak mitlerinin birbiriyle sıkı bağlantılı olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Mitoloji ile ilgili araştırmalar başta tarih olmak üzere edebiyat, felsefe, din ve kültür gibi alanlarda da yapılmış ve Kazak mitolojisini zenginleştirecek olan materyaller elde edilmiştir. Sanat alanında ise mitoloji ile ilgili incelemeler ve çalışmalar yeterli değildir. Özellikle resim sanatı bu konuda zayıftır. Bundan dolayı resim sanatındaki mitoloji ile ilgili çalışmaların tespit edilmesi, incelenmesi ve özellikle Kazak mitolojisinin resimsel çözümlemesinin yapılması için böyle bir tez konusu seçilmiştir. Tez çalışmasında, Kazak mitolojisinin tanımı ile tarihine yer verilmiş ve araştırmacıların mitolojiyle ilgili çalışmalarından bahsedilmiştir. Yapılan incelemeler neticesinde mitoloji ve sanat ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bununla birlikte Kazak sanat tarihindeki Kazak mitolojisinin önemli konuları tespit edilmiş ve onların ressamların çalışmalarını ne şekilde etkilediği incelenerek karşılaştırmalı bir biçimde yorumlanmıştır. Kazak resim sanatının tarihî oluşumunun ilk dönemlerindeki ile günümüzdeki çağdaş ressamların `Kazak Mitolojisi` kavramı çerçevesinde yapmış oldukları çalışmalar tahlil edilmiştir. Yapılan çeşitli araştırmalar neticesinde Kazak mitolojisinin başka milletlerin mitolojisine nazaran daha evrensel olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Kazakların dünya görüşü ile mitolojisini tamamıyla anlatan `Er Töstik` mitindeki olay örgüsüne göre resimsel çözümlemeler yapılmıştır. `Er Töstik` miti eski ve yeni geleneği birbiriyle bağdaştıran Kazak mitolojisinin en önemli mitlerinden biridir. Kazak mitolojisinin atası sayılan `Er Töstik` mitinin resimsel çözümlemesini yapmak için ağaç baskı tekniğine başvurulmuştur. Tez kapsamında yapılan resimler `Er Tostik` mitinden esinlenerek, insanların ve kendi hayatımda yaşadığım olayların hem biçimsel bir formda hem de kompozisyon yapısı, renk, görsel, imge açısından nasıl etkilenildiği üzerinde durulmuştur. The main problem in this lies in the fact that existing research on mythology has always centered in fields of literature, philosophy, religion and culture, and history. Previous scholars have ways overlooked the study of mythology in the field of art. In this regard research on painting is particularly weak and undermine. It's for this reason, that this research a thesis centered on the mythology in the art of painting and especially pictorial analysis of Kazakh mythology.In thesis includes the definition and history of Kazakh mythology alongside existing studies on the subject. The outcome of the analysis emphasized on the relationship between mythology and art. In addition, aspects of Kazakh mythology were determined and how their effect on the works of painters was examined and interpreted in a comparative manner. Also, within the within the framework of the concept of `Kazakh Mythology`, an analysis was alos made on the works done by contemporary painters in the early period of the historical formation of Kazakh painting art. As a result of various studies carried out, it has been revealed that Kazakh mythology is more universal than the mythology of other nations. Wood printing technique was used to establish a pictorial analysis of the myth of `Er Tostik`, who is considered as the ancestor of Kazakh mythology. The pictorial analyzes made according to the plot in the myth of `Er Tostik`, fully describes the Kazakh worldview and mythology. The `Er Tostik` myth is one of the most important myths of Kazakh mythology, it reconciles old and new traditions. Wood printing technique was used to make a pictorial analysis of the myth of `Er Tostik`, which is considered the ancestor of Kazakh mythology. The paintings made within the scope of the thesis are inspired by the myth of `Er Tostik` and how they affect people and the events in my own life both in a formal form and in terms of composition, color, visual and image.Keywords: Kazakh mythology, Kazakh painters, Er Tostik, art, painting, woodcut technique. 221
