Purpose By comparing the short-term clinical outcome of robotic gastrectomy versus laparoscopic gastrectomy in D2 radical gastrectomy for locally advanced gastric cancer, we explored whether robotic surgery has advantages in suprapancreatic lymph node dissection and examined its effect on the pancreas. Methods We collected the clinical data of 210 consecutive patients with locally advanced gastric cancer who had undergone radical gastrectomy at our center between September 2017 and June 2018. Two groups of patients were analysed: the robotic group (n = 95) and the laparoscopic group (n = 115). Operative outcomes and postoperative complications as well as pathological data were statistically analysed. Results In cases of total radical gastrectomy, the robotic group was associated with lower intraoperative blood loss compared with the laparoscopic group (108.17±92.33 VS 142.00±80.23) mL (P=0.045). Among overweight patients with BMI>25, the robotic group still showed lower intraoperative blood loss in comparison with the laparoscopic group (126.60±80.80 VS 149.11±93.23) mL (P=0.041). In cases of distal subtotal radical gastrectomy, the number of harvested No.9 lymph nodes, No.11P lymph nodes, station 2 lymph nodes and suprapancreatic lymph nodes was higher in the robotic group as compared with the laparoscopic group (p =0.043,0.034, 0.01,0.01). In cases of total radical gastrectomy, the robotic group revealed more harvested NO.8a lymph nodes, station 2 lymph nodes and suprapancreatic lymph nodes than that in the laparoscopic group（P =0.026，0.043,0.03）. Whether or not the patients were overweight, the robotic group was associated with more harvested lymph nodes（P=0.001，0.036）.The robotic group was associated with lower drainage fluid amylase levels on postoperative day 1 and lower blood amylase on postoperative day 2 and day 3 when compared with the laparoscopic group （P=0.043，0.014，0.001）. The robotic group reported 5 cases（5.3%）of biochemical leak compared with 16 cases（13.9%） in the laparoscopic group（P=0.038). Among patients with BMI＜25(kg/m2), the robotic group showed lower levels of blood amylase on postoperative day 3. Among patients with BMI≥25(kg/m2), the robotic group showed lower ascitic fluid amylase level on postoperative day 1, lower blood amylase level on postoperative day 2 and less intraabdominal drainage liquid（P=0.043，0.008，0.043）on postoperative day 1.Conclusion In cases of D2 radical gastrectomy for locally advanced gastric cancer, the robotic group was associated with less blood loss and more harvested perigastric lymph nodes in the suprapancreatic area as well as less pancreatic injury compared with the laparoscopic group. Among overweight patients, the robotic group showed advantages as well.

Bacillus cereus (B. cereus) is widespread in nature and considered an important foodborne pathogen, which can lead to emetic syndrome and diarrheal illness. Therefore, appropriate detection methods are needed to effectively monitor this pathogenic bacterium. Competitive annealing mediated isothermal amplification (CAMP) is a novel nucleic-acid-based detection technology that amplifies DNA with high sensitivity and specificity under isothermal conditions. The aim of this study was to develop a real-time CAMP assay for the rapid and simple detection of B. cereus in milk. In this system, a pair of primers was designed to specifically target the entFM gene of B. cereus. Compared with the conventional PCR method, the CAMP assay has higher sensitivity, the same specificity and shorter detection time. The detection limits of the CAMP assay for pure bacterial cultures and artificially contaminated milk samples were all 59 CFU mL−1. And this detection method showed a wide linear range (from 5.9 × 105 to 59 CFU mL−1) and satisfactory recovery values (from 75.76% to 106.78%). These results indicate that the developed CAMP assay is a potentially useful method for the detection of B. cereus in milk.

A new depsidone derivative (1), aspergillusidone G, was isolated from a marine fungus Aspergillus unguis, together with eight known depsidones (2‒9) and a cyclic peptide (10): agonodepside A (2), nornidulin (3), nidulin (4), aspergillusidone F (5), unguinol (6), aspergillusidone C (7), 2-chlorounguinol (8), aspergillusidone A (9), and unguisin A (10). Compounds 1‒4 and 7‒9 were obtained from the plasma induced mutant of this fungus, while 5, 6, and 10 were isolated from the original strain under chemical induction. Their structures were identified using spectroscopic analysis, as well as by comparison with literature data. The HPLC fingerprint analysis indicates that chemical induction and plasma mutagenesis effectively influenced the secondary metabolism, which may be due to their regulation in the key steps in depsidone biosynthesis. In bioassays, compound 9 inhibited acetylcholinesterase (AChE) with IC50 in 56.75 &mu, M. Compounds 1, 5, 7, 8, and 9 showed moderate to strong activity towards different microbes. Compounds 3, 4, and 5 exhibited potent larvicidality against brine shrimp. In docking studies, higher negative CDOCKER interaction energy and richer strong interactions between AChE and 9 explained the greater activity of 9 compared to 1. Chemical induction and plasma mutagenesis can be used as tools to expand the chemodiversity of fungi and obtain useful natural products.

Aiming at the practical engineering problems, when the multi-objective problem known a few of the optimization solutions, often need to be in a region search the relatively dense Pareto solution set for problems. This paper puts forward a multi-objective genetic algorithm based on the nearest neighbor method, the optimal solution of the known information added to the initial sample space, use the nearest neighbor method to identify individual belongs evolution Pareto dominant set, guide evolution direction. Simulation results show that the algorithm in the particular area showed very good local search ability, and can search for a scattered distribution of Pareto optimal solution subset.

UM-BUS aims to provide a consistent quality of service for high-reliability applications. It provides serial, high-speed, half-duplex, bi-directional data links which connect together enabled equipments directly. With N(≤ 32) concurrent lanes, which construct a mutual redundant structure, the maximum communication rate is 3.2Gbps. The UM-BUS can reconfigure its lanes automatically when fault is detected, in that way the reliability of the system and real-time capability can be significantly improved. The Data Link Layer of UM-BUS is responsible for the automatic reconfiguration of the packet, based on the number of the health physical lanes. If any lane fails, the whole packets can be automatically redistributed to the Physical Layer to be retransmitted through the health lanes and the communication process can be resumed.

The influence of cooling process on microstructure, second phase precipitation and mechanical property of Nb-Ti Micro-alloyed Low-Carbon Bainitic Steel has been examined by metalloscope and TEM.The results lustrate that accelerated cooling after air-cooling (relaxation) to a certain temperature could obtain ferrite / bainite dual phase structure. The reduction of relaxation stop temperature results in increases of the volume of ferrite phase and grain size,and second phase size has trendy of grow up, the shape of bainite has change,while the bainite lath boundaries and the orientation become less obvious, dislocation density decreases, and the shape of M/A island changes, which leads to lower strength but improve yield ratio and ductility.
