To investigate the impact of different packaging methods on the storage quality of rape under intermittent temperature variation, 'Shanghai Green' rape was used as the test material. Three treatments were applied using PE food packaging bags: sealed packaging, open packaging, and no packaging. This experiment preliminarily simulated the day and night temperature conditions in the compartments during transportation in northern China. The samples were placed at 20~25 °C for 12 h and 8~14 °C for 12 h every day to analyze the changes in gas composition and physiological indicators inside the packaging bags. The results indicated that during storage, the rot rate of rape in the sealed PE packaging bag group increased fastest, and reached 24.1% on the 7th day of storage, losing commercial value. The rape in no packaging group showed severe wilting and yellowing, with a yellowing rate of up to 36.88% after 7 days of storage. In contrast, the open packaging group exhibited intermediate results among the three groups, on the 7th day of storage, the yellowing rate, weight loss rate, root hardness, brightness (L* value), and chlorophyll content of the rape in this group were 25.36%, 24.59%, 1 kg/cm², 49.87, and 0.89 mg/g, respectively, with the best comprehensive effect. Transportation is one of the important fields of carbon emission. Promoting the Carbon Peak in transportation industry is a key point to accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation and promote the high-quality development of the transportation industry. The transportation sector covers a wide range of fields, and there are many coordination departments. The local transportation authorities still lack a strong grasp in carrying out the Carbon Peak work. It is urgent to further improve the Carbon Peak system and mechanism in the transportation sector. This paper refines the current situation and characteristics of carbon emission in the transportation field of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, summarizes the progress of Carbon Peak in the transportation field, analyzes the constraints of the system and mechanism of Carbon Peak in the transportation field, and puts forward suggestions to further improve the system and mechanism of carbon emission reduction in the transportation field of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

A pH‐sensitive indicator film based on CO2 change was prepared by mixing a water‐soluble indicator (bromocresol green and chlorophenol red sodium) with a film‐forming carrier (methyl cellulose (MC), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and glycerin). The innovation is not only to analyse the response characteristics of the colorimetric indicator to CO2, but also to optimise the preparation parameters of the film. The response experiment showed that CO2 dissolved rapidly in water and the pH value remained unchanged after reaching equilibrium, with a one‐to‐one relationship between pH and CO2 concentration. As the CO2 concentration rose from 18% to 20%, the colour of the indicator film changed from blue–purple to yellow–green in a different colour space, allowing the change to be easily distinguished by the naked eye. The optimum parameters (13 g‧L−1 MC, 5 g‧L−1 PVA, 10 g‧L−1 glycerin, 15 ml‧L−1 indicator and a casting amount of 0.2 ml‧cm−2) for preparing the intelligent film were optimised based on puncture strength (PS), water vapour permeability (WVP), water solubility (WS), casting time (CT) and colour performance. Evaluating this application using garlic scapes stored at 15°C revealed that the total colour difference was 34.23 as the CO2 concentration increased from 18.7% to 20.4%, and the colour of the indicator film changed from blue–purple to yellow–green. Therefore, the intelligent packaging film was able to effectively provide a warning when garlic scapes were exposed to damage from a short‐term high CO2 level. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

miRNAs were reported as oncogene or tumour suppressors in various cancers and played important roles in tumour development and progression. Dysregulated miR-133 has been reported in several cancers, however, the expression and biological function of miR-133 in glioma remained unclear. In this study, we found that miR-133 expression level was significantly decreased in glioma tissues and cell lines by RT-qPCR. Then miR-133 mimics were used to evaluate the effects of miR-133 on cell proliferation and invasionin vitro. We found that overexpressed miR-133 could significantly suppress cell growth, and invasion in U87 cells. Additionally, we found that forkhead box C1 (FOXC1) was overexpressed in glioma tissue and it was directly regulated by miR-133. Overall, this study is the first proof to demonstrate that miR-133 function as tumour suppressor in glioma and inhibit cell proliferation and invasioned by directly targeting FOXC1, implying miR-133 as a potential therapeutic target for glioma.
