Abstract

The difference effect and hydrogen evolution behavior of pure Mg in alkaline NH4+ containing solutions are systematically investigated. The Mg electrode exhibits a positive difference effect, rather the traditional negative difference effect, with the anomalous hydrogen evolution in the alkaline 0.1 M (NH4)2SO4, 0.1 M NH4HCO3 and 0.05 M (NH4)2CO3 solutions. This is primarily attributed to the corrosion product film dissolution effect of NH4+ and the formation of the black corrosion products. The hydrogen evolution kinetics with the difference effects are deduced and explained by the prevailing incomplete film Mg+ mechanism and enhanced catalytic activity mechanism. Abstract

The influence of SrCl2on the corrosion behavior of magnesium (Mg) in 3.5 wt.% NaCl was evaluated by immersion testing, electrochemical measurement and the examination of the corrosion morphology. A small addition of SrCl2decreased the corrosion rate of Mg. In contrast, an excess of SrCl2increased the corrosion rate of Mg, even higher than that in 3.5 wt.% NaCl. There is a competition effect of the SrCl2on the corrosion behavior of Mg in 3.5 wt.% NaCl. The Sr2+can improve the protection of corrosion product film through the formation of SrCO3. While the Cl−can damage the protection of the corrosion product film. The Mg specimen achieved the best corrosion resistance in 3.5 wt.% NaCl + 0.005 mol L−1SrCl2.

Abstract

Due to its wide geographical distribution, many points and long lines, the transmission line is affected by humanities, environment, geology and climate. Faults in the operation of transmission lines have both ontologies and external aspects. It mainly includes ice coating, dancing, lightning, tree damage, theft, bird damage, pollution flash and external damage. The data analysis of the internal and external causes of the failure of the integrated transmission line summarizes the fault law. In this paper, based on the time distribution of transmission line faults in different seasons, combined with the statistical application of design modeling technology, the fault analysis model of transmission line is established. The model can effectively guide the anti-accident struggle, strengthen the fault prevention and reduce the trip rate of the transmission line.
