Batu City is one of the potential centers of agroindustry SMEs based on local wisdom to become superior regional products contributing to the economy and community empowerment. Potato chips are one of Batu City's regional superior products that have been clustered into 2 Micro and Small scales based on indicators of turnover, production capacity, number of workers, length of operation, and halal certification. The contribution of the potato chip SME cluster is essential in evaluating the structural performance of supply chain institutions to increase the efficiency of integration of upstream and downstream actors. The research aims to develop a structural model of supply chain institutions in the Potato Chips SME Cluster. The research method uses Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), which is relevant to the complexity of the supply chain. The object of research involved three actors of the potato chip SME cluster, including raw material suppliers, micro and small cluster SMEs, and distributors. The results showed that the key structural elements in micro-cluster SMEs include low labor skills; diversity in raw material quality; implementation of labor training and development activities; labor training and development on GHP, GMP, and production SOPs; improvement of labor skills and SME productivity; and collaborative relationships between supply chain actors. Structural key elements in small cluster SMEs include low labor capability; implementation of labor training and development activities; provision of supply chain information systems; labor training and development on GHP, GMP, and production SOPs; improvement of product quality standards and periodic evaluation of the 3 supply chain flows; improvement of labor skills and SME productivity; and sustainable collaborative relationships between supply chain actors. Both SME clusters involved 3 supply chain actors as key elements of the involved institutions.

The epididymis is a crucial component of the goat's reproductive structure. The epididymis is responsible for the transportation, concentration, and maturation of sperm. This study aimed to examine the differences in the structure of macro and microanatomy, tissue composition, and the existence of androgen receptors in the epididymis of Kacang goats aged 4, 8, and 12 months. The assessment of macroscopic organ growth was done immediately after sampling, whereas microscopic measurements were carried out following histological preparations using hematoxylin-eosin (HE) and immunohistochemical (IHC) procedures. The results on the macroscopic anatomy of the epididymis indicated a significant association between age with the width of the caput dexter and sinister and the circumference of the right cauda. However, no significant relationship was found between age with the corpus length and the left cauda's circumference. Significant variations were observed in the diameter and concentration of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the lumen during histomorphometry of the epididymis in three age groups of Kacang goats. There were no statistically significant variations in the expression of androgen receptors among the three age groups. This study showed that the correlation coefficient test reveals a positive relationship between age and the caput width and corpus length dimensions, indicating that these measurements tend to grow as age increases. On the other hand, the diameter of the agglutinated spermatozoa in the epididymal lumen exhibits significant variations between the ages of 4 months, with the ages of 8 months and 12 months, suggesting that the sperm becomes fully matured by the age of 8 months.

This research examines the challenges of food sovereignty in the city of Surabaya, focusing on adapting the concept of food sovereignty, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and developing agricultural infrastructure and technology. Mixed methods were used to collect data through observation, interviews and documentation, and then analyzed to evaluate food availability, affordability and the city's economic structure. The results show a deficit in local food production, especially rice, due to limited agricultural land and climate change, although efforts such as urban land use and crop diversification are having a positive impact. Policy innovations are proposed to strengthen food security, including agricultural infrastructure development, farmer training, and cross-sector partnerships. With collaboration between government, society and the private sector, as well as evidence-based policies, the City of Surabaya is expected to be able to overcome the local food deficit and improve the welfare of its people, contributing to sustainable and inclusive city development in the future.

Prawn crackers hold a significant position within Indonesia's agro-industrial product landscape. The industrial process involved in their production is fraught with potential risks that could result in substantial losses for companies. PT. XYZ, a prominent prawn cracker producer in Indonesia, grapples with various risks, including non-compliant raw material supplies, machinery and equipment breakdowns, product defects, and process failures. Hence, there is an imperative need for comprehensive risk management involving further analysis, identification of potential failure modes, and formulation of mitigation strategies to curb losses. This research aims to ascertain the priority of potential failure modes and their corresponding mitigation strategies in the prawn cracker production process at PT. XYZ. The study employs risk analysis through the Fuzzy Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (Fuzzy-FMEA) method and determines mitigation strategies using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy-AHP) method. The findings reveal 11 identified failure modes in PT. XYZ's prawn cracker production process, with machinery and equipment damage emerging as the top-priority failure mode, giving a Fuzzy Risk Priority Number (FRPN) value of 7.620. The recommended mitigation strategy involves intensifying inspections of production machinery and equipment, both before and after use by workers, with a weight of 0.368.

