Satellite communication networks are seeing a significant surge in traffic requirements. Nevertheless, the rise in traffic requirements is inconsistent across the service region because of the unequal distribution of consumers and fluctuations in traffic requirements during the day. Variable payload designs solve this issue by enabling the uneven allocation of payload resources to match the traffic requirement of each beam. Optimization-based Radio Resource Management (ORRM) has its high substantial efficiency demonstrated computational difficulty hinders its real-world deployment. This work explores the structure, execution, and uses of Machine Learning (ML) for resource allocation in satellite systems. The primary emphasis is on two systems: one that offers power, capacity, and beamwidth adaptability and provides temporal flexibility via beam hopping. The research examines and contrasts several ML methods suggested for these structures. The research determines whether training must be done online or offline depending on the features and needs of each ML method. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are a fundamental component of the Internet of Things (IoT), used in diverse applications to detect environmental conditions and send information to the Internet. WSNs are susceptible to congestion issues, leading to increased packet loss, extended delays, and reduced throughput. This research introduces a Fuzzy Logic-based Cross-Layered Optimization Model (FL-CLOM) for WSNs to tackle the problem. FL-CLOM is developed by including the signal-to-noise ratio of the wireless channels in the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) approach, bridging the transmission layer and Media Access Control (MAC) layer. A fuzzy logic system is created by integrating fuzzy control with congestion control to dynamically manage the queue size in crowded nodes and minimize the effects of external uncertainties. Various simulations were conducted using MATLAB and NS-2.34 to compare the suggested FL-CLOM to conventional methods. Municipal waste management is crucial for cities as it enhances the urban atmosphere, conserves assets, and safeguards the ecological balance. An adequate and effective waste management strategy leads to significant environmental issues. The absence of dustbins, littering, and improper usage of dustbins create unsanitary conditions in cities and harm the ecosystem. The theft or destruction of the dustbins is a significant issue. This research uses deep learning-based classifiers with the Internet of Things (IoT) and a cloud computing approach to accurately categorize trash at the start of garbage collection. The research categorizes recyclable garbage into six groups: plastics, glass, paper or cardboard, metallic items, textiles, and other recyclable materials to aid future waste disposal. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are used for trash categorization. This study tries to provide a basic answer to this issue via IoT technologies. A function will be added to the user's website to inform them about the present condition of the closest smart waste bins. This will allow users to locate and use the nearest bin if the one in their area is full. In this paper, the investigator indicates the emotional intelligence plays an important role in life and contributes to the personal and social development of an individual. There is something beyond the intellectual capacity, which determines the success of a person. A survey of the study of emotional intelligence of the higher secondary school teachers should be analyzed and the investigator has launched the investigation. The sample was limited to 350 higher secondary school teachers only. The study was restricted to higher secondary Teachers only. The study was restricted to Chengalpattu Educational District only. Only the survey method is used to collect data. The Emotional Intelligence Inventory tool was used in the study. The tool was designed and developed by Thomas Alexander (2004). The investigator used the 'test-retest' method in establishing the reliability of the tool on emotional intelligence. The responses of both the test and retest were scored and the Correlation Coefficient of 0.74 was found between the test and retest. The means score value of male teachers 55.15 and the means score value of female teachers is 56.64. The table value 1.96 is lesser than the calculated value t value. There is no significant difference between male and female higher secondary school Teachers in their Emotional Intelligence. Hence the null hypothesis is accepted. During this period in history, the advancement of technology is developing at a fast pace, and it is becoming more important to every normal person. In particular, the smart phone, which is quickly becoming one of the most frequently used gadgets in ordinary life, is no longer considered a luxury commodity. Because of the COVID-19 epidemic, students are not required to utilise textbooks while studying. Beyond textbooks, there are numerous other media that may be used to advance an individual's education and development. The purpose of this research study is to investigate the effect of social media, namely Blogs, on the vocabulary acquisition of ESL students. A questionnaire was adopted for data collection from 60 people from different universities, and the results were analysed using a descriptive method. Following the responses given by the respondents, it was noticed that a lot of ESL learners believed that using Blogs to improve vocabulary development is beneficial since it raises the degree of involvement in studying. The current research investigates the use of social constructivist theory in the teaching of ESL learners. The purpose of this study report is to demonstrate the statistically significant impact of the use of Blogs on the growth of learners' vocabulary. Occupational workers are at health risk due to exposure to silica dust, which is present in the construction and manufacturing sectors, masonry works, as well in mining sectors. Silicosis is a type of pulmonary fibrosis, a