The aim of this study is to obtain the opinions of prospective teachers in order to create the development of the value relationship between the healthy lifestyle and the value of future primary school teachers based on health technology. This research was created in accordance with the qualitative research method. The study group of the research consists of 25 teacher candidates studying in primary school teaching departments in various universities in Kazakhstan. The data collection tool for the research is the semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, future primary school teachers stated that they had a healthy lifestyle, balanced and healthy nutrition, regular exercise, avoided harmful habits like alcohol and smoking, avoided stress, protected mental and emotional health and acquired regular sleep habits. They stated that technological devices are used in the field of health, health technology shortens the healing process, facilitates health practices, saves time, requires professional application and use and increases awareness. Moreover, the majority of future primary school teachers stated that they strongly support the development of the value relationship with a healthy lifestyle based on health technology. To present the results of a research study evaluating the diagnostic accuracy of the ankle-brachial pressure index (ABPI) compared with that of Doppler arterial waveforms (DAWs) to detect peripheral arterial disease (PAD).This continuing education activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses with an interest in skin and wound care.After completing this continuing education activity, the participant will:1. Summarize the evidence the authors considered when comparing the diagnostic accuracy of the ABPI with that of Doppler arterial waveforms to detect PAD.2. Select the characteristics of the participants in the studies the authors analyzed.3. Identify the results of the authors' study comparing the diagnostic accuracy of the ABPI with that of Doppler arterial waveforms to detect PAD.4. Distinguish the authors' conclusions about the advantages of using Doppler arterial waveforms to detect PAD.Although the ankle-brachial pressure index (ABPI) is a useful tool for the noninvasive assessment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD), it has several limitations necessitating alternative noninvasive diagnostic tools. This study assesses the diagnostic accuracy of ABPI compared with Doppler arterial waveforms (DAWs) to detect PAD. The authors searched Embase and MEDLINE for original studies that reported sensitivities and specificities for both the ABPI and DAW. Four studies were included representing 657 patients (58.8% men) with a mean age of 63.4 years. The authors detected overall higher sensitivities using DAW compared with ABPI but higher specificities with ABPI compared with DAW. In conclusion, because of the higher sensitivity and lower specificity of DAW compared with ABPI, the authors recommend DAW as a potential screening tool for PAD. To confirm these results, larger sample sizes and comparative trials with homogeneous reference standards and patient populations are required. In addition, DAW is not easily documented for everyday bedside practice in the community. With COVID-19 restrictions, an audible handheld Doppler signal may act as a reproducible equivalent to DAW and thus facilitate timely, safe application of compression therapy at point-of-care.

Seperti yang kita ketahui modernisme adalah suatu fenomena global yang dapat dijumpai dalam berbagai masyarakat yang menganut “agama-agama dunia” seperti yahudi, hindu, kristen dan islam. Dalam hubungannya dengan islam, fenomena tersebut telah banyak diperbincangkan oleh media masa, masyarakat luas dan juga kalangan intelektual. Pada umunya, kelompok intelektual memandang persoalan tersebut sebagai suatu fenomena keagamaan, sosial, budaya dan polotik. Berbagai metode analisis telah dilakukan untuk memahaminya. Antara lain dengan menghubungkan modernisme dan fundamentalisme dengan pemikiran keagamaan, gagasan sosial dan polotik yang ada dalam masyarakat muslim.Modernisme bukanlah istilah yang berasal dari kata dalam bahasa masyarakat muslim. Istilah tersebut dimunculkan oleh kalangan akademisi barat dalam konteks sejarah keagamaan dalam masyarakat mereka sendiri. Pada awalnya, modernisme diartikan sebagai aliran keagamaan yang melakukan penafsiran terhadap doktrin agama kristen untuk menyesuaikannya dengan perkembangan pemikiran modern.

Mordenisasi dapat dapat pula berarti perubahan dari masayarakat tradisonal menuju yang modern. Jadi, modernisasi merupakan suatu proses perubahan ketika masyarakay yang sedang memperbaharui dirinya berusaha mendapatkan ciri-ciri atau karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat modern. Globalisasi adalah suatu proses dimana antar individu, antar kelompok, dan antar negara saling berinteraksi, bergantung, terkait, dan memengaruhi satu sama lain yang melintasi batas negara dalam banyak hal, globalisasi mempunyai banyak karakteristik yang sama dengan internasionalisasi sehingga kedua istilah ini sering dipertukarkan.

Seperti kita ketahui Pada dasarnya semua bangsa dan masyarakat di dunia ini senantiasa terlibat dalam proses modernisasi, meskipun kecepatan dan arah perubahannya berbeda-beda antara masyarakat yang satu dengan masyarakat yang lain. Proses modernisasi itu sangat luas, hampirhampir tidak bisa dibatasi ruang lingkup dan masalahnya, mulai dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, budaya, politik, dan seterusnya. Dan Globalisasi setiap masyarakat manusia selama hidup pasti mengalami perubahan-perubahan. Perubahan mana dapat berubah perubahan yang tidak menarik dalam arti kurang mencolok.

Seperti yang kita ketahui, Modernisme merupakan konsep yang berhubungan dengan hubungan manusia dengan lingkungan sekitarnya pada zaman modern. Konsep modernisme ini meliputi banyak bidang ilmu dan setiap bidang ilmu tersebut memiliki perdebatan mengenai apa itu modernisme.M odernisme juga merupakan fenomena global yang dapat dijumpai dalam berbagai masyarakat yang menganut “agama-agama dunia” seperti Yahudi, Hindu, Kristen dan Islam. Dalam hubungannya dengan Islam, fenomena tersebut telah banyak diperbincangkan oleh media massa, masyarakat luas dan juga kalangan intelektual.
