Los hábitos de consumo cambian con el paso de los años según las diferentes tendencias, preocupaciones, gustos, entre otros. De hecho, la adquisición de prendas ha sido uno de los hábitos de consumo que más ha cambiado a lo largo de la historia. Por ello, el presente proyecto, tras analizar el auge en tendencias sostenibles y la preocupación constante por la sobreproducción en la industria; propone la creación de una tienda de segunda mano, a través de una experiencia llamativa y asequible, con el objetivo de minimizar los impactos negativos que genera la industria textil y por el contrario, cambiar el paradigma en Colombia acerca de la ropa de segunda.

The grey wolf (Canis lupus) was extirpated from the Central System (Iberian Peninsula) in 1976, but the species recolonized the area by 2006. We monitored this new population from 2010 to 2018 using non-invasive sampling techniques; we determined its biological parameters and we described the necessary field work to obtain the required information for evidence-based decisionmaking regarding the management of wolf populations. Data collection was primarily based on the detection of wolf marking signs along sampling routes (e.g. dirt roads, trails, paths) and the scats, in particular, were used to delineate pack territories. Camera trapping was generally used to confirm pack size and reproduction. We detected a maximum of 13 wolf packs distributed in the study area during the eight years of monitoring; the mean pack size was 3.5 wolves. Reproduction always occurred when the mean pack size was at least 4 individuals by the end of winter (52.7%). We also determined that the scat-marked territory of breeding packs (i.e., those with >4 individuals) was >60 km2 during the reproductive period. Overall, our results suggest that the low-cost monitoring methods commonly used to assess the status of wolf populations in Spain tend to overestimate both population size and reproductive success, suggesting the need for alternative methods.

BACKGROUND Trauma to the left submandibular gland is an infrequent entity, with only a few cases reported in the literature. Recommended management consists of excision of the gland if trauma is suspected; if trauma is not clearly identified during the surgical exploration and the gland is not removed, post-traumatic complications such as fistula or sialocele may occur. In such cases, conservative measures including aspiration, pressure bandages, and anti-sialogogues are the first step of treatment and surgical excision is reserved for unsuccessful cases. CASE REPORT This report describes a case of post-traumatic surgical emphysema and sialocele with fistula following knife wounds to the head and neck of a 30-year-old woman. The patient had an incised wound to the left submandibular gland. Subsequently, a painful slow-growing mass developed and the diagnosis of sialocele was considered. Confirmation of this diagnosis was achieved by performing a fine-needle aspiration, which revealed a high amylase level within the collection. Afterwards, pressure bandages were applied and no recurrence of the sialocele was observed in imaging follow-up. CONCLUSIONS This report shows that although submandibular gland trauma is rare, it can lead to salivary fistula or sialocele. The diagnosis of sialocele can be confirmed by imaging combined with fine-needle aspiration and measurement of amylase levels in the aspirate. Identification of traumatic sialocele and fistula at an early stage will lead to the most appropriate management.

Presentación del Curso "Ciencia en Abierto: Desafíos y soluciones", del Gabinete de Formación CSIC, celebrado entre el 30 de septiembre y 3 de octubre, 2019, en Madrid, para personal científico y técnico institucional.

Frente a la variedad de situaciones complejas e inesperadas que los profesores(as) de idiomas tienen que enfrentar en clases, me he preguntado sobre la percepción que los profesores(as) tienen al respecto de la gestión y de las competencias específicas de esta disciplina; y sobre los dispositivos que se implementan cuando se presenta un imprevisto. Hemos realizado un análisis de 54 cuestionarios, respondidos por profesores(as) de idiomas (debutantes y experimentados) en el contexto educativo francés. Este análisis se inscribe en el marco de una reflexión sobre el desarrollo profesional de los profesores(as) de idiomas desde el inicio de su carrera, con el fin de proponer pistas para implementar dispositivos en términos de gestión de los imprevistos y de esta manera, dar una visión más acabada de este tema a los profesores(as) debutantes.; Face à la variété des situations complexes et inattendues que les enseignants de langues doivent confronter en cours, je me suis questionnée sur les ressentis des enseignant(e)s en rapport avec la gestion et les compétences spécifiques du métier ; et sur les dispositifs à mettre en place lors des imprévus. Une analyse de 54 questionnaires auprès des enseignants de langues (débutants et expérimentés) dans le contexte éducatif français a été réalisée. L’analyse de cette recherche s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une réflexion autour du développement professionnel des enseignant(e)s de langues depuis le début de leur carrière. L’idée est de proposer des pistes pour les dispositifs à mettre en place en termes de gestion de l’imprévu et ainsi donner une vision plus globale aux enseignant(e)s débutants sur ce sujet.
