LPG demand in Turkey to come to market with advantageous position in terms of cost of LPG systems increased sharply in the early 2000s. In order to meet this demand, firstly, LPG conversion companies started to implement their own ready-made KIT solutions regardless of the vehicles. OEMs began to offer their own solutions by differentiating them according to the vehicles with long validation tests. OEMs launched solutions that provide the same performance as the current gasoline conditions of vehicles, complete on-vehicle validations and long-road test validations. The performance was not only about engine performance, but also the ability of the vehicle to show the same operation in every defined weather and road condition. After the first start-up of the vehicle, the parts of the LPG system installed on the vehicle must also be properly positioned and tested accordingly in order to quickly switch to LPG at low air temperatures. In this article, we will examine the effect of the LPG regulator on-vehicle positions on initial start-up in cold weather conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