lung disease caused by breathing in tiny bits of silica, a common mineral found in sand, quartz, and many other types of rock. Materials and methods: Occupational workers who are exposed to silica and working in cement factories. Who fulfills the inclusion criteria, the sample size was (n = 160) divided into a control group (n =8 0) and an experimental group (n = 80). A pretest was conducted on to control and experimental groups. Pulmonary parameters, baseline clinical variables, spirometry to check pulmonary function, 6-MWT stress tolerance test, Hemoglobin (HB), Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), Random Blood Sugar (RBS) blood investigations, pranayama (yoga), and nutritional education were done for the experimental group. Supervised pulmonary rehabilitation was carried out, and the posttest was done after 12, 18, and 24 weeks. The results were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods using the SPSS statistical package (Systat Software Inc., San Jose, USA). Conclusion: Pulmonary rehabilitation (pranayama and nutritional education) showed significant improvement in lung capacity and pulmonary functions, and improved quality of life showed statistical significance (P < 0.001). ABSTRACT: Aim: Urolithiasis is the most prevalent urinary tract disease, posing a global public health concern. The escalating prevalence and recurrence rates of urolithiasis are attributed to lifestyle modifications, such as reduced physical activity and dietary habits. This retrospective study aims to explore the risk factors associated with urolithiasis among individuals diagnosed with this condition. Method: A retrospective hospital-based study involving 60 participants meeting the inclusion criteria was conducted. The participants were selected through convenience sampling from the urology, nephrology, and medical wards at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital. Demographic variables were collected, and the risk factors were assessed using a checklist on one-to-one interviews. Results: The study unveiled that most participants (68%) were male. Eighty percent of participants had the risk factor of decreased water intake, 74% consumed excess tomatoes, 56% had a history of recurrent urinary tract infections, 64% consumed an excessive amount of salt daily, 72% experienced a decreased urine output, 53% had a habit of alcohol consumption, and 45% included milk and milk products in their daily diet. A small percentage (5%) had a family history of urolithiasis. Additionally, 6% were undergoing Siddha treatment. Conclusion: The findings from this study underscore the significant factors contributing to urolithiasis. They can inform public health campaigns to raise awareness about lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, and hydration protocols contributing to kidney stone formation. The subjects for this study were selected from Pachaiyappa's College for women Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, examined in the effect of SAQ training and plyometric training on reaction time among volleyball Players. The investigator met the players of the institute and explained to them about the purpose and the nature of the study. Around sixty women players gave their voluntary consent to work as subjects for the study. Out of those volunteers five of them who were the age of 18-22 years were included for the study. The remaining sixty subjects (N=60) were divided random by using the table of randomly, they were divided randomly in to four groups as Group -I acted as, Control Group, Group -II undergone to SAQ Training, Group -III plyometric Training underwent and Group -IV gone into combined Training. the overall players were performed for the period of 8 weeks. Their written voluntary consent was obtained after clearly explaining the nature of the study, the training programme for the respective training groups and reaction time variable in which they have been tested. They were also informed that they were free to opt out of the study at any time if they feel any discomfort or any difficulty in continuing the training programme, but there were no dropouts throughout the period of study. Reaction time was measured by drop ruler test, pre and post data were collected and analysed with SPSS of ANCOVA and proven that there was a significant improvement on reaction time due to training. Objective: Vitamin D is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and its supplementation helps maintain glycemic outcomes and improve overall health. Hence, this study aimed to determine the efficacy of vitamin D supplementation on fasting blood sugar (FBS) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted in Mappedu villages, Tamil Nadu, involving 60 individuals diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The study group received vitamin D supplementation twice a week for 12 weeks, while the control group received standard healthcare services. The primary measures of the study were FBS and HbA1C levels, assessed both before the initiation of vitamin D supplementation and after the 12-week intervention. Results: The participant's mean age was 46 ± 5.62, and the majority (90%) were men. During within-group analysis, a paired t test showed a significant improvement comparing the FBS and HbA1c scores before (128.67 ± 4.32 & 7.2 ± 2.32) and after (119.23 ± 2.56 & 5.94 ± 1.93) the intervention in the study group (P < 0.05). During between-group analysis, experimental and control groups' posttest mean scores of FBS (119.23 ± 2.56 & 127.79 ± 2.35) and HbA1c (7.56 ± 2.13 & 5.94 ± 1.93) showed significant differences (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The current study concludes that supplementation of vitamin D has an incredible impact on glycemic control by decreasing the FBS and HbA1C levels to within the normal clinical range, thus potentially mitigating complications associated with diabetes mellitus. Consequently, the incorporation of vitamin D supplementation into diabetes management may be warranted following a critical review of dosage and frequency considerations.
