Based on the structure and movement theory of automobile clutch,combined with a clutch structural parameters of a vehicle,a virtual prototype of clutch is built in ADAMS virtual environment platform,and the simulation analysis of the working process of the clutch is carried out,such as ride comfort,impact strength,friction work,etc. Some reference basis for clutch virtual prototype design,simulation and testing is provided.

There are 4 groups of car wheel bearings, in which the inner ring of the 2 groups of bearings were reinforced by grinding process while the other 2 groups of bearings were not. After finishing grinding, then following by superfinishing to make them fit with steel and cage. When it was completed, 4 groups of bearings on the bearing fatigue testing machine were able to test the change of surface quality, operation temperature, vibration and clearance. The result shows that the surface quality, operating temperature, vibration and clearance changes of bearings are better than those untreated after reinforced grinding.

Environmental leadership has received continuous attention from the business sector in recent years, yet few studies have examined the internal mechanisms and contingent conditions that link environmental leadership to firm performance. The aim of this article is to advance research by investigating the relationship between environmental leadership and firm performance by considering the mediating role of green innovation practices and the moderating role of environmental knowledge learning. A questionnaire survey is used to collect data from 353 agricultural products corporations in China. Empirical results show that environmental leadership has a positive relationship with the two dimensions of firm performance, namely, environmental performance and financial performance. Results also indicate that green innovation practices (including green innovation strategy and actions) play a mediating role between environmental leadership and firm performance. Meanwhile, it is also found that environmental knowledge learning positively moderates the effect of environmental leadership on green innovation practices. This study adds value to the environmental management literature by introducing leadership style as an antecedent variable to examine the impact of environmental leadership on firm performance in China. And the study also highlights the important moderating effect of environmental knowledge learning on the relationship between environmental leadership and green innovation practices. The findings of this article could be important in terms of both management and policy implications.

The prehistoric peopling of the Tibetan Plateau is a contentious issue, with most archaeologists proposing that the first occupants migrated into the region from the north and the north-east, including from the vast area between the Altai Mountains and northern China. Here, the authors report on a newly discovered core-and-flake industry at the Tangda and Xiege sites in the south-eastern hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau. The discovery at these two sites of a lithic technology typical of the Upper Yangtze region provides new evidence for a south-eastern route of Late Pleistocene human dispersal onto the Tibetan Plateau. The establishment of a new type of natural protected area system with national parks as the main body is an inevitable trend of current development, and it is also an important ways to build a more beautiful China. During tourist visits, the national park will promote a variety of ways to enhance the ecological values of tourists. Ecological values can strengthen tourists' sense of identity, but their impact on tourists' pro-environmental behavior is not discussed. Based on this, Wuyishan National Park, a world natural and cultural heritage, is selected as the case site, and the PLS-SEM analysis method is used. An empirical test was conducted on 358 valid samples collected in the field. The results show the following: (1) tourists' ecological values and place identity can positively affect their pro-environmental behaviors; (2) place identity plays a mediating role between ecological values and tourists' pro-environmental behavior; (3) place dependence and place identity play a chain mediating role between ecological values and tourists' pro-environmental behavior; (4) according to the PLS-MGA test, gender and age can play a moderating role on the influence of ecological values on pro-environmental behavior. Therefore, the managers of national parks should pay attention to the cultivation of ecological values and consider tourist attraction, as well as formulating marketing strategies and other policy suggestions according to the different characteristics of tourists. The findings of this study offer both practical guidance and a theoretical underpinning for advancing ecological tourism within the framework of natural protected areas, with national parks playing a central role. The realization of the value of ecological products has led to an economic means for reducing carbon emissions in China. Tea is one of the most important cash crops and one of the most popular beverages in the world. Due to the complex the tea industrial chain, it is considered to be an industry with high carbon emissions. Ecological tea products with low-carbon attributes can be considered a linkage of ecology, economy, and society. Based on this, this paper presents research on low-carbon ecological tea (LCT). Herein, we construct the formational logic of low-carbon ecological products, explore the connotations of LCT, and form a conceptual pathway for realizing LCT to contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation. This paper starts from the upstream, midstream, and downstream of the industrial chain; it establishes three value realization pathways that keep, as a priority, the promotion of ecological industrialization, focus on restoration to improve the ecology of the industrial chain, and innovate technology to expand the industrial chain. The pathways are a set of low-emission production solutions that use techniques to enhance carbon sequestration in soil, reduce the use of fertilizers and pesticides, and help shift to clean energy from low-emission sources in the stages of plantation, processing, and distribution. In the process of realizing LCT, the government plays an important role, and its support and guidance are needed. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper builds an implementation mechanism that focuses on the micro perspective (users, organizations), integrates the mesoscopic perspective (industry), and relies on the macro perspective (government). The popularity of the Internet has toppled people's thinking models and teaching styles as well as influenced the operation of school education. In teaching processes, computers could attract students' attention through vivid images, bright colors and characters, and sound to further promote their learning concentration and interests. Research on the application of integrating information into instruction is increasing, and lots of studies prove that technology could help students' learning and improve their learning attitudes. In this study, the nonequivalent pretest posttest control group design is utilized for the quasi-experiment research. Total 236 students in two classes each from Xiamen University and Fuzhou University in Fujian Province are selected as the research objects for the 32-week experimental instruction for 3 hours per week (total 96 hours). The research results reveal 1. significant effects of adventure education on comprehension, 2. remarkable effects of adventure education on learning effectiveness, 3. the best promotion of comprehension with Reciprocal Teaching under multimedia teaching, and 4. the best promotion of learning effectiveness with Reciprocal Teaching under multimedia teaching. The results are further discussed to propose specific suggestions in this study. It is expected to enhance teachers' teaching skills and promote students' learning effectiveness.