The increasing demand for effective and natural anti-inflammatory agents prompts an investigation into the properties of Sonneratia caseolaris (L.) Engl., a plant traditionally used in medicine. This study aimed to explore the ability of S. caseolaris leaves extract to inhibit inflammation and accelerate wound healing. S. caseolaris leaves were collected from Tanjung Api-Api area, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. The method involved carrageenan induction in rat paws as an inflammatory model. The results showed that the most effective dose was found in the group with a dose of 150 mg/kg BW measured using a digital caliper and plethysmometer. The qualitative phytochemical test contain alkaloids, steroids, flavonoids, and phenols. The results GC-MS analysis were thought to contain aldehydes, glucosinolates, coumarins, esters, terpenoids, alcohols, lipids, tocopherols, and steroids. Due to their diverse range of mechanisms of action, coumarins show significant promise in mitigating inflammation and hold potential for treating inflammatory conditions. This study provides new insights related to the potential of S. caseolaris as a source of natural anti-inflammatory agents, supporting public comprehension regarding the utilization of traditional herbal remedies.

The global food supply chain plays an essential role in economic development while addressing environmental and social issues in its business system. However, this complex network is exposed to various risk factors related to sustainability that can disrupt the supply chain performance. CV. XYZ is a food manufacturer that produces jackfruit chips in Indonesia. During the supply chain process, this company needs to manage the various risks across the supplier, manufacturer, and retailer stages. By identifying and evaluating risks at each stage, mitigation and improvement strategies can be proposed. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the supply chain risk mitigation and performance improvement strategies for maintaining supply chain stability and performance. House of Risk (HOR) was applied to analyze the mitigation strategies, while SWOT with analytical networking process (ANP) or analytical hierarchy process (AHP)/ (i.e., SWOT-ANP/AHP method)was used for analyzing performance improvement strategies by considering the weight of each factor. The result shows that twelve mitigation strategies are needed to mitigate the fourteen risk agents that focus on improving production activities and human resources. Moreover, eleven strategies have been proposed to improve sustainable supply chain performance in the future, focusing more on marketing activities and enhancing human resource capabilities.

Background and Aim: Fertility is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of livestock production, as it directly impacts the reproductive rates. A comprehensive understanding of the relationship between sperm quality and embryo development is key to optimizing reproductive outcomes and improving the quality of livestock. This study analyzed the developmental competence of in vitro embryos recovered from Bali cattle with normal or poor sperm motility. Materials and Methods: Nine bulls with normal fresh semen (NFS) or poor fresh semen (PFS) motility were ejaculated for semen. Semen ejaculates, including volume, motility, and sperm concentration, were evaluated immediately after collection to measure the quality of the fresh semen. Frozen semen was evaluated using computer-assisted semen analysis (CASA) for motility, progressive sperm motility, distance curve path, distance curve linear, distance straight line, average path velocity, curvilinear velocity, linear velocity, straightness (STR), linearity of forward progression (LIN), wobble, and average lateral head displacement (ALH). Bull groups were used to determine in vitro embryo cleavage ability after fertilization of Bali cattle. Ovaries of Bali cattle were collected by slicing, and only cytoplasmic oocytes with compact cumulus cells were used in this study. The oocytes were matured, and in vitro fertilization was performed using fertilization media with a final sperm concentration of 1.5 × 106 spermatozoa/mL. After 48 h, the embryo cleavage ability of the cultured oocytes was evaluated. Results: There were significant differences in motility values between the NFS and PFS groups; however, there were no significant differences in the volume or sperm concentration. There was a significant difference in the LIN value between the groups but no significant differences in other CASA parameters. There were no significant differences in the cleavage rate and morula between the groups, but a positive correlation was observed between the cleavage rate and the morula and between the morula and ALH. A significant negative correlation was observed between the cleavage rate and STR and between the morula and STR; no significant differences were observed for other variables. Conclusion: Despite variations in sperm characteristics, both normal and poor sperm motility demonstrated comparable in vitro embryonic development competence. These findings provide important insights into the fertility potential of Bali bulls, providing valuable information that can enhance selection strategies to improve the quality of livestock production.

