Background: Failure to fulfill the physical and psychological needs of breast cancer patients and their partners can result in anxiety, depression, and marital problems. Aim: The present study was performed with aim to elucidate the experiences of breast cancer women regarding partner's unsupportive behaviors. Method: This qualitative study was conducted with a Dickelman descriptive phenomenological approach in the chemotherapy and oncology department of Shahid Ghazi Tabatabai and Shahid Madani hospitals of Tabriz city in 2021. A total of 9 female breast cancer patients were included. Individual in-depth interviews and note-taking were used to collect data using MAXQDA Software. The semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Interviews were analyzed using the Dickelman, Allen, and Turner method. Results: A total of 1500 primary codes were obtained, and finally 3 main categories were extracted including financial inadequacy, emotional impoverishment and breakdown of shared life, and existential devaluation as a woman. Implications for Practice: The results showed need for the husband to pay more attention to the impact of his behavior on his wife; also talking about the problem on the part of the couple is the biggest factor in understanding the support that can be expressed. Also, men and women do not think the same in understanding the needs of their sick partner. Male caregivers are usually less understanding of their spouses. Therefore, health professionals should pay more attention and help men cope with this problem and bear the suffering of their wives.

Introduction: Identifying factors that influence the patient experience are critical to implementing strategies that support patient engagement and ultimately achieve better health outcomes. The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a model of empowerment of hospitalized patients. Methods: The current research was a qualitative-quantitative study that was cross-sectional by stratified sampling method with proper allocation in hospitals affiliated to Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, Iran, on 230 heads, managers, matrons, supervisors, heads of clinical and paraclinical departments and hospital headquarters units, nurses and doctors were done. The data were collected using the demographic information tool and the questionnaire made by the researcher to design a model of empowering patients admitted to the hospital. Determining the ability of the designed model by fitting the data was done with the confirmatory factor analysis method. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 16 software and Amos.v 24 software. Whilst the notion that dreaming mentations reflect distinct physiologic processes is not new, such studies in patients with sleep disorders remain exceptionally scarce. Here, using SGA and other dream content analyses, we set to investigate structural and thematic differences in morning dream recalls of patients diagnosed with Non-Rapid Eye Movement Parasomnia (NREMP) and Idiopathic REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (iRBD).Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study of morning dream recalls of iRBD and NREMP patients was undertaken. Traditional dream content analyses, such as Orlinsky and Hall and Van de Castle analyses, were initially conducted. Subsequently, SGA was performed in order to objectively quantify structural speech differences between the dream recalls of the two patient groups.Results: Comparable rate of morning recall of dreams in the sleep laboratory was recorded; 25% of iRBD and 18.35% of NREMP patients. Aggression in dreams was recorded by 28.57% iRBD versus 20.00% in NREMP group. iRBD patients were more likely to recall dreams (iRBD vs NREMP; P = 0.007), but they also had more white dreams, ie having a feeling of having dreamt, but with no memory of it. Visual and quantitative graph speech analyses of iRBD dreams suggested stable sequential structure, reflecting the linearity of the chronological narrative. Conversely, NREMP dream reports displayed more recursive, less stable systems, with significantly higher scores of graph connectivity measures.Conclusion: The findings of our exploratory study suggest that iRBD and NREMP patients may not only differ on what is recalled in their dreams but also, perhaps more strikingly, on how dreams are recalled. It is hoped that future SGA-led dream investigations of larger groups of patients will help discern distinct mechanistic underpinnings and any associated clinical implications.Keywords: dreams, speech graph analysis, NREM parasomnia, REM behavior sleep disorder, dream content analysis

Introduction: Due to the increase in the provision of electronic services to citizens in government offices, the number of computer users and the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders have increased. Therefore, this study aimed to predict and model the complex relationships between the risk factors of musculoskeletal disorders in computer users working in government offices by an artificial neural network. Material and Methods: The current cross-sectional study was conducted in 2020 on 342 employees of various government offices in Saveh city. First, the researcher visited the work environment to identify the problems and measure the environmental factors. Then, ergonomic risk assessment and psychosocial factors were evaluated using the Nordic questionnaire and the ROSA method. The effect of various factors in causing musculoskeletal disorders was investigated using a logistic regression test.Then the resulting data were collected and modeled by one of the neural network algorithms. Finally, artificial neural networks presented an optimal model to predict the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Results: The results showed that by increasing the level of social interactions, the level of demand, control, and leadership in the job, musculoskeletal disorders in men and women decrease. There was a significant relationship between the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and job demand, job control levels, social interaction levels, leadership levels, organizational climate levels, job satisfaction levels, and stress levels, in addition between reports of pain in the neck and shoulder and wrist/hand region. There was a significant relationship with the overall ROSA score. Also, there was a significant relationship between the report of pain or discomfort in the neck area with the phone screen risk score, wrist/hand with the keyboard-mouse risk score, and shoulder, upper back, elbow, and lower back with the chair risk score. The accuracy of the presented model for predicting musculoskeletal disorders was also about 88.5%, which indicates the acceptability of the results. Conclusion: The results showed that several factors play a role in causing musculoskeletal disorders, which include individual, environmental, psychosocial, and workstation factors. Therefore, in the design of an ergonomic workstation, the effects of the mentioned factors should be investigated. Also, predicting the effectiveness of each of the mentioned factors using an artificial neural network showed that this type of modeling can be used to prevent musculoskeletal disorders or other multifactorial disorders.

