Since 2021, the state has successively issued a series of energy storage development policies. Among them, the guiding opinions on accelerating the development of new energy storage, and the notice on further promoting the participation of new energy storage in the power market and dispatching and utilization have defined the boundaries of the energy storage industry in terms of planning and construction, allocation scale, and income mode. The Henan provincial government issued relevant policies in combination with the actual situation, clarifying the direction for the development of energy storage in the province. In order to analyze the economy of electrochemical energy storage, we use units-of-production method to calculate energy storage cost and benefit.

Under the dual carbon target, with the gradual increase of the scale of new energy grid connection, the randomness and volatility of new energy output will further affect the safe and stable operation of the system. In view of the frequent fluctuation of the section load rate of the county external liaison line, this paper proposes a self balancing transaction scheduling strategy of new energy power within the county considering the section load rate, and establishes a day ahead real-time two-tier transaction joint optimization model considering the section load rate. The simulation calculation shows that this strategy can significantly improve the local consumption rate of new energy compared with the simple physical method using only energy storage technology, Reduce the power flow fluctuation of tie line, optimize the section load rate and maintain the stability of power grid.

Under the “double carbon” goal and background, new energy power generation will usher in great development. The investment and construction of new energy projects and the scale of grid connected transmission are increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for the investment decision-making management and income of county new energy subjects. Based on the power curve trading and non cooperative game theory and the day ahead real-time two-stage adjustment and correction mechanism of county subjects, this paper briefly analyzes the new energy consumption and income of county subjects based on internal non cooperative game under curve trading.

New energy storage is essential to the realization of the “dual carbon” goal and the new power system with new energy as the main body, but its cost is relatively high and the economy is poor at present. This paper studies the levelized cost of new energy storage based on the whole life cycle perspective. Based on LCOE and learning curve methods, a new levelled cost estimation model and prediction model for energy storage are constructed. Based on the latest development status of electrochemical new energy storage, the levelized cost of energy of lithium-ion batteries, flow-aluminum batteries, and flow-zinc batteries were measured, the cost composition and proportion of various types of energy storage are analyzed, and on this basis, the levelized cost of lithium-ion batteries was predicted. Comparative analysis shows that the levelized cost per kilowatt-hour of lithium-ion batteries is the lowest. This article provides a certain reference for the construction and layout of energy storage on three sides of the source network and load.

Power grid enterprises are changing their function orientation and profit model under the background of new power system reform. Vector autoregressive model used for industrial park to forecast load of distributed energy is created in this paper, which provides the data to the analysis of the investment environment of grid enterprises. We excavate the core influencing factors of grid investment in incremental distribution parks based on the linkage of grid investment influencing factors in system dynamics.

With the "dual carbon" goal proposed and the direction of building a new power system dominated by new energy sources clarified, the energy storage industry has entered the fast lane of accelerated development. However, due to the imperfect marketization mechanism and the lack of effective power market ancillary service policies, it is difficult to 00EFfectively recover the cost of energy storage construction, which restricts the development of the energy storage industry to a certain extent. Therefore, it is urgent to clarify the development trend and cost recovery mechanism of typical types of energy storage under the distributed energy system, and clarify the impact of the operating cost of the electrochemical energy storage system. This paper systematically analyses the domestic and foreign energy storage investment channelling mechanisms, clarifies the impact of energy storage cost system operation on costs, and helps the development of the energy storage industry.

The power emerging market entities connected to the grid in a decentralized manner can increase the local new energy consumption rate. Under the background of accelerating the development of new energy, it is urgent to clarify the output characteristics of emerging market entities such as wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage, and electric vehicles to adapt to the development of distributed energy and the progress of power market reform. Major emerging entities contribute to mathematical analysis, promote the transaction design of emerging entities, and promote the rapid and healthy development of new energy.

DELLA proteins are important repressors of gibberellin signaling, regulating plant development and defense responses through crosstalk with various phytohormones. Sugarcane ScGAI encodes a DELLA protein that regulates culm development. However, it is unclear which transcription factors mediate the transcription of ScGAI. Here, we identified two different ScGAI promoter sequences that cooperatively regulate ScGAI transcription. We also identified a nuclear-localized AP2 family transcription factor, ScAIL1, which inhibits the transcription of ScGAI by directly binding to two ScGAI promoters. ScAIL1 was expressed in all sugarcane tissues tested and was induced by gibberellin and various stressors, including NaCl, polyethylene glycol, and pathogenic fungi and bacteria. Overexpression of ScAIL1 in rice significantly improved resistance to bacterial blight and rice blast, while reducing growth and development. In addition, several genes associated with stress responses were significantly up-regulated in transgenic rice overexpressing ScAIL1. Endogenous phytohormone content and expression analysis further revealed that ScAIL1 -overexpressing lines improved resistance to bacterial blight and rice blast instead of promoting growth, and that this response was associated with increased jasmonic acid synthesis and gibberellin inactivation. These results provide molecular evidence that the role of ScAIL1 in the plant defense response is related to jasmonic acid and gibberellin signaling. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Hydrodynamic coefficients of subsea manifolds are significant parameters in predicting dynamic responses during deep-water installation. To calculate these coefficients, a series of model tests of the drag coefficients of a typical subsea manifold with eight slots were carried out at Zhejiang University. A numerical simulation was performed using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and the Navier–Stokes equations were solved to obtain the drag and added mass coefficients. On the prediction of drag coefficient, a similar tendency was found for both the numerical and experimental results, proving the accuracy and reliability of the proposed CFD method. The effects of variables such as the Keulegan-Carpenter (KC) number and frequency of forced oscillation on the added mass coefficients were analysed. The added mass coefficients increase nearly linearly as the KC number increases, but the oscillation frequency has little influence on the added mass coefficients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
