Taaccüb, in other words, being amazed is part of human nature. In order to express this feeling, unique patterns and concepts have been developed in each language. Such patterns are also quite common in the Arabic language. In this article, the phrases used by the Arabs for taaccüb are discussed. Many taaccüb expressions in the Arabic language have actually been developed by abstracting from its meaning and transforming it into a taaccüb expression. Such expressions are frequently encountered in hadith texts and classical Arabic literature, but their meanings are ignored and a wrong translation is made. In our article, information is given on how to make the correct translation by handling such expressions.In the determination of the expressions used for taaccüb in the Arabic language, the reflections of these uses in classical Arabic poems and hadith texts were examined by frequently using the work of Ibn Sîde's (d. 458/1066) el-Muhkem ve’l-muhîtü’l-aʿzam. In this context, examples from poems and hadiths are given for many uses. We hope that our article will fill a gap and gain new horizons in understanding and conveying such terms correctly., Taaccüb diğer bir ifadeyle hayrete kapılma insan doğasının bir parçasıdır. Bu duygunun ifade edilmesi için her dilde kendine özgü kalıp ve kavramlar geliştirilmiştir. Arap dilinde de bu türden kalıplar oldukça fazladır. Bu makalede Arapların taaccüb için kullandıkları kalıp ifadeler ele alınmıştır. Arap dilinde birçok taaccüb ifadesi aslında zem ifade eden bir kullanımın kendi anlamından soyutlanarak bir taaccüb ifadesine dönüştürülmesi ile geliştirilmiştir. Bu türden ifadelere hadis metinlerinde ve klasik Arap edebiyatında da sıklıkla karşılaşılmakta ancak taaccüb manaları göz ardı edilip yanlış bir çeviri yapılmaktadır. Makalemizde bu türden ifadeler ele alınıp doğru çevirinin nasıl yapılacağı konusunda bilgiler verilmiştir.Arap dilinde taaccüb için kullanılan ifadelerin tespitinde İbn Sîde’nin (ö. 458/1066) el-Muhkem ve’l-muhîtü’l-aʿzam eserinden sıklıkla yararlanılıp bu kullanımların klasik Arap şiirlerinde ve hadis metinlerindeki yansımaları incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda birçok kullanım için şiirlerden ve hadislerden örnekler verilmiştir. Makalenin bu türden tabirlerin anlaşılması ve doğru aktarılması konusunda bir boşluğu dolduracağı ve yeni ufuklar kazandıracağı umulmaktadır.

