Abstract

The article focuses on the issues of racial discrimination for members and students of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled tribes, de-Notified tribes of India, among schools and universities in India. Particular focus is given into the capital punishment vested on five active student members of the nonprofit Ambedkar Student Association for breaking its religious barriers among Hindus, Mulisms and Christians in the country. A brief overview on the country's issues of discharging justice is also noted.
