High-grade gliomas (grades III and IV) are highly malignant and aggressive brain tumors that present significant treatment challenges. Despite advances in surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy, the prognosis for patients with glioma remains poor, with a median overall survival (mOS) range of 9–12 months. Therefore, exploring new and effective therapeutic strategies to improve glioma prognosis is of utmost importance and ozone therapy is a viable option. Ozone therapy has been used in various cancers, such as colon, breast, and lung, yielding significant results in preclinical studies and clinical trials. Only a few studies have been conducted on gliomas. Furthermore, since the metabolism of brain cells involves aerobic glycolysis, ozone therapy may improve the oxygen condition and enhance glioma radiation treatment. However, understanding the correct ozone dosage and optimal time of administration remains challenging. Herein, we hypothesize that ozone therapy should be more effective in gliomas compared with other tumors. This study provides an overview of the use of ozone therapy in high-grade glioma, including mechanisms of action, preclinical data, and clinical evidence.

Natural Language inference refers to the problem of determining the relationships between a premise and a hypothesis, it is an emerging area of natural language processing. The paper uses deep learning methods to complete natural language inference task. The dataset includes 3GPP dataset and SNLI dataset. Gensim library is used to get the word embeddings, there are 2 methods which are word2vec and doc2vec to map the sentence to array. 2 deep learning models DNNClassifier and Attention are implemented separately to classify the relationship between the proposals from the telecommunication area dataset. The highest accuracy of the experiment is 88% and we found that the quality of the dataset decided the upper bound of the accuracy.

Based on the data of geochemical soil surveys in Longhai, selenium content in soils and its influencing factors were investigated, which will provide information for the development of selenium-rich land resources. The total selenium contents of 4394 surface soil samples in Longhai, Fujian were analyzed by Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy (AFS). Results show that the total selenium concentrations in soils range from 0.031 to 2.361 mg/kg and the geometric mean is 0.354 mg/kg. The soil area of selenium-sufficient and selenium-rich accounts for 88.69% of Longhai City area. The results also indicate the parent materials, land use patterns, soil pH, organic matter and altitude were important influencing factors for selenium content. The contents of selenium in tuff and granite soils were higher than those in alluvium, diluvium and marine deposit. In different land use patterns, forest soils had the highest selenium content, and orchard soils and plough soils had moderate selenium content. The selenium content in surface soil had a significant positive correlation with altitude and organic matter and had a significantly negative correlation with soil pH, indicating that the selenium is enriched easily in acidic and organic matter-rich soils, especially in high altitude areas such as hilly areas with the obvious enrichment of selenium. This research provided valuable information for rational utilization of land and scientific development of the selenium-enriched industry.

For low-speed and large-thrust situations, the single-layer winding permanent magnet linear motor is inefficient because of its large distance, and the thrust fluctuation is large. In order to solve this problem, a finite element analysis model of cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor is established in a cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor, and the Ansoft software simulation is used to ensure the positioning force and thrust of the double-layer winding motor and single-layer winding motor under the same key parameters. The performance of double-layer winding motor and Single-layer winding motor at different frequencies is compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the cylindrical linear motor with double-layer fractional-slot winding structure is more suitable for occasions with low speed and large thrust, and has higher operation efficiency.