Günümüzde bireylerin ve toplumların sorunlarının çözümü noktasında gerçekleştirilen sosyal ve toplumsal proje ve çalışmalarda giderek daha belirgin olarak görülen sosyal pazarlama uygulamaları sürdürülebilir olumlu davranış değişiklikleri yaratarak etkili ve kalıcı bir çözüm yöntemi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bireylerin ve toplumun menfaati doğrultusunda sosyal proje ve çalışmalar gerçekleştirenlerden bir tanesi olan kâr amaçsız örgütlerde daha etkili ve başarılı çalışmalar ile sorunlar karşısında kalıcı çözümler üretebilmek için çalışmalarını sosyal pazarlama uygulamaları ile bütünleştirmektedir.Bu tezin amacı kâr amaçsız bir örgütün bireylerin ve toplumun sorunlarına yönelik gerçekleştirdiği çalışmalara sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarını nasıl adapte ettiğini, bu uygulamalardan yeterince yararlanıp yararlanmadığını, uygulamaların çalışmalara olan katkısını incelemektir. Bu tez teori ve uygulama olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Teori kısmında araştırmanın temelini oluşturan sosyal pazarlama kavramı ve içeriği, kâr amaçsız örgütler, kâr amaçsız örgütlerde sosyal pazarlama ve kâr amaçsız örgütlerde kadınlara yönelik sosyal pazarlama faaliyetleri kavramları detaylı bir şekilde ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Uygulama kısmında ise Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyesi Kent Konseyi Kadın Meclisi Başkanı ile yüz yüze derinlemesine görüşme gerçekleştirilerek veriler toplanmış ve sonrasında analiz bulguları tartışılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen görüşmede elde edilen bulgular neticesinde sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarının kâr amaçsız örgütün çalışmalarını daha etkili ve başarılı kıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Genel olarak çalışmaların her aşamasında sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarından yararlanıldığı gözlemlenmekle birlikte bazı sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarının çalışmalara yeterince dahil edilemediği ve eksikliklerin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Today, social marketing practices, which are seen in social projects and studies that are carried out at the point of solving the problems of individuals and societies, create sustainable positive behavior changes and emerge as an effective and permanent solution method. One of those who carry out of social projects and studies in the interest of individual and society is non-profit organizations. It is now integrating its activities with social marketing applications in order to produce permanent solutions in the face of problems with more effective and successful works in these organization.The aim of this thesis is to study how the non profit organisations adapt their researches rekated to the problems of individuals and socity to their social marketinf applications, whether they are benefitted from these applications and the contribution of these applications to researches.This thesis consist of theory and practice. In theory part, social marketing term and context, underpining the basic of the research, were investigated in detail in terms of non-profit organizations, social marketing in non-profit organizations, and social marketing facilities in other organizations towards women. In the practice part, the data were collected via in depth interview with Manisa Metropolitan Municipality City Council the President of Women Parliament. According to the from information gathered from the meeting, it is discovered that social marketing applications make the researches of non profit organisations more effective and succesful. Each part of the activities social marketing applications are used in general but these applications are not involved enough in activities and there are some inadequences in these applications. 82

Arap Dilinde Taaccub Üslubu ve Kuran'ı Kerimde Örnek Kullanımı isimli bu tez, Erciyes Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü'ne Yüksek Lisans Tezi olarak sunulmuş olup, bir giriş, iki ana bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümün ilk kısmında tezin konusu, yöntemi ve kullanılan kaynaklar belirtilmiş olup ikinci kısmında ise Taaccübün lügat ve terim manaları belirtilmiş ve taaccub ile ilgili yapılan tanımlara yer verilmiştir.Birinci bölümün birinci kısmında, taaccub ifade eden kıyasi kalıplar ele alınıp, sarf ve nahiv ilimleri bağlamında incelenmiştir. There are term and dictionary meanings of taaccup style and definitions that are about taaccup in the second part of the opening. Regular patterns that refers to taaccup are discussed and analyzed in terms of syntax and phonetics in the first part of the first main section. Irregular patterns that refers taaccup are discussed and these patterns are defined in terms of their real and metaphorical meanings in the second part of the first main section. Taaccup samples that are used in Qur'an are analyzed and opinions of Qur'an interpreters that are about the verses are included in the second main section.Thesis ends up with a conclusion and bibliography. 126

WOS: 000393477900019, Antibacterial, antifungal activity and MIC values of the acetone, methanol and chloroform extracts of the lichen Bryoria capillaris (Ach.) and its barbatolic acid constituent have been investigated against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeasts and filamentous fungi using disk-diffusion method. Microplate Alamar Blue Assay was also carried out to determine the antitubercular activity. The extracts of lichen were shown considerable antimicrobial effect to tested pathogenic microorganisms. Also, the isolated compound barbatolic acid significantly affected against the infectious pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv with a MIC value of 31.25 mu g/ml. Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanik Bahçesi (NGBB)'inde 61 likenleşmiş ve bir likenikol mantar tespit edilmiştir. Belirlenen bu türlerden Bacidina caligans ve Xanthoriicola physciae Türkiye, yirmisi ise İstanbul ili için yeni kayıttır. Yoğun yerleşimin içerisinde likenlerin nispeten yüksek sayıda bulunduğu bu gibi vahalar, gelecekte kentsel çevrenin hava kalitesinin izlenmesinde yararlı bir veri altyapısı niteliği taşımaktadır, Sixty-one lichenized and one lichenicolous fungi were detected in Nezahat Gökyiğit Botanik Bahçesi (NGBB). Bacidina caligans and Xanthoriicola physciae, are new to Turkey, and twenty of them are new for the province of Istanbul. This oasis having relatively high number of lichens in the midst of a dense settlement will provide a useful database for a forthcoming monitoring of air quality in this urban environment