Background Malaria in pregnancy leads to placental malaria. The primary pathogenesis of the complex fetal implications in placental malaria is tissue hypoxia due to sequestrations of Plasmodium falciparum-infected erythrocytes in the placenta. However, the pathomechanism of placental Plasmodium vivax infection has not been thoroughly investigated. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) is a key transcriptional mediator of the response to hypoxic conditions, which interacts with the change and imbalances of many chemical mediators, including angiogenic factors, leading to fetal growth abnormality. Methods This study was conducted cross-sectionally in Maumere, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, previously known as one of the malaria endemic areas with a high incidence of low birth weight (LBW) cases. This study collected peripheral and umbilical blood samples and placental tissues from mothers who delivered their babies with LBW at the TC Hiller Regional Hospital. All of the blood samples were examined for parasites by microscopic and PCR techniques, while the plasma levels of VEGF, PlGF, VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and HIF-1α were determined using ELISA. The sequestration of infected erythrocytes and hemozoin was determined from placental histological slides, and the expression of placenta angiogenic factors was observed using the immunofluorescent technique. Results In this study, 33 cases had complete data to be analyzed. Of them, 19 samples were diagnosed as vivax malaria and none of falciparum malaria. There were significant differences in Δ 10th percentile growth curve of baby's body weights and also all angiogenic factors in placental tissues {VEGF, PlGF, and VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and HIF-1α} between those infected and not infected cases (p Conclusion This study indicated that Plasmodium vivax sequestration may promote LBW through alterations and imbalances in angiogenic factors led by HIF-1α.

Feedback is powerful but variable. This study investigates which forms of feedback are more predictive of improvement to students' essays, using "Turnitin Feedback Studio"--a computer augmented system to capture teacher and computer-generated feedback comments. The study used a sample of 3,204 high school and university students who submitted their essays, received feedback comments, and then resubmitted for final grading. The major finding was the importance of "where to next" feedback which led to the greatest gains from the first to the final submission. There is support for the worthwhileness of computer moderated feedback systems that include both teacher- and computer-generated feedback.

Research on policy implementation altered from building meta-theory towards explaining concerted action across institutional boundaries, the diversity of actors, loci, and levels. Current theory about factors determining the success of public policy implementation includes managerial, organisational, resources, bureaucracy, and politics. The establishment of Public Service Malls (PSM) in Indonesia is used as a case study to carry out this assessment because it represents a considerable challenge in the implementation process. This study aims to provide new perspectives about the determinants of successful public policy implementation, especially in a highly diverse political context such as Indonesia. This policy implementation involves several ministries at the central level and 540 local governments. This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach, and the data was collected through FGDs and in-depth interviews conducted with relevant ministries and local governments. The data is then analysed using NVIVO to find the structure of the concepts and themes according to the conceptual framework used. This research suggests that factors in policy implementation should be placed in a hierarchical order because they are determinants that cause other factors to emerge. Indonesia menghadapi krisis terkait dengan gizi pada beberapa kelompok umur salah satunya status gizi remaja. Masalah yang berhubungan dengan remaja yakni masalah pangan, gizi dan kesehatan. Tekhnologi yang berkembang berbanding lurus dengan perubahan gaya hidup remaja mulai dari pemilihan makanan junk food, aktivitas fisik, dan kurang konsumsi buah dan sayur. Gizi lebih yang tidak terkontrol akan mengakibatkan seseorang menjadi obesitas, diabetes melitus, hipertensi dan gangguan kardiovakuler. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Jember pada bulan April 2023. Hasil analitik menunujukkan adanya hubungan antara antara jenis kelamin dengan kejadian gizi lebih (p value 0,002), ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan konsumsi junk food dengan kejadian gizi lebih. Sejalan dnegan penelitian Irna dengan konsumsi junkfood dengan kejadian obesitas Hasil analisis diketahui p=0,001. Untuk itu berdasarkan hasil penelitian Sekolah dapat mengadakan program sosialisasidan edukasi mengenai pola makan yang baik kepada siswa dan siswa dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang berih dan sehat.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Pesantren Al Fatih di Desa Klampar Kecamatan Proppo, Kabupaten Pamekasan Madura. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usaha peternakan sapi pedaging, dan untuk meningkatkan peran dan fungsi pondok pesantren sebagai pendidikan non formal guna mendukung ketahanan pangan serta penguatan penerapan biosecurity dalam upaya pencegahan PMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melalui observasi lokasi, diskusi dan wawancara, Participatory Rural, Participatory Technology Development, Educative, Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias saat pelaksanaan. Edukasi yang diberikan pada peserta memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang biosecurity yang signifikan, dari nilai pre-test 68.86 point, sedangkan nilai post-test 78.16 point, sehingga terjadi peningkatan 14%. Pengetahuan yang diaedukasikan meliputi; biosecurity PMK, sanitasi kandang, biosecurity keluar masuk wilayah farm/peternakan dan isolasi sapi yang sakit. Kesimpulan dalam kaegiatan ini adalah, peserta mampu memahami tentang materi peningkatan kualitas ternak melalui biosafety dan biosecurity PMK dan menerapkan teknologi tepat guna tentang formulasi pakan, dan sanitasi kandang untuk pencegahan dan reinfeksi PMK.