Walnut mechanical properties are an appropriate criterion for designing and adjusting the various parts of harvesting machines that are in contact with walnut. In this research, the aim is to find the effect of ultrasound factors on walnut mechanical properties to reduce walnut rupture force and energy. Walnuts were treated with three ultrasound time duration (5, 10, and 15 min) and three ultrasound bath temperatures (20, 35, and 50 ºC). After the walnuts were treated by ultrasound factors, wet and dried walnut samples were loaded at three loading speeds (0.5, 1.5, 2.5 mm/s) along width and length direction for determination of mechanical properties. Regarding the ANOVA results, the ultrasound time factor had the most effect on the rupture force, energy, and toughness. Results showed walnut ultrasound-treated samples had minimum rupture force and energy. Also, rupture force, required energy, and toughness decreased with increasing ultrasound bath temperature and the ultrasound time duration. The minimum walnut rupture force was obtained at 62.7 N in 25 min ultrasound time duration, 50 ºC bath temperature, 1.5 mm/s loading speed, and width loading direction for wet walnut sample.

Introduction: Numerous studies have been conducted on the development of modern insulators, including nano-insulators. However, a comprehensive study has yet to be performed to review and investigate the thermal properties of these insulators. Consequently, this study aimed to examine the effect of nanomaterials on thermal insulation function. Material and Methods: In this review, articles were searched for in English databases (PubMed, Web of Science, and ScienceDirect), Persian databases (Magiran, SID), and Google Scholar. The keywords used in the search were Nano Material, Nano Insulation, Thermal Insulation, Thermal Insulator Stability, and Thermal Conductivity in both English and Persian. Results: Of the 4068 studies identified through search databases, 15 were selected according to the entry criteria. Among the studies, the three types of silicone, composite, and aerogel insulation had the highest frequency (each 26.67%), and SiO2 nanoparticles were the most prevalent nanomaterial (26.67%). According to the studies, the type of nanomaterial used in insulation will improve its properties such as thermal resistance, mechanical strength, dielectric strength, tensile strength, elasticity, and hardness. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that using nanotechnology could be an effective step in improving the properties of insulation materials, the most important of which is increased thermal resistance. Moreover, nanotechnology insulators can prevent thermal energy loss, reduce costs, and provide safety and comfort.

Global and regional trends of population aging spotlight major public health concerns. As one of the most common adverse prognostic factors, advanced age is associated with a remarkable incidence risk of many non-communicable diseases, affecting major organ systems of the human body. Age-dependent factors and molecular processes can change the nervous system’s normal function and lead to neurodegenerative disorders. Oxidative stress results from of a shift toward reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in the equilibrium between ROS generation and the antioxidant defense system. Oxidative stress and neuroinflammation caused by Amyloid-ß protein deposition in the human brain are the most likely pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Walnut extracts could reduce Amyloid-ß fibrillation and aggregation, indicating their beneficial effects on memory and cognition. Walnut can also improve movement disabilities in Parkinson’s disease due to their antioxidant and neuroprotective effect by reducing ROS and nitric oxide (NO) generation and suppressing oxidative stress. It is noteworthy that Walnut compounds have potential antiproliferative effects on Glioblastoma (the most aggressive primary cerebral neoplasm). This effective therapeutic agent can stimulate apoptosis of glioma cells in response to oxidative stress, concurrent with preventing angiogenesis and migration of tumor cells, improving the quality of life and life expectancy of patients with glioblastoma. Antioxidant Phenolic compounds of the Walnut kernel could explain the significant anti-convulsion ability of Walnut to provide good prevention and treatment for epileptic seizures. Moreover, the anti-inflammatory effect of Walnut oil could be beneficial in treating multiple sclerosis. In this study, we review the pharmaceutical properties of Walnut in age-related neurological disorders.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Kolb's learning styles and learning slang among Iranian EFL students with a gender-based focus. To this end, 63 EFL students of Tehran University were selected as the participants of the study out of 70 through the proficiency test by simple random sampling. The participants were both genders--27 males and 36 females aged between 18 and 25 in 2017-2018. Using descriptive statistics, correlation, regression and t-test, the data were analyzed. The results of the study indicated a high, significant and positive regression of Kolb's learning style. The highest correlation between Kolb's learning styles and learning American slang was related to the Concrete Experience (CE) and the weakest one was related to the Abstract Conceptualization (AC). The results of the correlation demonstrated positive, significant and high correlation between the Kolb's (2005) learning styles and slang learning. Likewise, the study showed the highest correlation between the experiential learning styles (Concrete Experience, CE) and the slang learning. Meanwhile, the study showed non-significant correlation either between gender and slang learning or between gender and learning styles. The implication is that the teacher trainers may include fostering the beneficial learning styles in their lesson plan in order to improve the teachers' teaching.

Breast cancer is recognized as the most common cause of cancer deaths in women. So far, no definite treatment has been identified there is no certain cure for breast cancer. The Ooverexpression of interleukin-8 is associated with increased tumor growth and breast cancer metastasis. Hesperetin is a flavonone sub-group of flavonoids that is abundantly found in citrus fruits, including lemons and oranges. Considering the anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory role of hesperetin, as also, well as the role of interleukin-8 in cancer metastasis and progression, in this studythe present study aimed to assess , the effect of hesperetin on the expression of the interleukin-8 gene in MCF-7 cell line has been investigated. The relative expression level of interleukin-8 gene in MCF-7 cell line at concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 100, and 200 µM hesperetin and durations of 6, 24, and 48 hours (with the concentration of 100 µM) was performed using the A real-time polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR)Real-time method PCR was performed. The obtained Our results pointed out showed that the level of interleukin-8 gene expression decreases with an increase in by increasing the concentration of hesperetin (up to 100 µM), the level of interleukin-8 gene expression decreases. Furthermore, Also, the level of interleukin-8 gene expression in the 48-hour treatment was lower than that in the 24- and 6-hour treatments. Considering its various properties, including anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, hesperetin could be effective in reducing the risk of metastasis and progression of breast cancer by reducing the expression of the interleukin-8 gene.