Akdağ Tabiat Parkı (Afyon-Denizli)'nın liken çeşitliliğini ortaya koymayı amaçlayan bu çalışmada 35 lokaliteden toplanan liken örnekleri değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme sonucunda çalışma alanından 350 liken ve likenikol mantar taksonun yayılış gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Böylece daha önceki çalışmalarla birlikte, çalışma alanındaki toplam liken kaydı 360'a ulaşmıştır., In this study which is aiming to determine lichen diversity of Akdağ Natural Park (Afyon-Denizli), the lichen samples collected from 35 localities were investigated. As a result of this investigation, 350 lichen and lichenicolous fungi taxa were detected for this area. Therefore, the total number of lichen and lichenicolous records in this area reached to 360 including previous studies.

Bu çalışma, İslam Devrimi sonrası İran'ın Ortadoğu politikalarının batı emperyalizmine karşı `direniş` kavramı çerçevesinde incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu çerçevede; ilk çağlardan günümüze değin, gerek dünya gerekse Ortadoğu siyasetinde direnişin kökenleri analiz edilerek bu kavramın bölge siyasi tarihinde geçirdiği evreler saptanacaktır. Yine 1979 tarihinde gerçekleşen İran İslam Devriminin, İslami direniş hareketi bağlamında ele alınması düşünülmektedir. Aynı doğrultuda İran dış politikasında direniş kavramının, devrim ihracı politikaları ile birleşmesi sonucunda nasıl `direniş ekseni` söylemine dönüştüğü irdelenecektir. Bu çalışmada, son dönemlerde Ortadoğu'da artan İran etkisini açıklamada `mezhepsel yayılmacılık`, `Şii Hilali` ve `İran'ın jeopolitik ihtirasları` bağlamında ele alınmasının yetersiz kaldığı savunulmaktadır. Ayrıca `direniş ekseni` söyleminin, bu eksene dâhil olan ve batılı emperyalist politikaların bölgesel etkisinden korunmasını hedefleyen Suriye gibi ülkeler ile HAMAS ve Hizbullah gibi gruplar üzerindeki etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Yine bu çalışmada, bölge siyasi tarihinin direniş ekseni bağlamında son bir tahlilinin yapılması hedeflenmektedir. This study aims to examine the Middle East policies of Iran after the Islamic revolution against the western imperialism within the framework of the concept of resistance. In this framework, from prehistoric ages till today, the roots of resistance both in the world and in the Middle East politics will be analysed, and the stages through which this concept has gone in the political history of the region will be identified. Also, the Iranian Islamic revolution, which took place in 1979, will be dealt with within the Islamic resistance movement. In addition, it will be examined how the concept of resistance in the foreign policies of Iran has turned into `axis of resistance` as a result of the combination of the concept of resistance with the policies of revolutionary export. In this study, it is argued that trying to explain the increasing influence of Iran in the Middle East in recent times by means of `sectarian expansionism`, the Shiite crescent` and `the geopolitical ambitions of Iran` will not be sufficient. Additionally, another goal is to reveal the effect of the resistance axis discourse on Syria as well as on HAMAS and Hezbollah, which are included in this axis and which Iran wants be protected from the regional influence of the western imperialist policies. Another aspect of the study aims to make a final analysis of the resistance axis in the political history of the region. 135

Comments on habitat, substrata and spore structures for 9 lichenicolous fungi species from Turkey are given. Endococcus verrucosus Hafellner and Rosellinula haplospora (Th.Fr. & Almqu. ex Th.Fr.) R.Sant. are new records for Turkey.

