The triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) offers a novel approach to harness mechanical energy continuously and sustainably. It has emerged as a leading technology for converting mechanical energy into electricity. The demand for self‐powered wearable microelectronics and energy generation in extreme conditions underscores the need for efficient high‐temperature operatable TENGs (HTO‐TENGs). However, the operating environment temperature not only affects the storage and dissipation of electrons during triboelectrification, leading to decreased output performance of TENG and instability at high temperatures, but also damage to the mechanical stability and effective defects in most tribo‐materials, resulting in a further reduction in TENG's effective output power. Moreover, the unstable material properties of the triboelectric layer at high temperatures also restrict the use of the TENG in harsh environments. Therefore, it is imperative to consider the structural durability and electrical output stability of TENG when applying it in challenging working environments. This review aims to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive overview of the current state and research advancements in HTO‐TENG for the first time. Halide perovskite is an emerging material with excellent optoelectronic properties, and also widely used in neuromorphic devices. Recently, halide perovskite has been redefined as exhibiting extraordinary multifunction, e.g., photoferroelectricity. Herein, this work employs a composite material consisting of halide perovskite and organic ferroelectric material to develop a new photoferroelectric synapse, and the photoferroelectricity and some synaptic plasticity are investigated. By the corresponding test analysis, it is demonstrated that photoelectricity and ferroelectricity can reinforce each other in this photoferroelectric composite material. Versatile synaptic behaviors of the nervous system, including paired‐pulse facilitation/paired‐pulse depression, post‐tetanic potentiation /post‐tetanic depression, and spiking‐rate‐dependent plasticity, are successfully simulated. Particularly, the classical conditioning in Pavlov's dog experiment can be replicated in the photoferroelectric synapse to realize the learning function of the brain, including memory loss and recovery. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have demonstrated immense potential for commercial applications. However, among the factors hindering further improvements in their performance, defects in the perovskite layers during the solution preparation process remain the primary culprit. Here, for the first time, 1,3‐dimethylthiourea (1,3‐DTu) into triple‐cation perovskite layer is introduced, taking advantage of the strong interaction between C=S in 1,3‐DTu and Pb in perovskite to significantly improve the quality of the perovskite thin films. This leads to a notable reduction in defects, suppression of nonradiative recombination, and enhancement of the optoelectronic properties of the films. The outcome proves highly positive, with the optimal PSC demonstrating an impressive power conversion efficiency (PCE) exceeding 23%, which is remarkably higher than the control one that yields ≈21%. Additionally, the optimized device exhibits excellent stability, maintaining over 90% and 83% of its initial PCE after 1200 h aging in air with a ≈30% relative humidity at room temperature and after 1700 h of heating at a constant temperature of 85 °C in N2, respectively, much better than the control one without the incorporation of 1,3‐DTu. Defect passivation with organic molecules is a significant strategy to improve perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, because of carrier extraction and recombination in the bottom of the perovskite film, solar cell improvement is hindered. In this work, molecules of sodium 3-oxo-3H-spiro [isobenzofuran-1,9′-xanthene]-3′,6′-bis(olate) (SSB) were pre-buried into the SnO2 electron transport layer (ETL), which resulted in modification of the SnO2 and perovskite interface. This SSB molecular treatment improved the quality of the SnO2 film. Moreover, the SSB molecule realized interfacial interaction with SnO2 and perovskite, and substantially reduced the trap state density and enhanced charge extraction. As a result, the photovoltaic performances of the PSCs with the SSB devices improved, achieving an impressive efficiency of up to 22.64%. Additionally, the SSB devices without encapsulation demonstrated enhanced stability in air (at approximately 25 °C at approximately 30% humidity) and in an N2 environment under continuous illumination.
