Abstract

Electron-doped [La.sub.0.8][Te.sub.0.2]Mn[O.sub.3] film is prepared on SrTi[O.sub.3] (100) substrate by using pulsed laser deposition method and the photoinduced resistivity change and colossal magnetoresistance effect is examined. The studies have shown that the film has a high metal-insulator transition temperature and the photoinduced relaxation character of the film has shown that the relaxation of photoinduced character is related to the excitation of small polarons.