Our aim was to compare saddle anesthesia produced by 3 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine or 3mg hyperbaric levobupivacaine plus 25 µg fentanyl for daycase plenoidal sinus surgery. In this study we evaluated hemodynamic effects, block levels, time to ambulation, time to get out the hospital and patient / surgeon satisfaction.ASA I-II, 60 patients were enrolled into the study. Patients were randomly allocated in two groups. Group B (n=30) 3 mg hyperbaric bupivacaine+25µg fentanyl, group L (n=30) 3 mg hyperbaric levobupivacaine+25µg fentanyl. The patients were applied standard monitoring, and hemodynamic parameters were recorded. Then spinal anesthesia was performed with using a 26 G atraumatic spinal needle at the L4-5 intervertebral space. Demographic and hemodynamic variables were not different between groups (p>0.05). Although in Group L, time to reach L1-L2 dermatome were significantly longer in group B were found. Hastalara standart monitörizasyon uygulandı ve hemodinamik parametreler kaydedildi. Spinal anestezi, 26 G atravmatik spinal iğne ile L4-L5 aralıktan spinal mesafeye girilerek uygulandı. Bu çalışmada hemodinamik etkiler, blok seviyeleri, ambulasyon zamanı, hastaneden çıkma zamanı ve hasta/cerrah mennuniyetini değerlendirdik. Demografik veriler, hemodinamik değişiklikler gruplar arasında farklı değildi (p>0.05). Grup L ‘nin L1-L2 dermatomuna çıkma zamanı Grup B’ye göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede daha uzun bulundu. (p

Açık kalp cerrahisi sonrası hastalarda solunum problemlerinin ortaya çıkması, halen postoperatif dönemde cerrahi konforu bozan bir problem olarak devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda kardiyopulmoner bypass (KPB) esnasında rutin olarak dekonnekte edilen akciğerlerin düşük tidal volüm altında sürekli ventilasyonu ile akciğerde oluşabilecek sekestrasyonun önlenmesini ve postoperatif dönemde akciğer dokusundaki ödemi azaltmayı ve bunu literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık. Bu amaçla ardışık olarak elektif şartlarda planlı 40 koroner arter bypass cerrahisi hastasını iki gruba (Grup 1, Grup 2) ayırarak inceledik.Koroner arter bypass cerrahisi yapılan 40 hasta iki gruba ayrılarak incelendi. KPB esnasında; normalde dekonnekte edilen (grup 1) 20 hasta (13 erkek, 7 kadın; ortalama yaş 58±8) ve düşük tidal volüm ile ventile edilen (grup 2) 20 hasta (12 erkek, 8 kadın; ortalama yaş 60±5) çalışmaya alındı. Hastaların preoperatif özellikleri açısından farklılık olmamasına özen gösterildi. İki grubun operasyon sonrası akciğer ventilatör modları, arteriyel kan gazları düzeyleri, ekstübasyon zamanları, preoperatif solunum fonksiyon testleri (SFT) ve postoperatif 7. gün ve 1.ay SFT karşılaştırıldı. Operasyondan sonra hastaların 2. saat SMIV modunda %40 oksijenle yoğun bakımda arteriyel kan gazlarındaki parsiyel oksijen (PO2) miktarı ortalama değerleri grup 1’de 105±10 mmHg, grup 2’de 120 ± 20 mmHg, SO2 değerleri sırasıyla 92±4 ve 94±4 entübasyon zamanları ortalama grup 1’de 5,3 ±0,4 saat, grup 2’de 4,2 ±0,3 saat, servis oksijen satürasyon takiplerinde grup 1’de ortalama %83 ± 5, grup 2’deki hastalarda %90 ± 3 olacak şekilde anlamlı derecede farklı çıkmıştır.KPB esnasında akciğerin düşük tidal volüm ile ventilasyonunun normalde uygulanan dekonneksiyon metoduyla karşılaştırıldığında akciğer fonksiyonlarını daha iyi koruduğu görüşündeyiz. Çalışmamız ışığında görüldü ki düşük tidal volüm ile ventilasyon sonrasında solunum fonksiyonları daha iyi olmakta ve solunumsal komplikasyonlara daha az rastlanmaktadır., The occurrence of respiratory problems in patients after the open heart surgery still continues to be a problem, which disturbs the comfort of surgery in the postoperative period. In this study, we aimed to prevent the sequestration, which might occur in the lungs within the continuous ventilation of the lungs that are disconnected as a routine during the cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) under the low tidal volume; also aimed to reduce the edema in the lung tissue during the postoperative period and present these results along with the literature. For this purpose, 40 coronary artery bypass surgery patients are examined as two groups (Group 1, Group 2), which are planned under elective conditions as consecutive.40 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass surgery were divided into two groups and examined. 20 patients (group 1; 13 males, 7 females; average age is 58±8), who were normally disconnected during CPB; and 20 other patients, who are ventilated with low tidal volume during CPB (group 2; 12 males, 8 females; average age is 60±5) are taken into the study. Attention paid to not to have differences in preoperative characteristics of the patients. Lung ventilator modes, arterial blood gas levels, extubation times, preoperative pulmonary function tests (PFT) ve the postoperative day 7th and 1st month PFT’s of both groups are compared. There are some significant differences between the patients of group 1 and group 2 as follows; the average partial oxygen (PO2) amount in arterial blood gases during the intensive care period with 40% oxygen after the surgery at the 2nd hour SMIV mode are 105±10 mmHg and 120 ± 20 mmHg respectively; SO2 values are 92±4 and 94±4 respectively; the average intubation times are 5,3 ±0,4 hours and 4,2 ±0,3 hours respectively; and oxygen saturations of service are 83% ± 5 and 90% ± 3 respectively for the 1st group and the 2nd group.When the ventilation of the lung with low tidal volume during the CPB is compared with the disconnection method applied normally; we conclude that the first method protects the lung functions better than the second one. It was seen in the light of our study; the pulmonary functions are better after the ventilation with low tidal volume, and respiratory complications are less likely to be detected.