The study examined the spatial analysis of the morphometric characteristics of the Lower Orashi River, Niger Delta Region, Nigeria. The river course was segmented into 30 equal distances of 4.8m from each other and at each point, the morphometric parameters like width, depth, and flow velocity. The discharge was measured from these parameters. Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed for data analysis while results are presented using tables and graphs. Results showed that width of the river ranged from 77.90m to 2788.00m with the mean width of 318.83m. The depth ranged from 2.10 to 7.60m with the mean depth recording 4.14m as it was higher at the upper section of the river while it becomes lower as it is entering the Atlantic Ocean. This research aims to analyze the influence of economic variables on Indonesia's economic growth in the short and long term. In this analysis, four main economic variables are evaluated: Goods Expenditures, Taxes, Subsidies, and Human Capital. The research results show that goods spending has a positive but not significant influence on economic growth, both in the short and long term. Meanwhile, taxes show a positive and significant influence on economic growth in both periods. However, subsidies are proven to have a negative and significant effect, indicating that providing subsidies may affect economic growth negatively in the short and long term. Apart from that, Human Capital also shows a negative and significant influence, highlighting the importance of investment in human resources to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. These findings provide valuable insights for economic policy that can be used to design more effective strategies for increasing Indonesia's economic growth.

Heavy metal pollution from anthropogenic activities can harm aquatic ecosystems. This study aims to determine the concentration of heavy metals (Pb and Cu) in waters, sediments, and mud crabs (Scylla serrata), and to analyze the relationship between environmental parameters and S. serrata consumed by humans. Samples were taken in the mangrove ecosystem around the Tanjung Api-Api port area in South Sumatra, Indonesia. Pb and Cu analysis used the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Pb and Cu linkages in waters, sediments, and S. serrata analyzed by SigmaPlot V12.5 and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) analyzed by XLSTAT 2022. The limit consumption of S. serrata was calculated using MWI (Maximum Weekly Intake) and MIT (Maximum Intake Tolerance). Based on the results, the heavy metal Pb in water was 0.1055 – 0.1322 mg.L-1, and Cu was not detected. Furthermore, Pb in sediments ranged from 7.0104 - 11.8186 mg.kg-1, Cu 3.7127 - 4.5347 mg.kg-1, and Pb in S. serrata ranged from 0.0001 - 0.0021 mg.kg-1, and Cu ranged from 0.03 – 0.0791 mg.kg-1. The concentration of heavy metals in water, sediment, and S. serrata had not exceeded the specified quality standard, except for Pb in water. The principal component analysis obtained F1 (44.35%), F2 (27.53%) and F3 (17.83%) groups. Based on MWI and MIT value, it showed high quality which concluded S. serrata was still safe for human consumption.

Supply chain benchmarking of agroindustry can be done by emphasizing the perspective of sustainability. This paper aimed to analyze the efficiency of Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and provided a prospective benchmark with the potato chips industry as a study case. Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) estimated future input and output values to obtain prospective benchmarks and be added to the DEA formula later. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods were used to measure SSCM performance. The results showed that 17 of 20 Decision-Making Units (DMUs) were efficient (score 1). The other 3 DMUs were classified and got an efficiency score of 0.965, 0.955, and 0.995. In future estimates calculation, the efficiency score of one of the inefficient DMUs has changed to 1, while the other two got the scores of 0.996 and 0.980. The limitation of this research mainly comes from the scope of assessment, which is limited to the supply chain’s downstream sector and assesses only a limited number of MSMEs in a particular region. SSCM efficiency measurement variables were adjusted to be assessed and applied to MSMEs. PERT was also beneficial to gain future estimates of the assessment scope.

