El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar una estrategia de marketing logístico para la mejora de la experiencia del cliente y los niveles del servicio prestado por las empresas participantes en el proyecto MejorTour, en el marco de la pandemia del COVID-19. Se realiza una investigación cualitativa mediante entrevistas y encuestas a los gerentes de las empresas turísticas para medir los efectos causados por la pandemia del Covid-19, con los datos obtenidos se definen los factores económicos, financieros, recursos humanos, comerciales, tecnológicos, administrativos, de mercado y políticos más determinantes que tuvieron mayor impacto en las operaciones logísticas. Se exploran diferentes estrategias en el sector turístico que fueron aplicadas durante la emergencia sanitaria, destacando: la cooperación entre empresas turísticas, ecoturismo, aplicaciones tecnológicas en el marketing, implementación de herramientas digitales a sus procesos, redes sociales, alianzas estratégicas y clústeres. En la selección de los elementos claves para la estrategia se aplica el análisis FODA, Matriz EFI (factores internos), Matriz EFE (factores externos) y se desarrolla un tablero de mando de control mediante la metodología del Balance Scorecard. Con lo que se define la estrategia de marketing logístico como una colaboración empresarial entre las empresas participantes en el proyecto MejorTour conformando una Red de Proveedores Turísticos. Mediante dinámica de sistemas, se obtiene un diagrama de influencias, diagrama causal, identificación de arquetipos y bucles con las variables más importantes de la estrategia de marketing logístico, para dar paso al diagrama de Forrester dando origen a 3 subsistemas: Subsistema Efecto de la estrategia marketing logístico-red de proveedores en la demanda; Subsistema Compras - Inventario para demanda con influencia de la estrategia marketing logístico y Subsistema Flujo de efectivo y factor precios alianza con proveedores. Los resultados de la simulación demuestran que el efecto de la estrategia de marketing logístico conformado por la Red de Proveedores turísticos tendrá un mayor impacto en la generación de nueva demanda, cuando este no se vea limitado por la disponibilidad de movilidad en el sector turístico que surge del aumento en la ocupación de camas de UCI por casos de Covid-19, entre mayor sea la disponibilidad mayor será la cantidad de reservas que percibirá la empresa de alojamiento y por el contrario entre menor sea la disponibilidad la llegada de turistas se reduce. En el Subsistema de Compras – Inventarios cuando existe interrupción 20 en la cadena de abastecimiento hay problemas de inventarios ya que la recepción de insumos tiene un retraso de un mes lo que dificulta la operación logística. Para el tercer Subsistema Flujo de efectivo la problemática se evidencia con las restricciones en el sistema al no existir entrada de dinero por ventas de reservas provocando saldo negativo, derivando deudas, incumplimiento de pagos fijos a empleados, créditos o proveedores. The following work aims to design a logistics marketing strategy to improve the customer experience and service levels provided by the companies participating in the BetterTour project, within the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative research is carried out through interviews and surveys of managers of tourism companies to measure the effects caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, with the data obtained are defined the most determining economic, financial, human resources, commercial, technological, administrative, market and political factors that had greater impact on logistics operations. Different strategies in the tourism sector that were applied during the health emergency are explored, highlighting: cooperation between tourism companies, ecotourism, technological applications in marketing, implementation of digital tools to their processes, social networks, strategic alliances and clusters. In the selection of the key elements for the strategy, we apply the FODA analysis, EFI matrix (internal factors), EFE matrix (external factors) and develop a control dashboard using the Balance Scorecard methodology. This defines the logistics marketing strategy as a business collaboration between the companies participating in the BetterTour project forming a Network of Tourism Suppliers. Using System Dynamics, we obtain an influence diagram, causal diagram, identification of archetypes and loops with the most important variables of the logistic marketing strategy, to give way to the Forrester diagram giving origin to 3 subsystems: Subsystem Effect of logistics marketing strategy-supplier network on demand; Subsystem Purchasing - Inventory for demand with influence of logistics marketing strategy and Subsystem Cash flow and pricing factor alliance with suppliers. The results of the simulation show that the effect of the logistics marketing strategy formed by the Network of Tourism Suppliers will have a greater impact on the generation of new demand, when this is not limited by the availability of mobility in the tourism sector that arises from the increase in the occupation of ICU beds by cases of Covid-19, the greater the availability the greater the amount of bookings will be perceived by the lodging company and on the contrary the lower the availability the arrival of tourists is reduced. In the Subsystem of Purchasing - Inventories, when there is a disruption in the supply chain, there are inventory problems, as the receipt of inputs is delayed by one month, making the logistics operation difficult.
