In the study, a dashboard was designed to optimize decision making on technical incidents in the savings and credit support area, aligned with the organizational vision and multiple perspectives. The Extreme Programming (XP) methodology and Data Access and Business Object patterns with MySQL were adopted, selecting thirteen users through convenience sampling for the evaluation of the system, and data was collected through surveys and direct observation. The results show that the system has reliability (61.54%), usability (53.58%), runtime response (61.54%), reduced operating costs (84.62%) and improved control (92.31%) and this improves information management and decision making on maintenance, allowing efficient control of processes, reducing time and costs, increasing productivity. Users rated the system as excellent, 92% improvement in information management. The developed dashboard met the needs, solved the problems identified by the users and increased flexibility and speed in operations. The implementation of the comprehensive system dashboard proved to be a valuable tool for the support area, providing tangible benefits for the organization and management, contributing significantly to the optimization of technical incidents., En el estudio se diseñó un dashboard para la optimización de toma de decisiones sobre incidencias técnicas en el área de soporte de ahorro y crédito, alineado con la visión organizacional y múltiples perspectivas. Se adoptó la metodología de Programación Extrema (XP) y patrones Data Access y Business Object con MySQL, seleccionando trece usuarios mediante un muestreo por conveniencia para la evaluación del sistema, y se recopilaron datos a través de encuestas y observación directa. Los resultados muestran que el sistema tiene confiabilidad (61.54%), usabilidad (53.58%) respuesta en tiempo de ejecución (61.54%), reducción de costos de operación (84.62 %) y mejora de control (92.31%) y esto mejora la gestión de información y la toma de decisiones sobre mantenimientos, permitiendo un control eficiente de los procesos, reduciendo tiempo y costos, aumentando la productividad. Los usuarios calificaron el sistema como excelente, mejora del 92% en la gestión de información. El dashboard desarrollado satisfizo las necesidades, resolvió los problemas identificados por los usuarios e incrementó la flexibilidad y rapidez en las operaciones. La implementación del dashboard de sistema integral demostró una herramienta valiosa para el área de soporte, proporcionando beneficios tangibles para la organización y la gestión de contribuyendo significativamente a la optimización de incidencias técnicas.