Abstract Background There are inconsistent findings regarding neurological and motor development in infants born moderate to late preterm and infants born small for gestational age at term. The primary aim of this study was to compare neurological and motor function between preterm, term SGA and term AGA infants aged three to seven months corrected age using several common assessment tools. The secondary aim was to investigate their motor function at two years. Methods In this prospective cohort study, we included 43 infants born moderate to late preterm with gestational age 32–36 + 6 weeks, 39 infants born small for gestational age (SGA) at term with a birthweight ≤ 10th centile for gestational age, and 170 infants born at term with appropriate weight for gestational age (AGA). Neurological and motor function were assessed once in infancy between three to seven months corrected age by using four standardised assessment tools: Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE), Test of Infant Motor Performance, General Movements Assessment and Alberta Infant Motor Scale. The Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-2) was used at two years. Results At three to seven months corrected age, mean age-corrected HINE scores were 61.8 (95% confidence interval (CI): 60.5 to 63.1) in the preterm group compared with 63.3 (95% CI: 62.6 to 63.9) in the term AGA group. Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) disebabkan oleh virus dari famili Picornaviridae yang menyerang hewan berkuku belah dengan tingkat morbiditas yang tinggi dan bersifat akut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh infeksi alami PMK terhadap nilai hematologi sapi Madura pada fase infeksi dan fase recovery. Sebanyak 15 ekor sapi Madura yang sudah didiagnosis menderita PMK dengan gejala klinis berupa sialorrhea, lameness, recumbency, vesikel dan erosi pada bagian gingiva, dental pad dan lidah, serta lesi pada area interdigital kaki digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengambilan sampel darah sebanyak 3 ml melalui vena coccygea dengan menggunakan vacutainer (BD, Franklin, USA) yang mengandung antikoagulan EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic Acid). Pengambilan sampel darah dilakukan sebanyak dua kali yaitu pada fase infeksi (antara hari ke-3 sampai hari ke-7) dan pada fase recovery (hari ke-30 post infeksi). Sampel yang sudah dikoleksi selanjutnya dilakukan analisis parameter hematologi menggunakan Veterinary Hematology Analyzer Rayto 7600, sedangkan analisis data hasil pemeriksaan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics. One of the health problems faced by women is breast cancer, breast cancer is the most common cancer worldwide and the second cancer that causes death. Breast cancer is the most common in women, namely 42.1 per 100,000 population. Breast cancer can be detected early by breast self-examination or BSE, but many women forget the method and order of practice. Using posters can provide reminders and ways for women to continue doing BSE. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The results show differences in knowledge, attitudes and practices each and between groups. Knowledge attitudes and practices have improved overall since the intervention. At the end of the measurement, all groups had good BSE knowledge and attitudes. Behavior with good category before treatment 18% to 39%. In conclusion there are differences in knowledge, attitudes and practices respectively and between groups. Poster media is an effective medium for increasing knowledge and practice. Posted poster media is effective in increasing BSE attitude.

Abstrak. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi aktivitas dan kerajinan tangan masyarakat dayak dalam kegiatan penanam padi serta bagaimana implementasinya dalam pembelajaran matematika. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengambilan data dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan cara terjun langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerajinan tangan masyarakat dayak jangkang dapat dijadikan materi untuk pembelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi Geometri yang terdiri dari Rotasi, Translasi, dan Refleksi. This study aimed to detect genetic diversity associated with litter size traits of the P21-activated kinases (PAK1) gene in Senduro and Boerawa goats using the PCR-RFLP method. The restriction enzyme used is MSP1 (C*CGG). A pair of primers used in this study, namely Forward ((5'-GCTCAGTGTTGTATTAGCAG-3') and Reverse (5'- CAAGATATAAAGCACAGCCG-3') product length 713 bp (access code ENSCHIG00000003071). The samples used in this study consisted of 80 samples of Senduro goats and 20 samples of Boerawa goats from UPT PT-HMT Singosari, Malang Regency. The results showed that the PAK1 exon 9 gene in Senduro goats and Boerawa goats UPT PT-HMT Singosari was uniform (monomorphic), it was because all samples had GG genotype and G allele frequency of 100%. In conclusion, the PAK1 exon 9 / MSP1 gene is monomorphic and does not associate with litter size in Senduro goats and Boerawa goats, so it cannot be used as a genetic marker.

