Aiming at the problems and shortcomings of genetic algorithm, a hybrid genetic algorithm based on chaos genetic algorithm is designed in this paper. Based on the actual situation of universities, a mathematical model of timetabling problem is proposed. In view of the deficiency of genetic algorithm, chaos is introduced into the genetic algorithm by using the inherent regularity of chaotic sequence, effectively guiding crossover and mutation operation, and avoiding the defect that standard genetic algorithm is easy to fall into local minimum. The simulation of the course scheduling problem under the same conditions is conducted at the end of the paper, with the standard genetic algorithm and hybrid genetic algorithm. By comparing the calculation results, the results proved that the hybrid genetic algorithm is fully applicable to the scheduling problem, and has a high efficiency. At last, it can be concluded that the chaos genetic algorithm provides new ideas for timetabling problem.

To improve the health of the masses, this paper uses the Internet network environment for various aspects of information collection and processing on drugs circulation timely. The system collects information from pharmacies, warehouse, drug production environment and store them into database server of information center by wireless network (GPRS). It implements electronic mapping, office automation and supervision of drug sales. the officials of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) can do some enforcement on site for violations, illegal activities through mobile PDA devices. The drug administration systems that the paper discussed achieves all functions of a modern Drug Administration and management, it improves drug safety supervision and management on drugs circulation channel and drug consumer(person or hospital) and increases the efficiency of administrative or law enforcement.

The drilling engineering is a high-cost and high-risk project. So the drilling projects have introduced a series of equipments and devices as drilling supplement, whose parameter showing provide some dynamic information, and provide scientific evidence for technical staffs such as the drillers.The wireless communications technology makes the communication between drilling sites and oil bases be more smooth along with increasing the bandwidth of wireless network. The technology provides new possibilities for improvement of drilling equipment system. At present, the oil industry internationalization and many oil fields locating in the turbulent areas request the site and the base to be connected as a whole, so, the demand for the staff in base controlling the on-site equipment grows. This article presents an architecture for the drilling instrument systems connecting the drilling field and the base of oil field. It establishes the two-way data transmission channel, through which the real-time acquisition data, system configuration data and operating commands can communicate with each other. It collects the signals from sensors in drilling equipments, and transmits these signals to the on-site application and monitoring systems, then stores them in the on-site local databases, and finally the data will be calculated professionally in the base and be stored in the global database. Personnel at the base can monitor and control the well fields, and they can also complete the on-site equipment operation, system software settings, sensor calibration and so on. This system discussed in this article reduces the number of on-site personal, improves the utilization rate of expert in base and reduce the risk of personnel in risk areas and the cost of drilling.

Drilling technology in petroleum exploration and development has developed, which follows the development of sensor technologies, electronic measurement and computer network technology, more and more assistant methods are used in the course of drilling, and more information about drilling project and underground to be detected. They direct the driller to operate. At the same time they also allow the decision-makers at the base of oil field and technicians in first time to understand the progress of drilling with the schedule. And we can also receive the regional geological parameters to do other applications and decision-making. This article presents a drilling instrumentation system. It is able well site connect to the base of oil field as a whole by wireless network. They can collect and storage the state of drilling on-site and the geological data and transfer to the base quickly. This system could get the new detecting signal in drilling process, and incorporate in to our instrumentation system signal. Just because the high cost of oil professionals and the volatile political situation of oil-production region, it is the most urgent desire of many oil companies to reduce the number of technical staff in site. This paper discusses the system which could enable multiple drilling well field to share professionals and technical experts in the base, so we could achieve remote operation, remote control in this way.
