L'application LIS3D présentée dans le cadre du concours « géo-visualisation et cartographies dynamiques » et développée en partenariat avec l'Université de Lille et le CHU de Lille, permet de suivre en direct ou en différé l'ensemble des participants d'épreuves sportives gérées par la société LiveInSport. Le rendu 3D simule une caméra mobile positionnée à une hauteur allant de 10 à 100 mètres au-dessus du parcours comme le ferait un drone équipé d'une caméra, Fig. 3. Plusieurs épreuves en mode rediffusion seront présentées, diverses dans leur nature (Trail, Swim&Run, Marathon, Cyclo-sportive) et dans les effectifs de sportifs suivis (entre 100 et 500 participants). L'application fonctionne sur tout navigateur Web, une version hors réseau a été prévue.

Nous avions présenté la plate-forme géomatique1 et son e-Atlas. Nos objectifs ici, sont d'améliorer la progression de l'individu au sein de l'e-Atlas géographique et médicale avec l'aide méthodologique innovante et moderne composée d'un langage graphique de Visualisation des Connaissances Médicales, de pages web dynamiques et interactives orchestrées par des Systèmes de Gestion de Bases de Données Relationnelles, des serveurs web et cartographiques. L'e-Atlas du Nord-Pas-de-Calais offre parmi 3 hôpitaux géoréférencés (Dunkerque, Lille et Valenciennes) leurs statistiques PMSI et cartographies associées. L'e-Atlas est accessible et diffusé grâce à la technologie Web-Mapping avancée et sécurisée. En discussion-conclusion : grâce à l'approche géographique, le langage graphique du Pantin (anatomie-activité hospitalière) et l'architecture SIG moderne, nous avons répondu aux premières évaluations critiques. L'e-Atlas évoluera entièrement en Open Source et fera l'objet de notre prochaine campagne pour le choix médical programmé. A knowledge-based approach is proposed that is employed for the construction of a framework suitable for the management and effective use of knowledge on Adverse Drug Event (ADE) prevention. The framework has as its core part a Knowledge Base (KB) comprised of rule-based knowledge sources, that is accompanied by the necessary inference and query mechanisms to provide healthcare professionals and patients with decision support services in clinical practice, in terms of alerts and recommendations on preventable ADEs. The relevant Knowledge Based System (KBS) is developed in the context of the EU-funded research project PSIP (Patient Safety through Intelligent Procedures in Medication). In the current paper, we present the foundations of the framework, its knowledge model and KB structure, as well as recent progress as regards the population of the KB, the implementation of the KBS, and results on the KBS verification in decision support operation.

De nouvelles connaissances relèvent de l'activité hospitalière PMSI. Elles permettent la réalisation d'études en géographie de la santé : planification sanitaire et épidémiologie. Nos objectifs à travers la réalisation de notre plateforme géomatique sont de fournir auprès des établissements de soins, des tutelles et du grand public des nouvelles connaissances objectives et bases de réflexion à partir des information et analyse géographique à l'échelle de la région Nord \u2013 Pas-de-Calais et à différents niveaux d'analyse territoriale (Bureau Postal PMSI, Zone de Proximité etc.). Pour atteindre nos buts et permettre d'améliorer l'information et l'aide à la décision auprès des usagers et au rythme de chacun, nous allons améliorer, à l'aide de notre plate-forme, les accès, transmissions, communications et informations des études géographiques réalisées.

Clinical decision support systems (CDSS) are the new generation clinical support tools that ‘make it easy to do it right’. Despite promising results, these systems are not common practice, although experts agree that the necessary revolution in health care will depend on its implementation. To accelerate adoption a strategy is handed for structured development and validation of CDSS' content (clinical rules). The first results show that the proposed strategy is easily applicable for creating specific and reliable rules, generating relevant recommendations.

The improvement of coordination between Health Care Professionals belonging different specialities and who are extremely mobile, is a crucial problem in Medicine. A workflow System is one example of the new informatics tools which facilitate the transfer of information and responsibility between health care providers. Medical informatics systems in particular should be reactive enough to cope with the flexibility of real work situations: in this paper, we present the task allocation problem. We distinguish between the workflow control process and the notifying process, which concerns the sharing out of the tasks between the actors concerned. We focus on the impact of strategies of notification on the progress of coordinated work. We propose a simulator to model and study the different ways of sharing tasks between actors in an Intensive Care Unit's activity of prescription.
