Complete blood count, requires to prick the human body and withdraw blood sample to be feed to one of the different counting methods like, manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic. The quantity of blood collected to count these parameters is approximately 2 milliliters, out of which only 0.27microlitre is used (required for Machine) to count the number of cells in the blood. Hence, the remaining blood sample becomes biological medical waste. Besides this, in many bloods related diseases, anemia and other medical conditions, the patient's blood sample is collected frequently. Hence, the patient has to face frequently this trauma of pricking his skin as well as vessels, emotional, psychological and neurological too. The entire process lead to the huge biomedical waste burden for environment concern. In this paper we represent up gradation with the help of a new device based in vivo for vitro.