Phoma recepii is described from the apothecia of epiphytic Caloplaca cerina and C. monacensis in the western part of Turkey. The new species is characterized by having the narrowest conidia amongst the lichenicolous Phoma species. Phoma caloplacae is reported from Turkey for the first time, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA: 2013-4422

Türkiye'deki 198 lokaliteden toplanan Peltigera örnekleri değerlendirilmiş ve 22 tür teşhis edilmiştir. Bu türlerden Türkiye için yeni kayıt olan Peltigera extenuata (Nyl. ex Vain.) Lojka'nın deskripsiyonu verilmiştir. Ayrıca, Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Peltigera türleri için bir teşhis anahtarı da hazırlanmıştır., In this study, we evaluate the Peltigera specimens collected from different habitats in 198 localities from Turkey and 22 Peltigera species are determined. Of these species; Peltigera extenuata (Nyl. ex Vain.) Lojka is new to Turkey. A detailed description of this species is provided. Besides, an identification key to the Peltigera species of Turkey is provided.

Kula Volkanik Arazisi, ülkemizin en genç volkanik faaliyetlerinden birinin ürünüdür. Bu çalışmada, alanın liken ve likenikol mantar çeşitliliği araştırılmış, 182 liken ve likenikol mantar taksonu bulunmuştur. Rinodina terrestris Tomin, Türkiye için yeni kayıttır. Bu çalışma ile, Kula Volkanik Arazisi'nde yayılış gösteren takson sayısı daha önce kaydedilenlerle birlikte 190'a ulaşmıştır., Kula Volcanic Area is one of the youngest volcanic activities of Turkey. Lichen and lichenicolous fungi diversity of the area were investigated and 182 infrageneric taxa recorded. One of them, Rinodina terrestris Tomin is recorded first time for Turkey. As a consequence of this study, toether with 8 earlier records, the number of the t axa in Kula volcanic area has been reached to 190.

