Cross-domain data circulation has brought new challenges to security governance. Multiple participants of data circulation were identified, challenges of circulation security governance were analyzed. Under the principles of promoting data circulation through value co-creation, ensuring data circulation security through security co-governance, a long-term security governance model oriented to ensure data can be high-supplied, smooth-circulated, well-used, and safe-guaranteed was proposed, which involved physical space, technical support, institutional arrangements and ecological operation. Based on the practice in Suzhou, the specific path and ecological cycle mechanism of value co-creation and security co-governance were analyzed, which provides reference to implementation of data circulation security governance.

Acute lung injury (ALI) is a respiratory disorder characterized by acute respiratory failure. circRNA mus musculus (mmu)-circ_0001679 was reported overexpressed in septic mouse models of ALI. Here the function of circ_0001679 in sepsis-induced ALI was investigated. In vitro models and animal models with ALI were, respectively, established in mouse lung epithelial (MLE)-12 cells and C57BL/6 mice. Pulmonary specimens were harvested for examination of the pathological changes. The pulmonary permeability was examined by wet-dry weight (W/D) ratio and lung permeability index. The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-1β in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), the lung tissues, and the supernatant of MLE-12 cells were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay . Apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. Bioinformatics analysis and luciferase reporter assay were used to assess the interactions between genes. We found that circ_0001679 was overexpressed in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated MLE-12 cells. circ_0001679 knockdown suppressed apoptosis and proinflammatory cytokine production induced by LPS. Moreover, circ_0001679 bound to mmu-miR-338-3p and miR-338-3p targeted dual-specificity phosphatases 16 (DUSP16). DUSP16 overexpression reversed the effect of circ_0001679 knockdown in LPS-stimulated MLE-12 cells. Furthermore, circ_0001679 knockdown attenuated lung pathological changes, reduced pulmonary microvascular permeability, and suppressed inflammation in ALI mice. Overall, circ_0001679 knockdown inhibits sepsis-induced ALI progression through the miR-338-3p/DUSP16 axis.

Blockchain technology has the features of decentralization, high credibility, non-tampering and traceability, which can address the trust problem in traditional access control technology. Based on the implementation with blockchain, the unique advantages of applying blockchain to access control are analyzed from two aspects: based on transaction and based on smart contract. Based on the key issues in blockchain application, the current research progress is summarized from three key technologies: dynamic access control, blockchain space optimization, and privacy data protection. Based on the challenges faced by the current blockchain-based access control mechanism, five research prospects are proposed.

In this paper, a multi-frequency MIMO antenna for 5G and Wi-Fi 6E is presented. The antenna uses a cosine-shape monopole and split-ring resonator (SRR) structure for tri-band radiation, and frequency band expansion is achieved through SRR, folded split-ring resonators (FSRR) and Archimedean spiral metasurfaces for decoupling, with which a combination of surface wave and space wave decoupling is achieved. The Archimedean spiral metasurface unit can achieve space wave decoupling in the tri-band. By adopting the method of combining space wave decoupling and surface wave decoupling, the miniature antenna is achieved. The measured results closely align with the simulated results. Specifically, maintaining a reflection coefficient of −10 dB, the measured results indicate an increase in isolation of 3.5 dB, 36.47 dB, and 6.42 dB for the frequency bands of 3.45–3.55 GHz, 5.7–5.9 GHz, and 6.75–7 GHz, respectively. Additionally, the MIMO antenna demonstrates an average efficiency of approximately 89%, with an average envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) of 0.0025. Furthermore, the antenna's peak gain increases by 4.3 dB at 3.5 GHz, 3.8 dB at 5.8 GHz, and 1.9 dB at 6.9 GHz upon integrating the metasurface. The proposed method and structure are anticipated to contribute significantly to decoupling in multi-frequency MIMO antennas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