This study examines the role of human-animal interaction (HAI) in relations between sexual and gender minority (SGM) stress, personal hardiness, and psychological stress during emerging adulthood. Data for the current sample reflect 136 SGM emerging adults between the ages of 18 to 21 years who reported living with a companion animal in the past year (37.5% racial/ethnic minority, 49.2% transgender or gender -expansive, 98.5% sexual minority). Mediation was tested using structural equation modeling with a bootstrapping approach. We found evidence of an indirect effect of microaggressions on personal hardiness. Specifically, increases in microaggressions were associated with increases in HAI; in turn, increases in HAI were associated with higher levels of personal hardiness. No other statistically significant indirect effects were identified in our model. We discuss the implications of these findings for enhancing community capacity to empower and facilitate successful coping among SGM emerging adults.

Supplier performance is critical in maintaining the stability of the supply chain activities in the agroindustry. Their performance needs to be assessed using relevant factors to choose reliable and dependable suppliers. A significant amount of research has been done to examine essential factors in selecting reliable suppliers in supply chains from various perspectives. The divergence of research findings has led to many assessment factors that must be considered when choosing the supplier. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze factors affecting agroindustry supplier performance using a systematic review. The research from reliable databases such as Elsevier, Emerald, Proquest, and Taylor & Francis from 2010 to 2020 has been analyzed. Similarity and relevance analysis has been applied to form the factors and eliminate the redundant and irrelevant factors. As a result, fourteen suppliers’ performance factors to support an effective supply chain system are identified. These factors include customer care, economics, quality improvement, stakeholder coordination, production performance, organizational improvement, human resources, food safety, risk factors, company image, market, geography, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and environmental management system (EMS).

Batu City is the largest apple producer in Indonesia, producing around 55,891 tons. One way to optimize supply chains is sustainable supply chain performance in the economic, social, and environmental fields. Problems in apple chip small- and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) are the price of apples increases in the dry season, accumulation of apple peel waste, and poor employee work performance. This study aimed to analyze the level of importance variables in measuring the supply chain performance level and the strategies to improve the supply chain of apple chips SMEs in Batu City. The integration of quality function deployment (QFD) and Fuzzy analytical network process (FANP) was used to obtain the level of cooperation interest. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to determine the efficiency of each stakeholder's interest. The results showed that the three highest important cooperative behavior factors were production costs (0.16), raw material costs (0.15), and raw material inventory (0.14). The efficiency level of partner cooperation and apple chip SMEs from 17 SMEs indicated that two partners were inefficient, with an efficiency score of 0.973 (D3) and 0.957 (D4). The improvement strategies proposed to apple chip SMEs were reducing production costs, revising agreements between suppliers and farmers, and implementing information technology.

Nowadays, environmental problems are increasing. This is largely due to production activities carried out by large and small industries, one of which is MSMEs. The increasing number of SMEs that have sprung up also increases their impact on the environment. Increasing environmental problems encourage companies to be environmentally oriented and green innovation to be the right solution for these problems. The purpose of this study was to examine the antecedent variables of green innovation (technology capability and CSR/Corporate Social Responsibility) in MSMEs and the effect of implementing green innovation on sustainable performance. Then examine the effect of environmental dynamics in moderating the relationship between green innovation and sustainable performance. The conceptual model was verified using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Data were obtained from 100 food-based SMEs in Kediri Raya. The results showed that the antecedent variables (technology capability and CSR/Corporate Social Responsibility) had a significant positive effect on green innovation. Furthermore, green innovation has a significant positive effect on sustainable performance. Environmental dynamics have a significant negative effect on the relationship between green innovation and sustainable performance. The results of this study offer important implications for MSMEs to be more concerned and increase green innovation to achieve sustainable performance.