WOS: 000270206000052, Two new lichenicolous fungi in the genus Dacampia are described: Dacampia caloplacicola on the thallus of saxicolous Caloplaca crenularia from western Turkey and D. xanthomendozae on the thallus of epiphytic Xanthomendoza from Argentina. The new species differ from those previously recognized in the genus in size and septation of ascospores, as well as occurring on unrelated hosts. WOS: 000267205200031, Dacampia rubra sp. nov. is described on vagrant Aspicilia species from eastern Turkey and the Russian Federation, It is most similar to D. rhizocarpicola, an imperfectly known species described from Rhizocarpon obscuratum, but it differs from that species in the ascomata arising singly and is unique in the genus in having an orange-red pigmented region of the exciple surrounding the ostiole. The new species is the first Dacampia species reported on Aspicilia. It is associated with Phoma-like conidiomata, as also happens in D. muraliicola, but it was unclear whether this was all anamorph or all independent fungus.

WOS: 000270206000031, Lichenochora atrans sp. nov. is described on terricolous Psora decipiens from western Turkey. It is the fourth species of the genus that has simple ascospores. The other three species, L. collematum, L. thorii and L. verrucicola, have much smaller ascospores in size, and only L. thorii has pigmented mature ascospores like L. atrans. WOS: 000264830500020, Two new Arthonia species are described from Turkey: A. epitoninia on the squamules of all unidentified Toninia sp., and A. rinodinicola on the areoles of Rinodina gennarii. Previously, no Arthonia species were reported from these host genera.

Eskişehir il sınırları içindeki Bozdağ'ın liken ve likenikol mantar çeşitliliğini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu çalışmada, 152 liken ve likenikol fungus taksonu belirlenmiştir. Bunlardan 90'ı Bozdağ'dan ilk kez kaydedilmektedir., This study which is aimed to determine the lichen and lichenicolous fungi diversity of Bozdağ which located in the Province of Eskişehir. One hunderd and fifty two infrageneric taxa have been determined. Of them, 90 lichen and lichenicol fungi taxa are recorded first time from Bozdağ.

WOS: 000257272200034, Seven species of lichenicolous fungi (Arthonia lecanorina, A. oligospora, Lichenostigma rouxii, Merismatium nigritellum, Stigmidium congestum, S. epixanthum, Zwackhiomyces calcariae) are reported for the first time from Turkey. All these taxa, except Merismatium nigritellum, are also new to Asia. Comments on their habitats and substrata and a short diagnosis are provided for each taxon.

WOS: 000254450100007, Dacampia cladoniicola is described as new from four collections of squamules of an unidentified Cladonia sp. in western Turkey. It differs from the other members of the genus in the shorter and relatively narrow ascospores. The new species is the first Dacampia species reported on Cladonia.

WOS: 000260927500004, The lichenized and lichenicolus fungi of Malatya, Elazig and Adiyaman provinces of Turkey, based on the authors' collections and literature records, are listed, of which 20 are new for Turkey and 187 are new for the study area. As a consequence of this study, there are 315 infrageneric taxa recorded from these provinces. Xanthoparmelia isidiovagans O.Blanco, A.Crespo, Divakar & Elix, previously known only from Spain, has now been found at 2 localities in Eskişehir province, Turkey

WOS: 000245957700021, This study reports eight species of lichenicolous fungi from Turkey. Five of these taxa, Endococcus propinquus, E. rugulosus, Polycoccum cartilaginosum, P. crassum and Stigmidium psorae are new records for Turkey. The others, Arthonia epiphyscia, Stigmidium tabacinae and Weddellomyces turcicus, are only recorded for the second time from Turkey. Comments on habitat, substrata and ascospore structures are given for each taxon with a short description. More detailed information is given for Weddellomyces turcicus, which was described from only one specimen.
