Metal plastic hybrids will become more important as components for lightweight constructions. It is reported about optimisation of making three layer hybrids consisted of a steel plate, an adhesion layer based of uretdione powder coating material and a flexible component polyurethane in model experiments. Hybrid formation is performed in a compression moulding process. The adhesion layer and the polyurethane are modified to increase the hybrid bond strength. Peel test are conducted to quantitatively characterize the bond strength and an apparent energy release rate is calculated based on the peel force. For hybrids with widths of 2 mm polyurethane stripes it is possible to increase the apparent energy release rate for about 30 % to 16 N/mm in comparison with a hybrid with unmodified components. These hybrids have the same high bond strength level as the strongest hybrids reported in literature. Concluding the optimisation results are discussed related to their relevancy for the interpretation of the adhesion mechanisms in the interface between adhesion layer and polyurethane. The grain growth studies presented here show anomalies in the growth dynamics in SrTiO3. For the temperature range investigated, the overall grain growth does not follow the classical Arrhenius-type temperature dependence. At a critical temperature the grain growth rate decreases substantially with increasing temperature. Such a decrease is reported for the first time in bulk ceramic material.

- Abstract
We have searched for Θ+(1540) and Ξ−−(1862) pentaquark candidates in proton-inducedreactions on C, Ti, and W targets at midrapidity and s√=41.6 GeV. In 2×108 inelastic eventswe find no evidence for narrow (σ≈5 MeV) signals in the Θ+→pK0S and Ξ−−→Ξ−π− channels; our 95% C.L. upper limits (UL) forthe inclusive production cross section times branching fraction B dσ/dy $y ≈0 are (4-16) μb/N for a Θ+ mass between 1521 and 1555 MeV,and 2.5μb/N for the Ξ−−. The UL of the yield ratio of Θ+/Λ(1520)

Using the HERA-B detector, the b (b) over bar production cross section has been measured in 920 GeV proton collisions on carbon and titanium targets. The b (b) over bar production was tagged via inclusive bottom quark decays into J/psi by exploiting the longitudinal separation of J/psi --> l(+)l(-) decay vertices from the primary proton-nucleus interaction. Both e(+)e(-) and mu(+)mu(-) channels have been reconstructed and the combined analysis yields the cross section sigma(b (b) over bar) = 32(-12)(+14)(stat) (+6)(-7)(sys) nb/nucleon.

- Abstract
We have searched for Θ+(1540) and Ξ−−(1862) pentaquark candidates in proton-inducedreactions on C, Ti, and W targets at midrapidity and s√=41.6 GeV. In 2×108 inelastic eventswe find no evidence for narrow (σ≈5 MeV) signals in the Θ+→pK0S and Ξ−−→Ξ−π− channels; our 95% C.L. upper limits (UL) forthe inclusive production cross section times branching fraction B dσ/dy $y ≈0 are (4-16) μb/N for a Θ+ mass between 1521 and 1555 MeV,and 2.5μb/N for the Ξ−−. The UL of the yield ratio of Θ+/Λ(1520)<(3-12)% is significantly lower than model predictions.Our UL of B Ξ−−/Ξ(1530)0<4% is at variance with the results that have provided the first evidencefor the Ξ−−.

- Abstract
Ein zentrales Thema von Modellversuchen in Verbindung mit der Berufsausbildung ist die Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Konzepte. Grundlage dafür sollte der konkrete Zustand in der reellen Praxis sein. Die Autorin erstellt in Recherche zahlreicher Quellen einen Überblick zum Kompetenzbegriff (Fach-, Methoden-, Sozial-, Personal-, Handlungskompetenz). Sie meint, dass zur Analyse, Evaluierung sowie zur gezielte Selektion relevanter Informationen eine Strategie zur Kompe-tenzentwicklung erforderlich ist, bei der Lernende einen grundlegenden Fundus an Medienkompetenz besitzen müssen und der Lehrende einen Rollenwandlung vom Wissensvermittler zum Anleiter erfährt. Mit Hilfe spezieller Handlungsanleitungen beantwortet der Lernende Fragen und gewinnt selbstständig Fachinformationen. Der Anleitende beaufsichtigt, kontrolliert und bewertet den Prozess der Informationsgewinnung. Die Ergebnisse werden zusammengefasst und dienen der Beantwortung offener Fragen. Die Autorin geht davon aus, dass methodische Orientierungshilfen sowohl bei deduktiv, als auch bei induktiv angelegter Erkenntnisgewinnung im Unterricht der Berufsausbildung angewandt werden können. Die neuen Informationssysteme zeigen uns dabei neue Wege der Informationsverarbeitung auf. Die Autorin kategorisiert aktuelle digitale Medien. In einer empirischen Erhebung mit Auszubildenden im Bildungsgang zum Gärtner/zur Gärtnerin wird geprüft, in welchem Ausbildungs-jahr welche digitalen Medien zur Fachinformationsgewinnung im handlungsorientierten Unterricht geeignet sind. Die speziellen Handlungsanleitungen der Untersuchung befinden sich im Anhang (Band II) der Publikation. Zusätzlich gibt die Autorin Lehrenden eine Anleitung zur selbstständigen Erstellung von Handlungsanleitungen. Das lebenslangen Lernen beginnt mit der ersten Unterweisung und erfordert eine stetige Qualifikation. The target of the survey was the independent procurement of specialized information in a lesson with orientation on praxis. The special action guides of the tests are in the appendix (Volume II) of the publication. Additionally, the author give a instruction for teacher, to develop action guides independently. FCNC ,Decays of charmed mesons - Abstract
We report on a search for the flavor-changing neutral current decay D0→μ+μ− using 50×106 events recorded with a dimuon trigger in interactions of 920 GeV protons with nuclei by the HERA-B experiment. We find no evidence for such decays and set a 90% confidence level upper limit on the branching fraction B(D0→μ+μ−)
