The article provides the analysis of self-organization activities of college students related to their participation in youth associations activities. The purpose of research is to disclose a degree of students' activities demonstration based on self-organization processes, assessment of existing self-organization practices of the youth, identification of factors having "deterrent" effect in development of self-organization processes of college students. As a result, a low percentage of establishing associations upon own initiative was identified, main reasons deterring this process, such as employment, information ignorance, reference group influence, and fear of unknown audience, were identified. The issues under consideration became the foundation for development of further events of in-depth study, which realization will contribute to development of corrective activities aimed to increase a development degree of college students' self-organization activities.

The main goal of this work is to reveal social filters in the system of assessing the higher education services market. On the basis of the institutional interpretation of market relations, mechanisms and features of asymmetries formation in the educational services market are investigated. The role of the institutional environment ensuring processes of the man inclusion in the market relations was determined. The conceptual provisions aimed at the social filters theory development and the possibility of their use in the higher education services market operation in the region were justified. Conceptually, from the neoclassical economics viewpoint, any market can be presented as a price mechanism for supply and demand regulation, providing a balance through free competition between independent and rational market participants. Such an understanding of the market causes more and more debates and stimulates many alternative models design. The orthodox neoclassical theory was subjected to the most consistent criticism by the institutionalism, which resulted in developing the original independent economic theory. The most important difference between institutionalism and neoclassical theory is in the interpretation of the economic processes' organization and regulation mechanisms.

In the article, the option of pedagogical interaction based training forms for student’s initiative in future profession development is analyzed. The concepts of student’s initiative, process of pedagogical interaction, pedagogical interaction based training forms are described. Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and South Ural State University served as an experimental base. The purpose of the experiment was to analyze effect of using pedagogical interaction based training forms for the student’s initiative in future profession development. Two groups were selected for research: experimental (212 students) and control (219 students). Quantitative indicators of the dynamics testify the effectiveness of the experimental work: control group shows 16 percent progress while the experimental have 31 percent.

In the article the pedagogical interaction effectiveness for student’s informational competence development within informationaleducational environment is analyzed. The concept of pedagogical interaction, interactive tools of informational-educational environment, training methods for student’s informational competence development are described. Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University served as an experimental base. The purpose of the experiment is to analyze effectiveness of interactive informational-educational environment tools used to create pedagogical interaction for the development of student’s information competence. Two groups were selected for research: experimental (66 students) and control (69 students). Quantitative indicators of the dynamics testify the effectiveness of the experimental work: control group shows 4.4 percent progress while the experimental have 22.7 percent.

The unique co‐occurrence of thyriothecia belonging to three fossil genera of epiphyllous fungi, Stomiopeltites Alvin & Muir (Micropeltidaceae), Callimothallus Dilcher, and Trichothyrites Rosendahl (Microthyriaceae), are reported on the leaves of the same host plant, Cunninghamia shangcunica Kodrul, Gordenko & Sokolova from the Oligocene Shangcun Formation of the Maoming Basin, South China. In China, Stomiopeltites is identified for the first time, Callimothallus is known from the Oligocene and Miocene of Guangxi and Zhejiang provinces, and Trichothyrites previously has been found only in the Eocene palynological assemblages of the Maoming Basin. The presence of abundant and diverse epiphyllous micromycetes, together with the taxonomic composition of the Shangcun megaflora and pollen assemblage, as well as quantitative climatic estimates obtained using Climate Leaf Analysis Multivariate Program, confirm the existence of a warm and humid climate in this region during the late early Oligocene. The geographic and stratigraphic distributions, comparisons with extant analogues, as well as ecological and paleoclimatic implications of the fossil fungi are discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
