- Abstract
This presents article shows a study on the inter-relations between the primary school, situated in the countryside, and the community around. The main goal of this descriptive research is to analyze the relationships that the school (directors and teachers) establish with the rural community where it operates, as well as their own students. Finally, based on the discussion about the group formed by the teachers from the rural primary school, it is possible to conclude that, regardless of hardship that may exist during the teaching-learning activities in rural breast, also since the community have little participation in making decisions of school, school-community relations, teacher - student, student-student are still narrow.
