Following the outbreak of COVID-19, the cruise industry hit its lowest point, which made operators either cancel or change cruise itineraries, causing significant devastation to cruise ports and port cities. Consequently, the concept of resilience, which focuses on an industry's ability to recover after disruption, has grown in popularity and must be studied by both scholars and practitioners. This study aims to construct a valid hierarchical resilience model based on the causal interrelationship between attributes to guide practitioners in reaching resilient outcomes. The results are expected to be useful for researchers and industry stakeholders in determining actions to utilize the remaining equipment and budget to build future strategies for a quicker recovery. This study uses the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (FDEMATEL) and the analytic network process (ANP) to analyze questionnaires and accomplish the objectives of the study. The findings show that technological resilience is the most important dimension and that it has strong influences on all other dimensions. In addition, innovation adaptability, port authorities, the urban built environment and resource allocation procedures are the linkage criteria identified as the strongest causes in achieving resilience. Process innovation is the core that helps both firms and countries achieve development goals quickly and sustainably. However, how a country's ecosystem aligns with the innovation development of domestic firms and reverses backwards is less discussed. This study examines how process innovation practices at different levels affect the firms' and governments' performance to build a global competitiveness roadmap. The data of 4,859 small and medium manufacturing firms in nine Southeast Asian countries are used to examine the critical process innovation practices at the firm level, then utilized the Global Competitiveness Index to determine whether the cross-level effects the relationship between process innovation practices and firms, and national competitiveness performance. A two-level hierarchical model shows that innovation investment positively impacts process innovation practices. Higher education, training, and labor market efficiency also have a cross-level influence on process innovation. Finally, firm performance is boosted by integrating process innovation with financial market growth and size. The contributions are: (1) demonstrating a direct and indirect impact of innovation investment on process innovation practices and (2) providing an in-depth look at the cross-level effect of process innovation on global competitiveness. Résumé: L'innovation de processus est un élément central qui permet à la fois aux entreprises et aux pays d'atteindre rapidement et durablement les objectifs de développement. Toutefois, la manière dont l'écosystème d'un pays s'aligne sur le développement de l'innovation des entreprises nationales, et s'inverse, est moins étudiée. Cette étude examine comment les pratiques d'innovation de processus à différents niveaux affectent les performances des entreprises et des gouvernements afin d'élaborer une feuille de route pour la compétitivité. Les données de 4859 petites et moyennes entreprises manufacturières dans neuf pays d'Asie du Sud-Est sont utilisées pour examiner les pratiques critiques d'innovation de processus au niveau de l'entreprise, puis l'indice mondial de compétitivité, pour déterminer si leur croisement affecte la relation entre les pratiques d'innovation de processus et les entreprises, et la performance de la compétitivité nationale. Un modèle hiérarchique à deux niveaux montre que l'investissement dans l'innovation a un impact positif sur les pratiques d'innovation de processus. L'enseignement supérieur, la formation et l'efficacité du marché du travail ont également une influence transversale sur l'innovation des processus. Enfin, les performances des entreprises sont stimulées par l'intégration de l'innovation de processus à la croissance et à la taille des marchés financiers. This study contributes to concerning data-driven zero-carbon transition in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Zero-carbon transition ensures that regions meet energy system provisions, are resilient to climate change, and adopt transition assessments toward the goal of low or zero carbon. Prior studies have failed to (1) generate these attributes from databases and confirm the validity of prominent attributes, (2) build a hierarchical model with an interrelationship from the world-regional perspective, and (3) determine the vital attributes representing knowledge gaps for zero-carbon transition. The proposed hybrid method is employed to obtain attributes from a database and is based on the literature. The results indicate that energy system provisions, low-carbon transition assessment and resilience in terms of climate change adaptation are significant in directing zero-carbon transition studies and challenges. This study aims to establish a systematic data-driven analysis that exemplifies a precious reverse logistic portrayal toward industry 4.0 and extension impute for sustainable growth due to there are plenty of indicators unveils among the massive diffusion of reverse logistic and industry 4.0 in extending literature. A combination of content analysis, networking analysis, fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory, and Choquet integral is adopted. This study contributes to insight on a valid hierarchical structure of reverse logistic toward industry 4.0, explore the causal inter-relationships among the attributes and identify the critical attributes for achieving sustainable performance, and identify the decisive reverse logistic activities in electronic industry practices in Vietnam. The result shows that sustainable circularity, smart municipality and digitalising accessibility are causal aspects with potential opportunities, challenges for prominent improvement. The digitalising accessibility is emphasised as the most important aspect in the structure. The collection stage and disposition stage are indicated to be top prioritised to enhance the electronic reverse logistic practices toward the industry 4.0 in Vietnam. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study contributes to investigating the interrelationships among circular supply chain strategy (CSCY) attributes in Industry 4.0 (I4.0), and it provides practical implications for the canned food industry. Prior studies are inadequate in determining CSCY attributes in I4.0 with a thorough viewpoint under qualitative information. To fill this gap, this study aims to determine the crucial CSCY attributes in I4.0 together with their interrelationships. A hybrid method including text mining, cluster analysis, the fuzzy Delphi method (FDM), the fuzzy decision‐making trial and evaluation laboratory (FDEMATEL), and the analytical network process (ANP) is utilized. Five aspects and 25 criteria from the original set of attributes are validated. In the results, the causal group consists of circular production strategy and technological advancement, while the effect group includes waste circulation, a circular product‐service system (PSS), and circular integration. The critical criteria cover cleaner production, resource efficiency, the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics applications, and industrial symbiosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