The occupation process and survival strategies of prehistoric humans on the Tibetan Plateau are important scientific questions for understanding human adaptation to extreme high-altitude environments. Here, we report a newly discovered microlithic site at Daiqu (DQ) in the Tongtian River basin of the central-eastern plateau. We collected 239 lithic artifacts from the DQ site for typological analysis. OSL and AMS14C dating samples were collected from the human active layer. Lipid residues from hearth sediments were analyzed, and we simulated and assessed environmental extremity and route accessibility for the site. Dating results suggest that the stable sedimentary layers began to form around 10.96 ± 0.56 ka BP at the DQ site. Human activity at DQ as early as 9271 ± 143 cal a BP, making it the earliest reported Holocene site with accurate stratigraphic dating on the plateau hinterland to date. Hearths and lithic artifacts indicate that the DQ site was a frequently used seasonal hunting camp, where quality lithic raw material was obtained and microliths processed. Prehistoric humans occupying the site relied on non-ruminant terrestrial animals as food resources. The DQ site is ideally situated to serve as a transit station for hunter-gatherers as they migrated between high and low elevations. It has long been believed that the earliest ceramics in the central plain of China were produced by the Neolithic cultures of Jiahu 1 and Peiligang. Excavations at Lijiagou in Henan Province, dating to the ninth millennium BC, have, however, revealed evidence for the earlier production of pottery, probably on the eve of millet and wild rice cultivation in northern and southern China respectively. It is assumed that, as in other regions such as southwest Asia and South America, sedentism preceded incipient cultivation. Here evidence is presented that sedentary communities emerged among hunter-gatherer groups who were still producing micro blades. Lijiagou demonstrates that the bearers of the microblade industry were producers of pottery, preceding the earliest Neolithic cultures in central China. [Purpose/Significance] In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important social resource. Effective knowledge transfer will promote the exchange and sharing of knowledge, and play an irreplaceable role in improving organizational knowledge applications and innovation capabilities. Research in the field of knowledge transfer has produced rich results. However, the research review of knowledge transfer from various perspectives in China needs to be improved. [Method/Process] This paper selects CiteSpace software and adopts the bibliometric method to present visualization analysis of 2,854 journal papers related to knowledge transfer from core journals, CSSCI, and CSCD in the CNKI database. The analysis includes the core authors, academic institutions, and keyword data of the sample literature, and draws a keyword knowledge map that reflects the dynamics of the research topics. [Results/Conclusions] Through the analysis of the emergent time series, co-occurrence and clustering maps, and timeline maps, the research constructs a knowledge transfer research system from four aspects: research object, principle analysis, process path and research method, and predicts the future research directions of knowledge transfer from the perspective of enterprises, libraries and innovation: enterprise knowledge transfer research will focus on emerging companies; library knowledge transfer research will gradually increase the intermediary effect; innovation knowledge transfer will introduce topics related to knowledge, technology, and information transfer to achieve interdisciplinary research and innovation.
