Current treatments for gastric cancer (GC) are suboptimal. Potential therapeutic targets for GC were screened using next-generation sequencing. We examined many mutation genes linked to GC, including TP53 (60%), PIK3CA (19%), LRP1B (13%), and ERBB2 (12%), ARID1A (9%), KMT2C (9%), and KRAS (7%). The KMT2C, KRAS, CDK6, and ARID1A wild-type genes were dominant in diffuse-type GC (P <.05), but mutations did not influence prognosis. Patients with APC (6%) and CDH1 (8%) wild-type GC presented with vascular invasion (P <.05). Patients with ATR (2%) wild-type GC were prone to lymph node metastasis (P <.05). Patients with ARID1A (9%) wild-type GC had reduced programmed death ligand 1 expression (<1, P <.05). We found that patients who received chemotherapy had a better prognosis than those who did not (although there was no statistical difference), with platinum-based group having better prognosis and uracil combined with paclitaxel group having worse prognosis. In this study, three novel main-chain liquid-crystal polyurethanes based on mesogenic diol 4,4ʹ-bis(6-hydroxyhexoxy)biphenyl (BP6), azo diol 4,4ʹ-bis(6-hydroxyhexyloxy)-azobenzene (BHHAB) and 4,4ʹ-diisocyanato-3,3ʹ-dimethylbiphenyl (DMBDI) were synthesised via polyaddition method. The chemical structure, thermal properties, liquid-crystal behaviour and microstructure were fully characterised by FTIR, 1HNMR, UV spectrum, Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), Polarizing optical microscope (POM) and X-ray diffraction techniques. The resulted polyurethanes showed strong UV absorption at 313 nm ascribed to π–π* transition of azo group. All of the polyurethanes showed multiple transitions on DSC curve, which could be ascribed to crystal, melting and isotropization transitions combined with the POM observation. The thermal degradation of the polymers occurred at much higher temperatures (325–331°C) than the melting ones (144–154°C), making the melt processing feasible. The polyurethane showed semicrystalline structure based on diffraction and DSC results. The obtained polyurethanes exhibited smectic mesophase as verified by variable temperature WAXD results, and the mesophase temperature range was more than 25°C based on the POM observation. In DC microgrid (DC-MG), the loads connected with converters under strict control are considered as CPLs (constant power loads). When the voltage of CPLs decreases, the current increases and the negative impedance characteristic of CPLs cause instability easily. Fortunately, appropriate control for energy storage units could improve the system stability. However, most traditional control methods for bidirectional DC-DC power converters (BDC) connected with battery storage units do not quantitatively consider the stability influences of control parameters. This paper quantitatively analyzes the stability influence of the BDC current-mode control parameters and the negative impact of CPLs and derives the control parameter determination method for BDC interfaced storage systems. Large signal stability constraints are obtained in terms of mixed potential function. According to the constraints, the large signal stability is improved when the BDC control parameter kp increases, while the stability is degraded when the power of CPLs increases. The control parameter determination method is very effective and convenient to apply, and the appropriate parameter kp for BDC is determined. The regions of asymptotic stability (RAS) identify that the proposed control parameter determination method could improve the system stability effectively.
